How To Remain Joyful! - 3 Things I Do. - Ft Ali Grace Hair

Let'S do hey lestery come on hey, how is it going hope, you're doing well hope you are doing great today, i'm going to be sharing with you um how i am able to stay happy and upbeat, and very joyful, someone dropped a comment on my most recent Vlog, i think one of my most recent videos anyway, stating that oh you know i always exude so much joy and that really made me feel good because it came at a time where i was feeling very down. I wasn't happy with a few things as far as my work was concerned, so when the person said that it was just such a mood lifter in such a form of encouragement and then a few people also conquered as well. So i figured i could share with you some of the things that i do that help me to just stay very positive generally now, whilst i am doing that ali grace hair, you know because again, this is our thought. Partnership together, you know so i'm always excited to work with them. They sent me another hair. This one is summer, hair, okay, i can't wait to put it on and then in the package. I also have a wig cap and then an instruction manual as well. Let me just show you yeah: this is a four by four lace, front, 180 density right here, i'm not sure if you can see that this is the hair, it is 10 inches. So it's not too short. It'S not too long. Also, it is a natural color. You know so it's not like a deep black color. However, it's not like 1b or brown, it's just like a natural color. This is what the lace looks like remember. I said it is four by four. That is how far it goes. So the number one thing that i do that helps me to stay positive and joyful, is not to try too hard to be positive and joyful. Um all the time and what i mean by that, is that when i need to cry, i cry when i need to be quiet, i'm quiet when i need to be moody, i'm muddy now i don't in any way stay down too long. Okay, i don't. I don't allow the emotions to consume me. I don't allow them to overwhelm me, but you know i find some sort of release. I don't try to be perfect. It'S not like. I try to be joyful because the life happens. You know, and things happen that would make you feel like. Ah, you know things are probably not going the way you like the way you want, and you know it's okay to just feel those emotions because they'll pass their feelings, the point being, even when i am not happy, i don't lose my joy. Do you guess so? I might be sad about a particular situation, but i don't lose my joy, which is deeper than happiness tada. What do you think? What do you think look at that? Oh, let me move closer, so what i decided to do was to add some curls to it. Instead of having it just straight, i was playing with it. I was like you know what i like it when it's curly, so look at this side as well. I added a bit of curls to this side as well. This is what the back looks like summer. Hair, it's too hot to be going around with 20 inches 30 inches worth of hair. Like i mean, if you can rock it by all means, go for it, but some of us like functionality - sometimes you know so this is definitely the hair for you to get from ali grace i'll put the link down in the description box. Okay, i don't give them like this, so another thing that i do is to study the bible. Now i might not know the particular chapter or verse that i'm looking for so what i do is to go on google and then i just kind of google or bible verse about sadness, bible, verse about being unhappy bible, verse about unfulfilled dreams. You know i just i do that i search for that. Then it brings out so many resources stories in the bible bible verses passages that i can reference that i would be able to relate with with whatever it is that i'm going through. So if you don't do that, maybe you can also try doing that. Another thing last, but definitely not the least that i do is i dance. I dance. Okay, like i literally in front of the mirror or alone in the room, i just got ta move. I move i move my alley. Grace hair, i move. No really dancing is a great form of exercise, but you'd realize that it's also a great way to just burn off the negative energy that you have in your body. You'Ve never tried it. I'M talking about just dancing silly just you know, don't take yourself seriously, you don't have to get the moves right. You don't even have to feel like you're sexy, just move. That'S the gorilla music like korean music, any music! You like nigerian music, american music, mexican music, italian music, whatever kind of music you like you, can dance too and just stay in front of the mirror or if there are no mirrors, that flying just by yourself just dance or praise and worship and worship. It'S also a great way listening to upbeat music, music that uplifting, you know um. I have. We have a christian music station that we listen to every single day. Alexa play ksbj ksbj from tune in pretty much. That'S it just be happy, i'm sad. Sometimes so don't don't be deceived. I'Ve said it earlier. I'M saying it again. Sometimes i'm sad, sometimes i'm not in the mood. But the moment i come on camera. My mission is to make sure you're smiling you're happy you're, enjoying life you're, forgetting you're, so wrong.
