What'S up what's up, divas is girl April, and today's video is going to be a genetic collection wig. This is actually the second time I did this video, the first time I did it. I just noticed that did not have the wig on really that great, like for real. It was a doozy so anyway. This is why I'm Janet collection - and you can pick up this unit at hair - wake Harlem calm. So I've actually been to their actual place of business, which is actually in Harlem New York. You guys know that I'm from New York, I live here in desert right now, in Arizona over in the West Coast side of the world. I mean yes, I do miss New York because their fashion here is like totally behind and yeah. It'S really not for me, but I do like it somewhat here so anyway. This is the genic collection wig and she is in a color, Oh et, for 613. So this is a bob style wig, and it reminds me a lot of that wig that not that way. Well, you know that we've that Beyonce had in that she wore for a little while so the way I said, Beyonce, I'm pretty sure I hurt my Beyonce's fans. I probably gon na kill me from the way I said it, but yeah. That'S how I said it. Oh over it so anyway, this is a synthetic wig. However, it is made of cane Kalon hair flame retardant, so you can go ahead and Flatiron it and put some heat to it. If you want to up to 360 degrees now, then, if this is the thing about this particular wig, that I wasn't too thrilled about that, you can cut the part open to make it look like an L shape. Or what have you now, I'm going. To be honest, I really wasn't big on the way it cut open, because once this union was cut it like expanded, there was no combs on the sides, so there wasn't really any way for you to hold it down unless you bobby pin the heck out of That wig um there was the combs here, whether where the L is going to be but other than that it just expands Sol, in my opinion, really when these wig companies are making these wigs out on. Just for us who are on a budget like if you want to make it you, u part wig, and you want to a synthetic. I really don't think that the consumer should have to cut it open, because once you cut that wig open it expands to like the size of life, a humongous and it's flopping all over the place. So you don't have to actually cut it off and you can leave it on open uncut. But there's no part and to me it just looks like it's just sitting on your head as a twig. So her name is Helen and I'm going to show you what she looks like like. I said this is the second time I had to do this video because the first one did not come out that great. I did not like the way I had it positioned and it just washed me out something terrible plus my lighting was off a little bit. It was kind of dark in here, so I decided to just do it over and we can see how it goes from there. So I am going to show you how it looks before I put it on so that you guys can get the idea of basically what I am referring to so here I didn't cut it all the way open, because there is some more left to cut it's Kind of like not even at you, it's kind of like a curve, but, however, when you do cut this open these pieces right here are just kind of like flapping up. There aren't any combs in the unit at all, except for here there is an adjustable strap, but I really do think that they should just make them into you parts without you having as a consumer, to cut them open that way, they'll fit snug and tight. So yeah, that's just my opinion on it, but it is a bob style wig which is in its really cute, and one side is shorter. I think one side is a little bit shorter. Now the color, of course the color is not the exact same color mix is my hair and it's probably not showing that great up on camera, but this is more like a brownish red color. To me, like a like a number two, I would say this is like more or less so it's not a 1 B, but the blending of it. The way they blended the roots into the blonde is really superb. I do like the way they blended it in. It'S not like it's just a line of demarcation, it's actually a beautiful blend, so they did an excellent job on that, as well as that, as the hair isn't like cheap synthetic hair, it really resembles like a good grade of human hair. Ok, not like the yaki type of hair, but a good grade of human hair, so you can get away with fooling people. However, you just need to keep in mind, keep some bobby pins on hand, so that when you are rocking this with you, don't have flips and flaps of it. So I'm gon na go ahead and put this on, so I can show you guys exactly what she looks like. So that way you can get the feel for her, but, like I said, if you don't cut it open, she's, just gon na be sitting on top of your heads. Now you see the wig. Now I'm going to say this is not the best wing up ever worn and I'm just gon na be honest. The color has really like washed me out, and that was my color choice. However, like I said about the cutting of it, once you cut it open, I actually had to cut it all the way open just to let my hair out enough or leave out, because had I not done that the it would have just really been sitting on The top of my head, so once you cut this particular wig open, and I noticed that with any kind of wigs on synthetic was the day they catered to. Whether you can excuse me, I noticed that with a lot of particular wig brands, where they want you as a consumer to cut the wig open. If you choose to wear it as like, an L part or a you part, once you do that the wig is humongous, so there is a lot of gapping in the back. A lot like this right here, I'm pulling out, is actually the net. So there is that much gapping once you cut it open and neat, I say that once you cut it open right here in the front, there isn't anything to secure it. So it's not like in my best interest to say to cut these open um. I really wish that they would have actually made them to where they were already a u-shape, and that way they just fit snug. You don't have to worry about the cap expanding, but it's really not a good idea at all and anybody's best interest to go ahead and cut these open, because once you do that the way is not gon na fit properly. So I haven't won a little bit crooked. Only because you see this side is a lot longer and though it's not pictured like that. I did that because of the way my hair is parted, so that was the way that I worked this and I worked out the best that I could and there really it was really kind of a difficult situation for me with this particular wig. Only because of the way that the wig opens up into an actual v-shape, it doesn't really even open up to you what you cut. It is just straight, so that's another thing that just prevents it from laying properly on your head. It'S straight, and there isn't really. It'S kind of hard to just explain, but it's really a hard maneuver when you're trying to style this perfectly. So you know I love Jenna collection. They have some really great wigs, but for this one right here Helen, I'm not a big fan of it at all. Yes, I'm not really keen on these particular styles, because it just rounds out my face, and it makes my face. Look a lot fatter than what it normally is. So when I do short hair, it has to be really really short or it has to be long. Like shoulder length long and cannot be like a bob, because I don't have that face for a bob - and I might have that face for Bob, but not in this particular color, but other than that. You don't have to go on here with Harlem, for this particular way. You can check them out. They have low hoops of inventory when it comes to wigs and hair styling products, tensions, weaving hair, and things like that. You know I mean you, don't have to put on clothes this particular weight. They do have a lot of ways that are really inexpensive check out here. We'Re calm, calm. I do have another video that I did, which is a synthetic wig by them, which the hair is actually gorgeous. It'S like amazing. It doesn't look like it's synthetic, it's amazing.
