My Quarantined Birthday Look! Affordable Bob Wig Under $100 Ft. Beauty Forever Hair

Alright, hey you guys, so today's wig is from a beauty forever hair. This is their 150 percent density, bob wig and at 12 inches with transparent lace in a size medium. So this is just up close on how the hairline looks, which I'm about to up right. Now so, whenever it comes to a bob wig, I think the hairline definitely has to be plucked. I'M really just trying to get rid of that harsh line that you see right at the front, I'm not the best sucker. I say that all the time because I have yet to like really practice, but I'm starting to practice a little bit more, so just starting out with just taking some hair right in the front, like I said just to get rid of that harsh line. To give you more of like a natural effect like so, and I also think it's super important with straight hair, as will to a plug the hairline, so just showing you guys, the bleach nods and I did Tinky lays with a little bit of foundation. So next, I'm just gon na go in and cut the lace off of this wig using my little eyebrow razor. I haven't used a razor in so long, but I really like it versus just using scissors because I just think it comes out a little bit more natural because you don't have that straight edge. Like you, don't really see it. You still see the lace, but not too much like you would see with just using scissors, so just using my little razor to take that off and, like I said before, this is a size medium, but it fit me so well you guys. So if you typically wear a larger size wig, I think you'd be just fine, we're doing a medium in this particular wig, because if I can wear medium, I feel like anybody can just like it is pretty thick. So I'm just gon na do my normal, adding two layers of free spray blow drying that down to amount my lace. So again, this wig is pretty affordable. It is under $ 100 and this is 12 inches. Of course, the shorter you go, the less it's gon na be, and I think this only goes up to 14 inches, but yeah super portable and a great style like everyone, everyone can rock a bob wig, no matter who you are, in my opinion, so just adding A little bit more of the free spray on my like hairline, wherever the lace is not melted, all the way and then just blow-drying this hair on cool because it is lightly damp. And then you do have a six inch parting space right here at the top. So you can do a really deep part, which I think it's perfect for this style. So I'm just gon na take my design essentials, which I absolutely love. If you do not have it this product, you needed, you need it, you need it. It is the best. My Holy Grail product for my wigs - I couldn't find it so I just found it for this videos, and that was so happy because I just knew these dual edges. We'Re gon na come out higher and they did. I do want to point out. I love at doing shorter baby here or like less edges when it comes to straight legs and also the shorter you make your edges your baby hair, whatever you want to call them the easier it is for them to lay. Sometimes I don't make them as short, but I really wanted to make a point to make them as short as possible or as short as I feel comfortable with for this particular wig. So I'm taking that home setting lotion whatever you want to call it again and using that to lay my edges and the hold is just perfect. You guys this product doesn't give a residue or leave a residue. Sorry or anything like that, so just chopping, some more baby, hair off and just doing as little as possible, and I did spend a good amount of time plucking this wig and I could have plucked so much more for it to be even more natural-looking. So if you are new to plucking wigs, you never done it before anything like that. This is a really great wig to practice on to try on because they give you a good amount of hair, especially in the front for you to kind of you know, plucking making your own and make it as natural as possible. So again, just taking that setting lotion to really get this hair as flat as possible at the top, and then I'm just gon na tie it down with my little black strips again. Alright, so here's what we're looking like after we've laid everything down, I'm just gon na go in with my baby, bliss flat iron and just kind of go section by section and flat iron, this hair and get it to lay as flat as possible. Keep in mind, of course, you could always put curls or waves or whatever you want in this wig in any bob wig, but I was going for a very sleek look because I was taking my birthday pictures because my birthday was just yesterday. Oh by the time you see this video, maybe a few days ago, my birthday was on the 14th. There we go so I was just taking some good old Quarantine birthday pictures in the house, so I was going for a specific look. I do want to point out that this is like. I said it's 12 inches, but I think the 10 inch would have suit me a little bit better but yeah. So just keep that in mind, if you kind of have my face shape or the roundness all that kind of stuff I ain't going a little bit shorter would have been perfect. However, if you're ever unsure when it comes to the length of hair, especially when it comes to Bob's, always go as long as you can afford, because you can always cut it, you can't add more hair, but you can cut it like I'm doing here. I just wasn't the biggest fan of the front and I wanted more of a blunt cut which, like I said, I didn't feel too comfortable with cutting it like all my head. I'D have to take it off and put on my mannequin head, but yeah just cut it. Those little ends right in the front and then I'm just gon na take my hot comb and lay this down even more and the texture of this hair. It'S I mean it's straight hair, but it's not that super super silky hair, so it has a little bit of. I don't even want to say texture to it. When I washed it, it had a little bit of like a body wave like a really slight wave to it. I want to say so again: it's not super silky. I think you guys can kind of tell that from this video, so I prefer that I'm not the biggest fan of super silky hair because it just yeah it just doesn't work for me. So just add it a little bit of hairspray y'all and then I'm just gon na define my part a little bit more with some powder and then that's really it for this video. So I hope you enjoyed it.
