Hi, i'm rochelle and i'm danielle. We are the mother-daughter team of godiva's secret wigs in this video, we're going to show you our top 10 wig styles of 2020. But first we want to tell you a little bit about ourselves. We started godiva secret wigs in 1997 and we carry the most amazing wash and wear wigs. You'Ve ever seen. Yes, you're right and we have over 300 videos on our youtube channel and we put out a new video every single week. So please be sure to subscribe to our channel and if you've seen us and you've seen a few tutorials, we have tricks, tips, tutorials and everything you want to know about wigs exactly so, let's get started. I know you want to see these wigs all right. So we're going to be starting with number michelle's going to be starting with numbered, oh right, but number zero number zero. Yes, we're going to prepare our hair and show you what we each do right so we're both using a ponytail. So for us we like to do a low ponytail, that's what's quickest easiest and works really the best for us. We'Ve been doing it for 20, something years. It seems to work great, so we both do a low pony. So, no matter what length your hair is. Rochelle'S hair is shorter than mine and this still works. What this does is it serves as an anchor to keep the wig down, and if you make the bun low enough, you will never see that little bump. You might feel it, but you won't see it otherwise. Prepare your hair any way you want. Yes, so rochelle's going to be putting on our 10th most popular wig style in 2020, which is abigail. She is a lace front, wig style and the color she has on is silver mink, which is one of our lighter gray. Colors we're really known for our grays. We do a lot of very amazing gray styles as well as colors that you won't find anywhere else. You check my back down yeah, so this is abigail, so she is, you know, a shorter style, but she has a really long. She has this a little bit longer layers here and then the front she has this long feel in the front which is so cool. I love it for those of you that want it fuller, you can tease it. You can put some behind your ears and just play with it she's a lace front, but she is machine t's at the top. So that's why you get that fullness and show them that lace front. Oh, this is amazing, so watch this slowly bring the wig up to your hairline. I love that. So, if you don't have bangs no worries. Wear it straight up, so i'm gon na be putting on wig number nine, and this is taylor. Taylor, love it and then back at my hairline find my tabs make sure i'm on straight and this color is creamy, toffee r. So, just quickly about the r we say for the color r stands for roots, so you can see this darker color right here. That'S what we that's! What we mean when we're saying a rooted color. It looks like your hair has had some regrowth, which looks so natural, no one thinking you're wearing a wig. If you have roots right, even if your own roots are gray like mine, are we don't care when we're wearing a rooted wig? The slight brown is so much more youthful and no one knows like danielle said that it's a wig and what i like about rooted colors is my hair is very dark as you've seen and my eyebrows are dark, so i can wear a blonde wig if it Has roots but if it doesn't have the roots, i look pretty silly. Let me show you a little turnaround of taylor love it so she's a great, like obviously one of our most popular ways because she's on this video but um, she has just this great little. Wisp here she has a very thin wispy bang, so you can brush it to the sides or bring it forward and have it trimmed, and we also carry a hot air brush which, if you trim it yourself, use a little hot air brush. You have perfect inks and remember all of our wigs can be trimmed and thinned. You can put bangs in a wig like this in abigail. Yes, you did. It looked really good, yes and i jumped up and down i loved it. So i'm sorry we tried to so rochelle is gon na put on our number eight wig style, which is rochelle, and i'm gon na put on our number seven, which is diana, so rochelle is putting on rochelle in the coffee. Latte, yes, beautiful brown, coffee latte is kind of like picture, adding some cream to your coffee. It'S got such beautiful highlights. I love it and you can part our wigs any way you want. So sometimes, when i get a new wig, i just try it different ways and see what i like: how do you like rochelle rachelle, the way my hair used to be right after her? Actually, i'm just gon na move it a little bit so yeah. Rochelle just has this great way very natural and what's great, is it's not so curly that it looks frizzy it's a very smooth wave. You can just see. I love it. Look at that movement. I love it. It makes me wonder and then, like she said, the coffee latte is this gorgeous brown color with those kisses of like a caramel and a light brown they're, just really natural great. So that is number eight rochelle love number eight, i'm wearing number seven! Diana who is a lace front, and this color is marble brown h, which is a little bit more highlighted than our regular marble brown color, so diana let's get into her, so she has a lace front. So let me show you so here. Look at that! That'S phenomenal, it's phenomenal, so you literally like say the wind's blowing or say you don't like the hair on your face and you just want it off, pull it off any of the lace. Fronts are really great. If you don't like a lot of hair in your face or you don't want bangs lace. Fronts are amazing, and then i like a little bang personally and then she has this little feathering around the face and she's a nice length. Just like you know a little like at the collarbone a little longer so natural, it's so great, the way it moves, she's, very, very lightweight, and she comes in some gorgeous colors, including a lot of gray colors, which she's very known. For so again, this is diana with the lace fronts. She was number. I love it, seven, so number six. I am also gon na put on so number six is katie. She is an amazing style. She just kind of works with all ages, she's great in all colors she's, just a very just great style and danielle. I think what we are seeing from our top 10 is. There is such a range of different styles and different colors and i think that's because so many of our clients are writing in and said. I got one and now i'm on my fourth and now i'm on my seventh and they are really being able to express all those women in themselves right, it's fun! So that's! What'S so cool about! Wigs too, is like my hair may be long and dark, but i don't have to always be long and dark. I can be whoever i want to be, whoever i feel like being on that day right. So at this moment i feel like being katie in almond spice, and it katie is great on you. Thank you. So katie is a great little shorter than diana. Oh thank you. There you go so she is just above the shoulder and depending how you play with her. She can have kind of more flip at the bottom or i kind of just use my fingers and you can bring her around easy right and our wigs are trainable. So if you're always brushing it the same way or doing the same thing, it'll stay in that style, so i prefer her actually a little more down some people love the flip, not me so she's, also very cute behind the ears. Another thing i love about her and she's long enough to be able to pull the sides back for a little half pony or a low ponytail. So even though she's not that long, she's, very versatile and the color i'm wearing is almond spice. So this is going to be a beautiful kind of reddish brown with the blonde highlights in the front, and let me show you her back beautiful and one point. I want to make it as you're writing down the wig names that you really like go to our website godivasecretwigs.com and you will see a video on only each individual wig and you can learn more about that wig right. Yes, thank you. You'Re welcome! So again, katie almond spice beautiful, so next rachelle is going to put on number five and she is nope, not though she and sheila, and it's one of our shortest lightest weight. Wigs probably is so light like under two ounces, like amazing yeah and the color she's. Putting on is sandy silver, so it's gon na be a brownish gray. In some wigs sandy silver will be a little more of the darker brown, which you're going to see in the back of this wig. So make sure you look at the pictures on the actual product page to see what exactly the color is going to look like in your wig style, so see this darker brownish gray here, so this color is carried through more in some of the other wigs. Just so again back to sheila, so she is just the cutest just so natural pixie, nice shortcut and danielle. I'Ve got my ears covered right here, so long enough to cover your ears long enough to cover your ears or a lot of women. Just want it straight back. Look what a great easy little look! This is. I love her. You made it sheila made it to the top then yeah and she made it to five. That'S pretty good, five right, so so yeah i love sheila. We love sheila and again that's sandy silver. So rachelle is also going to put on number four because she just looks better in the grease. I figured you'd rather see me and gray than danielle so number four getting down there. Another light one is very light, but a lot a longer short style, but very wispy at the top. This is selma and this color is silver stone, which is our most popular gray color. At least this last year. Right, yes, a little more height machine teased up at the top, so i could make it as flat as i want, but for those of you that want some extra height, i can punk it up. I can play with love it yeah. It'S beautiful these just little! Wisps, so it has again that like longer feel for a short wig style and very airy and lightweight not a ton of hair, yes with godiva's secret. Wigs, what's really important to us is that you can see through the height of the of the hair. It'S not just thick dense right. That is what can make a wig look really fake. We don't carry those wigs, okay go somewhere else. I love this good, you can have it and we want to know what you think. Yes, so we're down to our top three. Getting down to it, okay, so number three you're gon na take guesses. So number three is alana: oh and you are loving this color and lana. We cannot keep alana in this color, which is frosted. Taupe cannot seem to keep her in stock, we're trying her best. I love it: oh yeah a little baby, a little guide like the polka. Oh so this is alana. Oh the most amazing just love her page boy. She has no real bang. You can see it's a long, bang that comes to the sides and she is just check out this movement she's just and she's so light, and the cap is so comfortable and she is just the best wick and she comes in a lot of wonderful colors. Some beautiful browns, some gorgeous reds and blondes, and a bunch of grays, including frosted taupe, which is quickly becoming one of our number one colors, yes, and if you're afraid of going gray, frosted taupe like to me. It'S not, i wouldn't call it a gray, but we do have it with the grave, so don't be afraid of trying it even downhill young age yeah. It'S amazing yeah! It'S like it's like an anything color. It could kind of be more towards the blondes more towards the browns. The grease is kind of whatever you want. It'S like any one color than anyone yeah. So this is alana and again this frosted taupe. Oh it's beautiful color. It is look. Do we look like something wait, a minute, that's good for yeah yeah. True, so number, two number two! Oh my goodness. What do you think today excited so many of you own this and that's why it is so number two is christy mm-hmm, even as a mess. Christie is looking great in front. This color is chocolate, frost, so she's amazing in every color, yes um, but chocolate frost is one of the most popular colors that we sell her in yes, and this little sexy little side. Oh love it. I love it. I love it love it. It will cover your ears or not whatever so sometimes i love to show my ear on one side on the shorter side and then just let this be long. It'S not great. I love it and this chocolate frost color. So it has this deeper brown, but then the top looks like you spent tons of money and got your hair highlighted with these gorgeous like there's like honey and then there's a blonder there's a light brown there's i mean there's so many colors. You turn your head. Just like this a little trying to see all these colors and chocolate frost, it is gorgeous. You know you have a wig for a long time. If you take care of it and for the price of a great cut and color you have it. It'S so convenient to put on whenever you want. Yes, so oh christy, i love this. Let'S do it well, if any of you know our company, you probably could guess number one or if you've seen rochelle in other videos but wins every year it does so. Nobody has been able to beat freedom. This is our number one wig style and i'm wearing it in our number. One color nutmeg freedom and nutmeg f. She is everyone in the world. Has the swish. She is the heavyweight champion of godiva's secret. So this is freedom in nutmeg. She really needs no introduction, but she is the most amazing, versatile, wig style. So i just want to like play with her a little bit and show you some different looks on her yeah. So, first, if you want it full, i don't personally like it. She does so you can really play with it and get it as full. As you want, and then just by using my hands, i can start bringing this down. I can tuck it behind my ears. I can start patting this down a little bit yeah and i have a completely different look, so this wig and all of our wigs really give you the freedom to have whatever hair you want and not worry about your own hair back to freedom right. So i want to show you the back, so it's just great longer layers kind of a shag, short shack. The hairs can be turned under if you want, but what makes it so popular is it just looks natural right, you just throw it on and it looks natural literally i put it on when i'm in my car. I pull it out before i'm walking into a restaurant. I put it on and just you learn and it's so easy to make it look sensational. Yes, so give yourself the freedom to have great hair every day. I found this channel about a week ago and spent the week watching just about all of the videos with pen and paper writing down my favourites trying to decide which ones I liked best in which colours etc, which is hard as there are so many beautiful styles. Then finally I decided which one I wanted and I went to place my order only to find that the shipping costs to the UK was $65/£47.50!!! Seriously, how can it cost that much to ship a light wig to the UK? I have ordered lots of merchandise from the US and have never had to pay that amount of shipping even for items that were heavier than a wig. As a result I am devastated to say I won't be ordering any wigs from Godivas and will have to start a search for a similar company that is UK based even though the quality of the wigs won't be as good as Godivas which seem exceptional. I am a carer for my daughter who has major MH issues so I live on carers benefits as I cannot work due to caring for her and whilst I had the money to buy the wig, I feel paying $65 just to get it delivered is a step too far for me as it's a quarter the cost of the wig on top. So disappointed
