Hey you guys welcome to my channel welcome back if you're, already a subscriber so in this video, i'm gon na, be showing you guys how i installed this bob that i had on in my last video. So let's get into it! So i'm gon na start off by, like smoothing my edges back with some gorilla snot eco styler does not work for my hair, so i like to use gorilla snot. That'S like one of the only gels that work for my super thick, 4c hair. So yeah! That'S what i'm using and i'm just gon na, be pushing back those edges just so it's out of the way. So when i put on my wig cap, everything is smooth back now. I do not have a nude wig cap, so i just use that one work with me i'm putting on this free spray. Just so everything can stick down to my hair, as you can see, i'm also spraying it like way past my hairline just because i want everything to lay and for my hair to be super protected. So you just see me doing that. I'M mostly spraying, on top of my hair, a little bit in front of my hair and just cutting some space for my ears, so i'm gon na let it dry um. Before i move on to the next step. Why do i look angry? I'M not angry! I promise i was angry. I was the job was missing on that part. For some reason it did not want to lay down. You guys excuse my face so now. I'M cutting off the excess uh wig cap and, of course, i'm gon na cut in like a jagged motion and the part that's transparent is where the wig cap is really sticking onto my skin. So yeah just go ahead and watch once all the uh wig cap, the actual wood cap is cut off, i'm using um a powder, that's really close to my skin, so um. It is my skin tone on my skin, but because the cap is lighter, it just shows off a little bit lighter. I didn't have a darker powder, but this worked. It was okay yeah, you guys can see. I still have extra um wig cap because my hairline is not that for it. So what i did was i just cut a little bit more as you can see, yeah, i'm just cutting a little bit more and there's the wig. So first thing i do: is i plop it on my head to see exactly where i want it to fit and to make sure um? None of the wig cap is showing i'm just showing you guys what the wig looks like from inside. So yeah i'm putting it on i'm going to make sure that none of my wig cap is showing, as you can see on the sides, you can see it a bit, so i did just end up pulling the wig a little bit more forward and i cut Back a little bit of the wig cap, just like the extra stuff, my hairline i mean yeah, my hair and stuff was still very protected, just wanted to make sure that no wake up was showing, and i just want to quickly apologize for how long this video Took to upload i've had it edited already. I don't know why i haven't posted it. I just needed to voice over it, but you guys, i'm so sorry, the video's here now. So you see me parting it because the first thing i want to do is like spray that parted section and then like work on the rest of the hair. I did it by like half so i worked on half of my um head before i did. The other half so between that part is where i sprayed um some got to be spray and i'm cutting out the section of my wig. I know you can see my wig cap down there, but at the end, in the end, you're not gon na see it because i'm just going to move that part of my wig like down a bit like. I just needed to shift it yeah. But in the end you cannot see it and i'm just cutting off the extra hair at the end, because you guys the wig was long. I just needed to cut just a little bit. So no hair was on top of my ears and now i'm just placing everything where it should be. I really like this method, like it made installing wigs, especially frontal, wigs, easier and faster for me, and now i use the back of some scissors to flatten it down, just because i could not find a comb at that moment, but you guys just use a comb And now you see what i'm doing to cover up that wig cap boom. I just had to shift it a little bit and then i covered up the wig cap and then i'm spraying the um got to be the free spray right on that section. So everything flats down and the wig doesn't move anymore, and now i'm drying it once the hair once the uh glue. Once the gel is dried in place, your wig is not going to move it's not going anywhere and now i'm just going to spray. Some of that gel in front of the hairline and don't be worried if any gel gets in your hair because it's so easy to take off once the gel dries just take a comb and comb that gel out. It'S so easy. It'S really no problem and i'm doing the exact same thing. I did on that side on the other side, so i'm parting it i'm going to get my got to be i'm going to spray that part that i made shift everything down and spray in front of the hairline, and now i'm cutting the lace into sections and As you can see, i'm gon na cut in the jagged um way, i'm making sure i do not cut straight because once you cut like a blunt straight line with your lace - oh my goodness, it's so obvious! So make sure you cut it in a jacket type of way, so it blends in with your skin a lot more i'm doing. As close as i can to my hairline. I did have some gel right there, so it was all sticking to my skin and i'm taking um a cotton swab. I put alcohol on it and that's gon na get rid of that gel and then i'm gon na just cut that extra lace off yeah and i'm gon na. Do it with all the quadrants that i made i'm alternating between the razor, the eyebrow razor and some scissors and there's some more alcohol on my cotton swab just in case you get any lace stuck to your skin. Don'T forget! Just use some alcohol. It'S going to lift it right up and i had some lifting on um the lace at the end. So you just see me putting some gel there to keep that flat down and i'm just doing the same thing so yeah and i'm just taking um my blow. Dryer and i'm blowing all over the wig and then i'm taking elastic and i'm tying it around my head in the middle, my makeup, i took off that elastic and now you see me combing all the gel out the gel comes out so easily any extra gel. That'S on your hair, just comb it out, it comes out so easily and the elastic is just supposed to help the um wig and everything melt into your skin more but yeah. Now i'm blending um my makeup into my hairline. So there isn't that harsh. Like makeup line and i'm adding just slight and very light baby hairs, just some real light, so the elastic band was giving me a headache. While i was doing my makeup. So that's why i took it all off in the middle of my makeup, but it was a good time to like add like a little bit of baby hairs, and i did not cut any of the hairs to make baby hairs because you guys i'm not crazy About baby hairs, i'm not even like that good at baby hairs like i do what i can with it, but i just didn't cut any of the hairs. I did not want to cut the hair at all, see i'm just doing just a little bit. Barely anything yeah i use the scarf to like lay everything in, because i'm telling you that elastic was giving me a headache. Now, i'm adding some heat protectant all over the hair and i use organex's heat protectant. It smells so good. Oh, my goodness, i recommend that heat protectant - i really like it. I'M spraying it everywhere. So i'm about to go in with a hot comb to flatten the top of my head and then i'm also going to use a flat iron to add some bumps. At the end of the bob, because i want this bob to be bopping and have those bobbing ends that i like so yeah, you see me just do a little bump at the end and i'm not doing the trace method or anything, because the hair is already Straight i just needed the bumps on the end. You see how it looks bumped versus unbumped, so you can't see it as well. The cord wasn't long enough for me to get closer to my camera and now i'm going in with some wax some hair wax and that's just going to help get the flat, keep the flyaways flat and just flatten my hair and move it in the direction that I want to move in boom. That'S my hair. I love this bob. The bob was bobbing. The hair was doing what the hair was supposed to do. I really love this hairstyle. I should have tried bob's earlier, but yeah you guys.
