How To Revive Any Synthetic Wig !

Hey ! I'm very lazy when it comes to hair , so here is the simplest way to revive your cheap wig!

Do you have a synthetic wig that you once used to love, but now it's just clumped up Raggedy poofy and you can't even get your fingers to it. Well, today, I'm going to be helping you get any synthetic wig back to like brand new. So today, I'm starting off with bobby boss. She is a yara from their collection. It is a blunt bob cut and i'm just gon na secure it to my mannequin head, because we're gon na need it to be really secure, because we will be brushing this bad girl out. Now that the wig is nice and secure. I'M going to start with this section in the back and start brushing it from the tips and making my way to the West. Now you should part it a little bit better than I did, I'm just very rushy and I'm just very messy when it comes to stuff. That'S why I don't really like doing how to's, because I do it my way but yeah you want to start from the tips and then make your way to the roots. If you just go in to start brushing from the left, you will create a lot of shedding. Although my wig looks nice now, you can't really tell the ends are poufy trust me. They are poufy and hard to get through. Now that the unit is all brushed out, you're gon na get a bowl and I'm going to also be using seventh-generation fabric softener. I got it from our local Target for about 399, so I'm going to place my unit into this empty bowl and I'm going to put water in it just about halfway until it fully covers the wig. I took the fabric softener and I poured about the reek ups full into the water first. I did too, but then I'm extra, so I ended up doing three halfway. You'Ll see it, though, and then I'm trying to get every bit out of the cap, so I'm swishing it around and stuff. So once I poured the fabric softener into the water, I'm now taking the wig and literally just going up and down out of the water with the wig. So I'm not going to be exactly washing the wig with it. But I'm going to I'm gon na just be submerging or soaking the unit in the solution to make sure that the solution reaches every strand. I'M then gon na leave it in there for an hour. I put an hour on my timer, but literally I did it overnight, and this is the next day I took it out of the water, I'm squeezing the water out dripping it out. Now I'm taking the leg wig and I'm putting it back on my mannequin head and we are about to start brushing her out again from tips to route baby girl do not forget tip to route. You guys are going to see me move my table a lot, because I don't have an actual wig stand. I just have like the clip on weight stand, and it's just very annoying sorry about that. You guys, I need to give me a wig stand ASAP after brushing up the lid completely. I let it dry on the mannequin head for about a day and a half, and this is what I came back to the hair - is very easy to maintain. The ends are not poufy anymore; the hair actually looks more sleeker and just revived in general, and I'm just so happy you guys watch me. Try it on watch how it looks now it looks so much better. I love my wig. I like new again just so. msfcarmichael: Try boiling the water 1st. Dip wig, put from thru out the hair like conditioner. Let it sit for a few hours then rinse it in really hot water and let air dry.

mskford808: Cool came out nice. Also, you can spray water on it section by section and flat iron to get optimal sleekness especially at the ends. It will not burn!!
renaeè: I’ve done this method but I found the fabric softener leaves a strange texture. If you’ve tried it and your getting like a sticky feeling to the hair just put some dish soap or shampoo in the hair and it’ll feel soft and like new

New Hites: Your hair looks amazing. I would like to add my tip however. I use KAIR SCRUNCHING MOUSSE ULTRA HOLD to give my hair a more natural look and feel. Squirt some on it and straighten the hair. I'm from Namibia, Africa and we can buy it in any Clicks store. I don't know where you could get yours in the states or UK though.

young nurse: When winter is over I wash & condition my wigs with Suave S & C. Spray them with wig spray. Then turn them inside out and seal them in separate plastic bags. I do the same thing for my summer wigs . When I go to use them for that season , they look brand new !!
