Hey y'all y'all see this love potion when there's some movie called Love Potion 99, something like that. Some movie about two teenage boys who are so unlucky in love, something like that. Well, hey y'all, welcome to uh Gigi's wig wall, I'm so glad to have you all back in my home again and meet back in your home again. It just makes it fun here, so I hope everybody's having a good week here. We are it's hump day, we'll get over today and we'll be heading toward the weekend, so glad you're here to look at one more of my videos. Let'S go over what I have on so this cute little sweater. It is really cute um. I got this little sweater for Sona I'll put the website down in the comments, not in the comments but in the description, but it's just a little store down. The road got all these cute little tops and stuff, and the turnover is so big there. As far as people going in and shopping and then a new shipment in the girls tell me that work there, that you never have to worry about wearing the same as someone else, because they just sell out so fast and it's new product each time so got That got these little earrings to go with it at persona. Okay, then my stepdaughter, she gave me these for Christmas, I'll get the name of them for you. They are just cute, it's like where they take the little emblems of like Louis Vuitton, and they put them on with a put them in a um, an elastic, bracelet and they're. So cute, I love them. I don't want to wear them all the time so and, of course, I'm wearing Eureka Eureka Alpha, not just Eureka Alva. I told you last time when we were together that I was going to have some work done on her, because I love these bangs that she had and you know they go in there, there's an undercut with them, as you can see so took him to my Hairdresser, we don't have someone in town that can really help with wigs, not that I know of we used to have one place, everybody used to go and she just got old enough. She had to like close it down. It was. It was really sad. So my hairdresser says yeah I'll. Try it well I'll go through this journey with you, because I said: are you willing to go through the Journey with me and she's like yeah? Let'S try it so a couple of things we did. First off we started on the bangs, our test of how long they were is, if any of them hit me on the eyelash. I don't like them hitting my eyelash and I'll. I'Ve got um Jones to show you also and you'll, see how we did that where it didn't hit me on the eyelash at all and then on Alva. She wasn't parted so far over on the left than what we did and we parted it. And then she cut it in to blend in with this, so it wasn't like. I wasn't bending down and there there was this big piece of hair flopping forward because it mixed in with the rest of the hair. Now I will tell you that what I am experiencing - and I just put her on this afternoon - I'm doing an evening filming so my husband's out there watching TV - and I do want to say to y'all if y'all notice, noise in the background, like you're, going to Like you heard football last time, that is the nature of my home. I have a husband that uh football is just you know when the season starts, we're gon na start watching, and I have to admit I love football too. He'S the president of the Gator Club uh in our district and so University of Florida in all kinds of weather. We all stick together, so uh you're gon na hear a lot of background family noise so anyway. So I'm doing this film evening. Okay, so I'm gon na take you through some things. She had flyaways first off, let's cutting it and there's different links in there um. This girl is not a hairdresser that has done wigs, but she's done an awesome job at this. She just like picked this right up and and knew exactly what to do so um. I love having her, so she just worked this in Blended it all in to where then it was not falling in my face, but this little guy has a little problem with flyaways. So let me show y'all one more time. This simply styling. Okay, simply styling light! Silk spray I sprayed a couple of squirts in my hand, went over the areas, even kind of pulled some of the particular pieces down in it, because you know nothing like you. I also think of the person talking to you like, if you're out somewhere and you got ta fly away first off. I can't stand them in my face. Second, I think of the person talking to you, because I know me I'd be standing there wanting to pull that fly away out of your head out of your eye the whole time I would I'd be thinking. How do I get that Flyway out couldn't even concentrate on the very important conversation anyway, so I put some of that silicone on just to calm it down. Also then, I went in and I got some wig wax and I lifted up like took little sections wanted inch, sections and and put in some wig wax went to the next layer put in some wet wax next layer put in some wig wax. So then that gave me the lift where I've parted it. You know I like volume. I like a lift, I'm not a big, I don't want it flat. I want to want you to know that I like big, hair and I'd, be in a pageant. If you'd, let me so, I did that, and I did the same on this side. Let me show you a little bit go in sit up in also that's breaking it up off of that permatease, like I told y'all last time, this girl has lots of permatease. She wants to be a big girl. She doesn't want to lay flat. She wants to be seen so we're going to help her be seen. Okay, okay, then, then, as I would see that what we did, we got that all done, and then I said what about taking a little bit off of the back of this Bob. So it kind of hung, give it more of an angle and then didn't sit on my clothes as far down, and so let me show you what she did turn around here. No, nothing like not being able to see yourself. Let me move it back. Okay, so she probably brought that up. You know maybe an inch, maybe two she lifted it up for me, so that it didn't hang on my clothes so much it made it move, which I think makes it move easier. One of the things I think is that when it sits on your clothes and it doesn't move and it kind of gets that rounded poof out, I think that's kind of a signal that you're wearing a wig. So so she did that we got that all angled down then sprayed her with some Kendra Kendra Kendra 25., greater all over. It'S actually full of kinra already so so there you go Miss Alva, ready to go out for the evening, which I intend to take her out for the evening tonight. So we're going to go someplace. I think it turned out real nice um, I'm very excited to wear it get feedback from my friends. I have a little Committee of friends that know I wear wigs and they give me their input, but I like her a lot, but I got one more to show you and I want to send out in all of this a special thank you to Anne-Marie, my Hair stylist, who has just jumped right in two feet: first, helping me get these uh in order so that I that they're customized to me right - and I really appreciate her saying yeah I'll go with you on this, the next one. Don'T don't. Let me forget to tell y'all what lipstick I'm wearing too pretty nice pink one. Okay. So last night my husband had a gig, no I'm not kidding. He did. He plays in a band of guys that well the original member of the band he was in the Battle of the Bands back when, when I was just a little girl here in town, we had a thing called the battle of the bands and he won it. So this is a group of guys who are in there 60s and 70s jamming out, so he had a gig last night downtown at the LA at the park, and I wanted to look a little groupie-ish. You know gon na look, I'm with the band. You know climbing on the bus riding off with them so Jones. Actually, my husband calls this one Joan Jett. I remember when I showed you to her the first time on the unboxing. I really had to push her kind of that way to keep her out of my eyes. So Yesterday Anne-Marie, I said what I want these to have bangs, have it where my eyes can see, and no no hitting of my eyelashes, that they still be kind of longish, and so this is what she did. We didn't do any cutting in the back. I, like her perfectly the way she is in fact, let me keep my eye on y'all there. She is, she looks good, I think she looks great, and so then I wore all black uh. I had some big silver um earrings black boots, and it just looked really good. Maybe I won't do that that way - and I thought it was a hit in fact - ran into friends, friends of ours. Of course, gon na come and see him play and uh. Some of the other wives of the band members, so we're all sitting around talking, hey, you know, love your hair, Julie, love, the color. You'Ve done it, you know blah blah blah, and then I can tell that one of them realizes that it's a wig and the reason she realized. It is my my daughter, my stepdaughter had posted on Facebook, my YouTube site and asked people to subscribe and like and turn on notifications. So they're telling my friends, that's a wig, so my one friend, of course, which I knew she was going to come right over and ask me she said - is that a wig and I'm like? Yes, it's a wig and uh, I'm not the least bit ashamed of it. I didn't say that, but that's how my answer was back, that I'm happy with this and she's like it is amazing. I love it blah blah blah. Then we got to talk into some of the older nurses that not, I don't want to say old nurses, some of my nurse colleagues, that we've all worked together in the past and they were talking about oncology patients and how they they need. Somebody to guide them and it just turned into a wonderful conversation, so there's great opportunities out here to help people with wigs, but I think she turned out great I'm not having to move her out of my eyes. She doesn't have flyaways just how her fiber is. She doesn't have it, she is this um silver Sun rooted, like I told you, bye-bye, okay,
