Bonuswig Review Adoration By Gabor In Light And Medium Red

Hey guys welcome back to wear wigs with me today. I have a special bonus video for the week. Today'S video is not about me in wearing wigs with me, and my wig collection today is all about the essential collection by Gabor. When they reached out to me and said we are having a special event happening on HSN December 27th. Today, do you want in on this - and I said of course, because I love Gabor wig, so she sent me a choice of three wigs and this style was the closest like one that I thought I could pull off and and that would look realistic on me. Adoration is a if you look on the website. It says a softly sculpted classic Bob. It frames the face. It'S got just enough, layering that it frames your face, sits right at the collar. It'S got really great movement and its heat friendly and it's affordable. Not every one, every time they buy a wig want to spend two or three hundred dollars. Sometimes you want a wig. That'S under a hundred and friends. These wigs are under Henderson's. The essential collections is all about basic caps, basic colors, basically taking a little of the stress out of wig buying. I know it can be overwhelming and the main reason that I agreed to do this video is just for that reason. We'Re buying there's so many wigs. There'S so many wig brands and colors, and it can be very overwhelming not to mention the price can be overwhelming, and so we are coming out of the holiday season. Just got done with Christmas, and this collection is affordable. In this style, you're just gon na get an affordable ready to wear straight out of the box. Beautiful silky, soft hair fibers, but that's not shiny. It'S not Wiggy. Here'S the deal with these wigs. These wigs are going to be great for somebody that wants to pull their hair out of a box. Give it a quick shake. Put it on done. There'S not a ton of styling. That'S gon na go into this wig when you pull it out of the box. You'Re ready to go, this is what it looks like all the time. I think the the person that this wig is speaking to and the person that is gon na want this wig is somebody that wants an affordable under $ 100 wig, a first-time wig buyer. This would be great a person who wants to try a new color, but is overwhelmed by all the color codes and the blending. If you go to hair you wear or HSN, and you look at the colors, these are light red, medium red light, blonde medium blonde, dark blonde, you're, gon na know what you're getting it's a very basic color system. So if you're wanting to try a red shade, this is a great way to go with you're, not gon na be out a ton of money. You'Re gon na get all the stylish quality. Gabor features that you're used to, and this is a great run of run around wig. Let'S talk about this cap, an adoration is a completely open, wefted cap and what that means is there's no lace front, there's no mono part or mono top. They still have the great cover the great ear tabs that provide good coverage good stay. So you really can press them against your temple and and and know that they're gon na stay there they're not velvet covered. It has an extended nape again, not velvet covered. It has the velcro adjusters and then, like I said, just completely over open wefted. So what that provides? You is a light cool stretchy cap as soon as you put it on it's comfortable and that kind of goes for me. That kind of goes for all Gabor caps. As soon as I put a Gabor cap on it's comfortable, there's, no getting to know me phase with a Gabor cap. Let'S talk about the measurements, the front it's 5 and 1/2. The crown is 10. The sides are 8. The back is 9 and a half and the nape is 5 and 1/2. A duration weighs 4 ounces. So it's superlight. Let'S talk about these hair fibers. A duration has silky soft hair fibers. I was really surprised because these are heat friendly, hair fibers. So you can curl this wick, but it's so soft and I was just really surprised again. If you look at that price point, you think that something is going to suffer. I have more expensive wigs than this that the hair fibers don't feel like this, where the lower price point is going to show up is in the top of this. This wig is a super low density wig. There is ZERO permit ease in this wig, except for right on top, and it starts about right here and it ends it doesn't like. The crown doesn't even have permit ease, so it ends about right here. So it's just this middle piece right here that has permit ease when I first put this on. I was like what do I do with this, because I like permit ease I like volume, I kind of like if I go back and look at pictures of my hair, I've always kind of had thin hair, and so it kind of looked like this. This is a just a low-density, no permit ease wig and a lot of people like that. So I get it, but when I put it on I'm used to putting on a wig and feeling like wow, this is so much hair and making it big and we're trying to tame it down, because it's so much hair, not this wig. You put this wig on, and the only thing you're gon na have to do is figure out what you want to do up top, because this is where the permit ease lives, and so, in the part you can see that nestea permit ease first of all, you're Gon na notice it more than anybody else, especially if you've worn wigs before. If this is your first wig, it's probably not gon na bother you at all my Kristin and I'll pull Kristin out. Kristin was it's another sleek Bob by John Renault, and it has nestea permit ease when I first bought it. That didn't bother me now that I've had mono parts and mono tops. I can. I can pick that out and wigs more, but if this is your first wig, that's probably not gon na bother you and nobody else is gon na notice it. But if this is not, this is your third second fourth wig whatever, and you get it and you're. Like dang it, that is just too noticeable for me. There'S things that you can do and I've been playing with this. The first thing you could do is just kind of how I have it right now. I just kind of have it to where it's just swept to the side, and so this hair is kind of covering you can feel it, but it's kind of covering that part, and so it just kind of looks like there's no part. So I'm real happy with how this looks and when I wear this out, this is probably this is how I'll wear it, but the other thing that you could do and when I first got this wig, this is kind of what I did to figure out. What was gon na happen? On top, I kept flipping my head upside down and then see where those hair fibers want to go okay, so they all want to go forward. If you are a bang person cut yourself, some bangs you're dead, your problem solved, but I'm not a bang person so see how that can be such a cute. Just side-swept look like that. I think that can be really cute, but the other thing you can do is find where that permit ease is and then make that your part, so just keep playing with it. Make your part where it's past the permit ease, and then you don't have to worry about it and again you have the side-swept bang or you can pull more of that. The whole front of it doesn't have to be the deep part like you can. Just have your deep part back here and that would actually give this some more volume to have a deep part like that, because if you want volume, you're gon na have to create the volume see, I think that's really cute too, and then, if you did cut A bang, then you could just do it down the middle or do it off to the side. Whatever you want to do, if that permit ease up there bothers you, there's ways around it to to kind of camouflage that, so you don't see it this color, I chose light red and hello Gabor if you're listening. I would like this in radiant beauty in soft and subtle and sweet talk. I'Ve loved this color. Where is this color and all the other wigs? It is so pretty it has the the coppery tones, the golden blondes, the caramel there's some deep red in there too. I mean it is such a pretty color. I wish I could get this color in all the other wigs. So let's talk about this medium red is a brilli. I love it. It'S a little bit darker that light red is beautiful, beautiful. I really like light red, but this medium red is a gorgeous kind of darker operon, red color. Okay. So this is bores a duration part of their essential collection.
