My Shiny Wigs Highlighted Bob Wig Review! This Was Tough...

Right, alright, alright! Alright, here we are hey, you guys welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, jim rodriguez, and today i am giving you a review of this. My shiny, wigs 12 inch highlighted wig, so we're fading the rhythm all right you guys. So i have my my shiny, wigs eggs shine bright, like a diamond. Isn'T that so cute, you guys my daughter's in school and they're dancing. So you might hear some loud noises, but let's do a really quick, unboxing and see what's inside this now i do want to go ahead and preface this that this is my first time working with my shiny wigs and it's my first time seeing what their wigs Are like and opening this box, so i literally just took it out of the package come along on this journey with me. Let'S see what we got going on and see what they're all about. So, let's go ahead and do it. Oh, yes, all right! Oh cute bag, so we have this wax stick and then, of course we have my shiny wigs. Let'S see what we got inside jaw, oh all, right, cute little wig! Let'S see we have. I love that they have a tag on this. First of all, so that i know what this is and i don't have to guess and wonder about it, and it has some care instructions on the back which is kind of nice um. So this is the 12 inch color wigs got some highlights going on with it. So let's go ahead and see what's inside and see what the lace is looking like, we obviously have our lace up top and i'll put information in the description box on what kind of lace. This is all that good stuff. We have two combs on the side here. The lace inside does look really really good and comfortable nice and thick really nice cap. So for me i like that, because it's breathable i can tell it's going to be nice and breathable still. If you look at the inside, but it does have some depth and dense to it. So if i want to sew it on, i have that room to do it and it's not going to tear or damage the wig. So that's really really nice and then it has nice comb in the back, along with two bands to kind of adjust everything with. So i don't know if this can be parted. Just looking at the rest of the wig, it looks like it's a middle part. It looks like it can be adjusted slightly on either side of that part like if you can see the lace here on either side, but then it starts to get into the bands a little bit further down. So you probably can't do just looking at it. You probably can't do the most deep side part, but i think for today i'm just going to do a nice middle part since that's where it's at and just kind of see what we got going on with that all right. But you messed up all right. You guys so here's the braids that i have going on in the back just kind of swooping it around. Of course you can do tighter cornrow braids. If you want just to make sure everything is nice and smooth and flat to the head, but that's what i'm rocking with right now, so i'm gon na put this on already i'm liking, the color i'm feeling like the roots are a little loud. I'M not gon na lie, i can't really describe it any other way. It looks warm and it just looks loud. That'S that's the best word that i can use to come up with it, and those little tabs are fitting in the front of the ear for me. So already i'm looking like a little nervous already now i got my comb to kind of help, secure it that tab is fitting right in front of my ear, so it's almost doing a nice little loop around my ear, so that's feeling comfortable. So this lace looks like it's only happening in the front right. This is really interesting. You guys my only thing about this. So far i can already tell. Is those roots they're just a little warm for me, so we're gon na see what we can do to work that out all right, so i'm going to try to secure the wig, so i've got my got to be gel. Poor thing is literally on this last leg, but i'm gon na use this to the very last drop. I don't know if you watched my last video, but i actually have a whole another tube upstairs for personal use. So that's why this doesn't seem to run out as fast, so i'm using just a little got to be gel around my hairline, putting it on the forehead i'm gon na. Let this kind of sit for a second. So i just have my maybelline instant age. Eraser is the concealer that i've been using on my skin. So that's what i'm gon na try to use here and it matches the wig cap and it's gon na hopefully help to blend that in next. I'M just going to cut the lace in kind of a zigzag motion that way it has a little bit more natural of a lay around that hairline, something i'm already noticing which you might have seen in the thumbnail was just some really extreme bleeding. With this coloring right here, you see that y'all know i'm fair, i'm a fair reviewer, i'm gon na try and work this out, but there's like literally nothing i can do about that. I don't even know how that got past who that got passed or what happened with that, but that's not something that i'm i'm gon na have to be able to rock, but i will continue with the review i'll style it. You know i'll at least see. What'S going on with the final look i'll try to work it out, but overall, like that's something that i can't. I can't fix. That'S literally how it came so yeah, so i'm just going to continue with that. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to take my concealer brush, try to blend this in here, okay, so i am going to use my black eyeshadow like i usually do and again, i'm only doing that because for me this color is a little loud. If i'm going from a dark, color a darker color to more highlights, first of all, it needs to be blended, okay. Secondly, um i like a little bit something closer to my natural hair color, because that's just it's: if something happens, if it moves something's about a place like i just i, i need it to look natural, so i'm going to add a little black up top so That it matches some of the hair that i left out. So i have my um juvia's place palette and i'm just going to use a little bit of makes black a little brown. You know i'm trying to mix it up a little bit and then just go on either side of this part, and i'm gon na have to take it all. The way back the trick is is when it gets to like the weather rain. You know things like that: um that might pose an issue, but for the sake of this video and just being honest, like i at least want to try to work it out and see what i can do with that. So i am adding a little bit of brown to this black since the color is a brown color, i'm just trying to get the warmth and everything to match, but just add some depth with a little black there. So, as you can see kind of calms that color down a little bit and adds a little black, so i'm just going to do the other side did end up taking the wig cap off as well, because you could just see that line really hard. If you have a black one, maybe it'll work, but i i didn't have one handy, so i just went ahead and took it all right so now that that's kind of done, i'm gon na like soak it out and see what we have going on here. I'M trying to be again i'm trying to be fair, trying to see what we have going on and how i can make this work so bear with me bear with me so just a couple: thoughts as i'm flat ironing this wig, i'm taking pretty small sections, and My heat isn't that high, but i also feel like it's really not flat ironing that well, it really could be because the hair is color treated, but it is 100 human hair and i believe you can style it any way. You want, as a final touch, i'm adding some brown eyeshadow to the roots, to see if i can get them to blend alright, so just a couple final thoughts about the wig. Now that i have it styled, i do love the length. I love the color itself. I did have an issue with the back. I didn't feel like there were enough highlights to kind of cover where it could look blended, also at the top. There was that bleeding, but i did let them know and they assured me that they double check all the other wigs. So you probably won't have the same issue, but overall i do love the style.
