Wig Review | Aliexpress Elva Hair | Curly Bob

Hi you guys so today i will be reviewing this hair that i purchased from elva hair. So in the box i did receive a pamphlet, some stocking caps, the wig and also the adjustable band. So this is a 14 inch 13 by 6 lace front. It does come with four clips and one adjustable strap to the back. The hair did come pretty plug, but you know um, i'm extra, so i had to go in and customize the hair to my liking, but you will see that in the next clip of how everything is turned out. So today i will be reviewing the year about five different categories, which is shipping shedding packaging smell and customer service, great from a scale of one to five, one being the lowest. So i guess before the first topic we're gon na talk about is shipping now um. I ordered the hair on october 26. I didn't receive it until november 3rd, but it came november, 2nd um, which is like seven days. So i will say the shipping was all right. You know the typical five or seven days um. The reason i did receive it on november 3rd was because i missed a mail carrier and i was supposed to sign for it, but i wasn't home at the time, so i received it on november 3rd, which was no problem to me. Um shipping was very normal, so i rated it four out of five. I only received a little bit of setting, which is normal for curly hair um. I washed the hair about three different times. I bleached a lot and i didn't have those streams shedding. So i rate the shedding of five out of five, because i barely experience and also um. You know when the hair starts to shed and at the back of the hair it gets unknotted. The box itself was just a regular, i'm not really even um um. All right for smells, i rate the hair, i it so. The last category is customer service. Now um, i did speak with the seller and they made sure like as soon as i put my order in a couple hours later. They um actually messaged me about the hair. Let me know the hair, you know all the little details i need to know. They make sure that i got my package and i didn't go through the problems whatsoever. They were very helpful and friendly.
