Hey you guys it's sharika chanel here, um um. If you're seeing this video, you see, i've clearly changed my name from love jones to sharika, chanel and honestly. I'Mma get into the reason why i changed that change my name later. But today this video is strictly about how, from the beginning, to end on how i slayed this bob unit, i cut it. I bleached the knots i even did my baby hairs. I haven't slept on a little bit, but i did my baby hairs, all that, even how i pressed it out. You know, i don't think i've ever did a start to finish like whole sleigh on how i install a unit, so y'all gon na see how i got this look from beginning to the very end and hopefully like. If you don't install your own units and stuff. This can like help you on your journey on your slave journey. You know what i'm saying, but i also want to tell y'all this. Is she timber? My birthday is september 4th and the whole entire month of september. I'M bringing you guys con content. Okay, i've been gone because this is what i've been working on for y'all she timber. This is my first time ever doing something like this. You know i didn't change my name on youtube, it's time to elevate baby, okay, my honey buns, my more angels, all y'all. I have so much stuff coming for y'all to see but yeah, i'm posting every single day and if i miss today just now, i'm doing it every other day. Okay, but i'm starting off strong and i'm gon na do it every single day i got ta speak into existence, so hashtag she timber on every single video this month. Okay, i want y'all right with me on this. I hope y'all enjoy this video and baby i'll. Be posting tomorrow, hey guys, this wig is from hc. Diva is 12 inches, it's a lace, front 13x4. It came in this box and i'm just showing you guys what it looked like. So you can get. You know a little feel of how the packaging is. So this is what the lace front looks like before i cut it and before i bleach the knots and things like that, i just want y'all to see the before, because we're doing transformations over here it comes with. You see some combs two combs on the side. One comb at the front: it comes with some adjustable straps a comb at the back. First, i'm going to bleach my knots with some 40 developer. I got this out of the hair store and i'm using aluminum foils. So after i apply the bleach, i'm going to flip it over, so it can process a little bit faster, i'm using a bowl and i'm using an applicator and i'm using bw2 bleach for bleaching. The knots i'm only gon na use one scoop, i'm actually supposed to have gloves on y'all, and i'm just you see, i'm trying to like low-key, like not get the bleach on my hands, but i'm only gon na use one scoop to bleach the knots and if I was doing highlights, i might use a little bit more and i'm just i don't measure the developer. I just kind of eyeball it until it's the right consistency, you're about to see me play with it until it gets to the right consistency that i need to bleach my knots, okay, ladies, so now i'm about to start applying it. You have to be very light-handed because you don't want the bleach to go onto the roots of the hair and then once it's time to apply it's going to start looking like you're balding a little bit right. So i'm just being very, very light. You know and i'm trying to make sure that i'm not leaving any parts of it without bleach. So you know some places it's going to look like i'm going over it twice, but i'm not i'm just you know, there's a little hole, so i'm just filling in the hole with bleach, but i'm being so so light-handed like you want to take your time, but Not too much time because you know the bleach is already kind of activating on the lace and you know i haven't cut my lace, so i'm trying to also make sure i get at the top of the lace front as well like at the very border. So when i do cut it, it's like it's still going to blend in with my skin. This is not a hd lace, but we're gon na slay. It like it is so i'ma stop talking and just let y'all watch. Okay, so you see now i don't bleached it, but it looks a little brassy like it has a little bit of those like brown and gold tones onto the lace, but we want it to look more a luminous. So what i'm gon na use is my purple. Shimmer lights, shampoo is for blonde and silver to tone, so i'm just gon na tone my bleach knots, so it can look more luminous when i lay it down on my head, so yeah so y'all see you want to rub that shampoo in there. It'S supposed to look like that. I left it on there for like a couple minutes and then i'm about to rinse and sms what y'all been waiting for. So now, i'm just going in with my hot comb, i'm trying to flatten it out um. I lost a little bit of footage of me actually flatten it out a little bit from the very very beginning, but i still want to show you guys that i didn't use the hot comb. I don't want y'all to think that i'm not showing y'all everything and i'm just using my flat iron right now, i'm not really using any products on my hair because it's just kind of like i just got done washing it. It'S dry now, of course, but we're just about to get it flat and sleek for you guys. I hope you enjoy watching me flick it. So now i have already tried on the wig and i seen where i wanted it to get cut at because i wasn't liking the length, so i had already cut a little snippet, so it can guide me - and i put it back on my mannequin and that's Why now you're seeing me just starting to cut and it's going to look very precise, but i did put it on my head first and i just cut a little piece as to where i want it to be cut at. Usually, i cut it a little bit longer and i go back in and then cut it shorter, but now that, like i've gotten used to like cutting hair with like regular scissors, i just cut it exactly where i want to stop it. And i just take my time and then be very precise and don't talk about my ball cap method. Y'All cause. You know this is all for the sleigh for y'all, so we can get it right and tight. So now i've got it to the length i wanted. I'M using some butterfly hair clips because i'm about to actually glue down my lace, i'm using ghost fun - and you know you don't - want your baby hairs getting into your glue, even though it kind of happened a little bit. But if i wouldn't have my butterfly clips, it would have been more prone to happening and it's just honestly aggravating - and i didn't i didn't - do my hairline didn't pluck my hairline or anything, because this is a wig that i bought with wigs that i buy. I don't really do the plucking on them. I probably should to make it look more fleeky, but i was just wearing this for my birthday photo shoot because it's she timber y'all, so yeah right. It looks like right now i'm about to get that glue off of my lace because i told y'all it's pronounced and i'm clumsy as well, so i'm just kind of letting the glue sit there. I want it to get a little bit white, because one thing i noticed that i do wrong is: oh, i'm also blending the glue out a little bit instead of letting it be all thick because then it's going to take like years for it to get clear And will get tacky enough for me to do a second layer of glue so yeah, i'm just gon na sit here, i'm just gon na you know let it get a little bit clearer and things like that and you know before, like i was saying i didn't Used to let my glue get clear and that's why i was having a lot of issues with forming my baby hairs, and you know just making my lace look a luminous on my skin and i know you have to see me. Do my second layer of glue and now i'm just gon na, let that get tacky and then i'm gon na start applying it from the center y'all gon na see me struggle a little bit because i have a big head. So now i'm about to start putting that lace down. I'Ve already cut my lace. If y'all can see that already and i'm just struggling a little bit because, like i said, your girl got a big head and i'm just trying to align it with exactly where the glue start. So i don't have to clean up as much and i'm just tap tap tapping it in trying to make sure it's stick before i go on to the next plate or the next area of my lace to get that to actually stick on my forehead and you're. Just gon na see me keep tapping, so i can get it on there and i'm. It actually took me a little bit longer. This is just sped up. So just take your time, ladies, you got ta trust the process and you're gon na see. On the other side that my glue started to actually dry, but it was just only getting tacky, because when i applied it on there it was still kind of white. So i wasn't too too worried because all in all, it still worked out pretty good and i'm trying not to get my baby hairs in it as well, because you know i just want it to look real luminous and pretty okay y'all see how it's coming together. I'M about to brush it and there we go honey, but we're not done we're gon na do a little bit of baby, hair or whatever, but don't that looks so good clean enough for titties, so i call her pretty okay, it looks good. I don't know what i was doing. My nails was probably dirty from the glue, but now i'm just cleaning it up a little bit more like the little pieces that was a little bit longer in the front just trying to get it more sleek of a look. So yeah and what i'm i'm just combing it i'm just looking at it. So i'm about to go back into my lace. Y'All, i'm about to y'all, see i'm looking at my lace and stuff like that. So i'm carving i'm about to carve out about to carve out some baby hairs and things like that and that's when i noticed like not all my lace is all the way down, but instead of going back in with some glue a quick fix of what i Do is i'm getting those butterfly clips and i'm gon na pair, my hair back and i'm just gon na use. Some got to be glue spray and i'm just going to spray it on there, and you know i'm going to melt it down and boom. It'S going to be perfect and then i'm not going to actually get myself doing my baby hairs on camera, but after i had laid it down, there got to be glue. I went back in took off my scarf and did my baby hairs. You
