Hey everyone welcome back to my channel if you're new here welcome. My name is elena and i do weekly beauty videos. Today'S video is going to be a review on a 613 unit. I purchased from unice i'm gon na actually just breathe through the installation process because i actually have so many other more in-depth videos on how i install my units, which i will link right up above as well as in that description. Um. What'S more important about this, video is my actual true review on this unit, um, so by the end of this video you'll know for sure, if you should go ahead and purchase this unit or not so let's go ahead and breeze right through this install. So so all right guys, so this is the final look on the unit. Let me get into the pros and cons before i give you the final thoughts on this unit, so you can decide if you want to purchase this unit yourself or not. So, let's go through the cons, the cons on this unit. The website says that this hair is a super high quality hair. This is not like. I don't know. If you can see it, can you this hair sheds like crazy, and i actually did an olaplex treatment on it? That'S how dry and brittle this hair originally was. I don't know if that is because i put that toner on there and i find that the shimmer lights tend to dry out hair um, especially on units, because it's obviously not growing out of your head. It'S not getting any moisture um, but i did do an olaplex um treatment on it and it didn't really help. I mean it did for the most part, but it's still pretty brittle. As you can see, the ends are a little bit straggly a bit. I did cut it, which i might actually go in and cut some more just so that i don't have these crazy split ends, but as for the quality of this hair, i wouldn't say it's like a high grade hair. This is pretty standard for a 613 unit that you would get it's nothing out of the ordinary. I know that eunice is super praised for the quality of hair and i have done some other reviews on some of their other units, which i will link up here, and i have a couple more that are coming soon, um that their hair, the quality, was great, But this 613 just really is very standard to anywhere else. I feel like i probably could have purchased this unit a lot cheaper on like aliexpress or something if that makes sense like i find that it's basically kind of the same quality of hair as the hair that i dyed for my dual lipa, look, which i will Also link right up here, if you want to check that out, so the quality is just pretty standard. It'S nothing above and beyond, and another thing that i really didn't like was the fact that this hair came and it smelled, and i know that - that's probably because obviously it's 613 hair, it's super processed, whatever that goes hand in hand with the quality um of the Hair but the smell was dangerous, like i really had to go in there and scrub the hair and like with all this coronavirus stuff going on. You know i did an extra scrub down on the units which i always do. Anyways yeah the smell on this was not a vibe at all, but after i toned it and did like my wash and condition and deep condition and all that it was obviously it smells okay now. So that brings me into my pros. The pros on this unit are there's actually more pros and there are cons, don't get discouraged by the cons when it comes to the pros. I will say that this hair took really well to that toner um. There are some places where i wish it actually didn't. Take as much i don't know if you can actually see it on camera, but it went a little bit too icy for me like around the edges here, but that's okay, that's here now there it will eventually start to fade out. That'S what a toning shampoo will do if you use an actual toner it takes a little longer, but the shampoo it will eventually, as you wash as you progressively wear it, it will kind of go away. So if you ever goof like i did with this, then don't even worry, because it will fix itself. Another pro on this unit has to be this hairline. Can we get into hold on? Can we get into this hairline? It is literally unclockable that hairline. That comes naturally with the unit. If you are new to wearing units and want to just throw something on your head, you literally might be able to get away with it as long as you plan don't plan on throwing it up or anything, the hairline is pre-plucked already, and it's actually a pretty Good job, as you guys saw in the video i only kind of like, went in and tweezed a little bit more further in the back just so that it doesn't look so full black here and then through my part, which i always just tend to widen. My parts just because it looks a little bit more realistic, but for the most part, this hairline is fire and like the fact that these little baby hairs took, they took really like everything took like well to the toner, like i said, but right here. These baby hairs going a little bit icy. It'S not 100 what i wanted, but it does give that illusion of, like the baby hairs dying, a little quicker which normally that's what would happen well on me, at least so i really did like that and the fact that, obviously, that helps with the blending baby, Because you don't have to worry about a thing now, i did not tint believe it or not. I did not tint this lace at all. It is a transparent lace. I literally just added my powder, and that was it. I think that the next time i install it, i will tint it to the lace, but i just really did not want to get any tint into the hair. So i think when you're doing a 613 unit using powder is a lot less messy. If that makes any sense now, i know i complained a little bit on the quality of this hair, but i will say in regards to the fullness of the unit. This is a full unit like all the way through it's not too straggly down here like it is the same density all throughout it doesn't feel too heavy. I know that sometimes, if you go to like uh 180 density, it starts to get a little too bulky and then sometimes, if you go down to like a 120, it looks crazy and then, like your standard 130, sometimes even looks too thin um. This is a standard 130 and i would have not have gone any thicker than this, because this is comparable to what your natural hair thickness would be or, like you know what i mean like this is not too too crazy and i did cut some layers in It which obviously thinned it out just a little bit, but i only did those layers, as you saw in the front part of my head, i kept the back, not layered, so it was just really like a soft kind of cut to it. But the thickness on this hair is beautiful, um, it's nice and full, and it feels strong. It'S just very dry. So if you can handle the dryness of the hair - and you know how to bring hair back, that is too dry like doing maybe like the microwave method or something like that to bring back some moisture to the hair, then you should be pretty fine with this Hair and it would be a really good unit to purchase, especially especially if you are new to units.
