Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise, I'm also known as hey wig sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here with a human hair, wig review, for you guys, I'm here to show you this beautiful piece from in Vogue, medical, wigs. Her name is Santana and I am in love with her. She is a very, very curly, long piece if you want to know more about this piece and more about in Vogue and the services that they offer then stick around, because I'm really excited to share this resource with you guys. So I first heard about this wig from a wig sister. Her name is Rachel and she actually has a YouTube channel called Rachel's wig reform and she had purchased a wig from Kirsten at in Vogue, medical, wigs and it was gorgeous. It was one of your higher end, wigs, it was blonde and she looked amazing in it, and I was just so curious, so I was decided to check her website out and I went to it and I noticed that she had a wide range of wigs and She had some budget friendly, wigs and she had higher end wigs, and so I ended up messaging her. I saw that she had a couple of curly wigs like this and if you guys know anything about me, you know I love my curls, and so I messaged her and we ended up actually talking on the phone and she helped me select one, and this is The one she recommended - and it came in a 1B - the color 1B, which is essentially black, and so I told her that I loved the style, but I wasn't sure that I could wear a wig that dark, so she custom colored it to be this color. And I sent her a couple of inspiration, pictures and she did such a fabulous job. I just love it so much. Let'S take a look at this from all sides. It'S really long, so I'm gon na have trouble getting it all in the frame, but you'll get the general idea. So this is dry air. Essentially it's air dried. It'S! I have not um taken any heat tools to it. I have not done anything but put some conditioning spray in it and a little bit of hair oil on it. Just to you know, moisturize the hair, and then I scrunched it and I just let it dry, so you can always take a hair dryer to it. You could straighten it, you could curl it. This is beautiful Brazilian. I asked what kind of hair this was, and I think she called it. Mink Brazilian um, it's just the hair, feels amazing. It is very, very soft. It feels very, very healthy, but now keep in mind with this particular style. This is considered premium processed, hair and again I'm giving you information that was given to me um, I'm no expert on this stuff, and so she actually it creates this. This curl in this. So she says this is a very popular curl pattern for for her website, and so she kind of mass produces hair with this curl pattern, and then she um makes wigs with it so she's not just a retailer, but she actually is a wig maker. She makes wigs and she actually has a Facebook page and I've seen videos where she shows how she hand ties hair into these lace features and so she's legit, I mean she's. Definitely awesome. Let me tell you just a little bit about her and then I'm going to talk with you about this wig. I will time stamp everything below. So if you don't want any to spend time watching anyone's section, go look at those time stamps and you can skip around to whatever you care to see. I do have something very, very important to tell you about this cap, though, if you are new to wigs, you must watch that section before you click off, if you're going to be in the market for any human hair. I have some learnings about this. That are super are important, so first of all, her website is in vogue's, medical, wigs and Beyond. You can find that in the all of the links will be in the description. I am not sponsored for this video. I did not get a special discount on this wig to review it, for you guys she didn't even know who I was when I was talking to her the first time um. So all of this is just me trying to bring information to you guys, I'm so grateful to have found another resource to share with you um. Her Facebook page is in Vogue, wigs I'll link that below. If you want to go check her out on Facebook and see some of the videos she puts out just so many beautiful Styles um, she does wig drops once a month on the 25th, so she doesn't have a huge selection of wigs at her website and she's. Not constantly refilling stock, so once a month on the 25th of the month, she adds new product. Now there are some styles that she carries as stock Styles, and you can actually message her and ask her and buy one from her, even if it's not active so, for example, Santana. That'S this wig here is a style that she all can always carry because she makes it herself, and so, if you are interested in a Santana, but she didn't have any in stock on her website, you just send her an email or message her there's a mess. There'S a contact us on her website and there's also a phone number there. You can call her and you can just ask her to uh, make you a Santana and she can custom color it for you as well um. She, oh as a thank you, for this is huge you guys, okay, as a thank you. I'Ve been talking with her lately and just because I want to work with her more. I want to know more about her. I just love supporting small businesses and, as a thank you for this, she has offered a 10 discount. If you want to purchase Santana, she is going to have four available at her website on the 25th July 25th and as a as a special for anybody who watches my video, you can get 10 off by putting in the code wig sister 10.. This information is in the description if she is sold out, because I have a feeling it's going to sell out it's it's kind of a budget piece. I think it's under 600. I believe don't quote me on that, but it's somewhere around the 600 Mark without customization um, which is a great price for a human hair, wig um. So if it's sold out, you can email her or message her on the website that day that you want to purchase one, and you can still get that 10 discount. Even if she sells out of the stock that she's going to have custom color will be separate. If you want a different color than what she has in stock, so 10 discount, that is really generous. You guys really good for human hair. Let me just briefly talk about human hair prices, especially if you're new to wigs. This is super important to know. I know 600 is a lot of money. Again. I don't know exactly what the price is, but somewhere around there, but consider the fact that human hair is a non-renew. It'S a. I don't know if it's technically a non-renewable resource, but it's a difficult to renew resource. Some human being has to grow their hair in order to provide wigs like this, it's not made in a lab, and so the number one thing is: if it's going to be ethically sourced, the people selling their hair should get compensated fairly for that. In addition, Cap Construction and I'm going to show you this cap since we're going to get into the cap a little bit is a critical component to price on these because the more lace front, lace, parting features the more man hours it takes to make that wig. All of the lace on here, let me show it to you all of the lace on here is hand tied, that's true for all wigs. So when you get a wig and you've got all of this lace, a human being has hand tied every single individual strand into that. The rest of this is wefted, and it's all you know so. The the hair on that is kind of sewn into a weft track and that's sewn on here. That'S not as much labor as something like this. So the one of the reasons why this is a cheaper wig than some of the others that you might find out there for fifteen hundred dollars or two thousand dollars is because the lace part is not a lot on here. This is considered a four by four closure, so once you start getting the human hair you're going to start to see a lot of terms that you may not be familiar with in the synthetic wig purchases. This is why I think this video is so important to make, because, when I bought this, I did not know what a closure meant. I had no idea how narrow four inches of laces - and I struggled a lot to make this look natural, and I will show you why. But you've got four by four free part anywhere in here, so you can part it wherever you'd like and then, like. I said it's got wefting. She has a comb back here. You can remove that. If you want it doesn't bother me, I don't use it. This is called this is her Comfort. Cap, I think, is what she called it. It does not have ear tabs no ear tabs. I also didn't know how I would do with that. I would show that to you as well. This cap is so incredibly comfortable. It is kind of an at more of an average cap size and it fits me perfectly. I have a 22 inch circumference and you can see all my measurements in the description below. If you want a different cap size than this, she can make that for you, but there will be a delay, so what she is going to. She carries it in the 22 inch Comfort cap. But if you want a different cap, if you want a bigger circumference, if you want ear tabs, that is a custom order that probably will change the price and at this time to change the cap, there's a 12 week turnaround. She is a solo practitioner and she's very busy a color customization takes about six weeks. I think I got this in about three and a half when I had her custom color, it um, but she just said to be safe. It'S about six weeks for a custom. Color and about 12 weeks for a different cap, I think partly because she doesn't make the caps, I don't think I think she she has to get them and with all the supply stuff out there, it's probably just a delay all right. Let'S talk about how like the ins and outs of this cap and why I struggled so much so like I said this is considered a four by four closure cap. That means you've got four inches of lace here and then it kind of there. That'S where your cap kind of closes in on the lace, I'm I'm thinking, that's what the closure part is. Don'T quote me on that when I first got it the black, since this cap is black, which is great for a black wig, this was a 1B color. I had her color lighter, so the cap was perfectly appropriate for the hair color that this started with the black of the cap stood out like a sore thumb. It was so incredibly obvious when I put it on. I couldn't arrange the hair, especially on this side, so that you couldn't see that now I can part this in the middle if I want to, and that does help some, but I'm not typically a middle parter. So I didn't want to do that. That was a humongous hurdle for me to overcome so much so that this wig sat on a wig head down here in my office for three months. I did nothing with it at all for like three months and so keep that in mind when you're ordering human hair wigs. If it's a more budget friendly wig, this is considered a more budget cap. If you want a more parting space, if you want a lace front that goes ear to ear as opposed to a narrow lace front, that's going to come with a higher price tag, because the man hours to create that is much more significant. So lace is expensive. Essentially, the more lace a wig has the more expensive it will be so in order to keep the price down you're going to be seeing less cap features, you're going to need to learn to work with those. If you want more of a budget friendly, I think this hair feels amazing. I of course I have not worn it a whole lot yet. I just recently figured out how to work with it um. So I can't tell you about longevity. At the end, I will tack on some pictures of me wearing this in a ponytail. I love this wig in a ponytail. It is really too long for me at this length. So once I get all my reviews done and I share it - I'm probably going to cut it so that it's a little bit more of a manageable length, but it looks so amazing in a ponytail. So how did I manage the that part right there? I did three things well, first of all, when you first get this wig, you have to cut the lace, it does come with um the longer lace. I think I'm forgetting now, but I'm pretty sure that it does so you would have to cut the lace. Here'S. What I did, let me see if I can find okay, I've got what I need. First of all, I cut off. Let me take this off, so I can show it to you up close, I very carefully took a scissors and I cut the cap right here. Back just slightly, I trimmed off a little bit of the cap so that you couldn't see it. It was sticking out just a little bit from where the lace was, and you could see it a little bit. So I cut that a little bit and then I added some root touch up powder in a lighter color to it and that helped hide it. So it wasn't such a dark transition from the lace to the cap that made a huge, huge difference, a huge difference. So the stuff I have here is style edit root, touch-up powder, I'm actually doing a video on all of these. I'Ve already done a video on their blonde, and I show you how to hide dark roots with their blonde touch-up powder. It works great. I have a couple of other colors that I will show you, but essentially it comes with a little puff and this is their light. Brown color, I maybe even - could have used the blonde um I would just play around with whatever color works best, but I just went into the dark part of the cap and I just added some of the lighter oops I'm getting it on myself, but essentially I Just wanted to sort of blend out that transition just a little bit more and it worked really really well so between trimming it back a little bit and blending some of the color that helped a ton. If you have bio hair, you can pull some of your bio hair out and kind of feather it back into the wig, and you can blend that way and you that would also help to disguise it really really. It depends on you, but it worked really well for me and now I feel like I can wear this with confidence. Look at this lace front. You guys it is so good. The way she tied the hairs onto this lace, it's undetectable. She did such a good job with that um just there's so much. I love about this wig. Let'S talk about the fit, if, like I said it, fits me like a glove it fits me like it was made for me. So please look at my measurements. If you're thinking you want to purchase one of these and compare them to yours, if you are a lot bigger than me, this is going to be a. This can be small on you and you're going to want to go to a different cap size. I think if your my measurements or less you're going to be just fine, if you're slightly slightly bigger than me, I think you're going to be okay. There is some stretch here. So just keep that in mind. Let'S talk about no ear tabs, so this doesn't have any ear tabs. Normally a wig would have a little ear tab here that would come down and that would help with coverage. I don't I there's so much hair sewn in over here that I actually get really really good coverage. I wear this wig in a ponytail, which means I pull all of this back and I will show you pictures of that, and so what I do is I just pull out some of the extra hair here and I just trim off a little bit and create Baby hairs and that helps it to blend into my own hair. It really looks seamless. I'Ve got some really good pictures that show that so I don't miss the ear tabs at all. That doesn't bother me in the least not to have ear tabs on this, and I thought maybe that it would. If you have bio hair on the sides, you can just pull your bio hair out and blend it, and it's going to be seamless you're not going to have any issues whatsoever. So I really don't miss the ear tabs. Let me talk about one more thing. This comes with a strap. Let me show you how you use a strap with a wig. I do not feel that I need to secure this wig with anything. I don't even feel like. I need to put it stays or anything to secure the lace. This wig fits me so well it stays put, it doesn't shift around the lace lays perfectly flat without anything added to it. It is just amazing, but if you've got a smaller head than me, you can use a strap to help secure your wig. This is how you do it and you can actually do this for any wig. You can add straps to your synthetic wigs if you have trouble with them slipping and sliding around, or maybe the cap is a little too big for you. She has the tabs to hook them onto already on this wig, which I love, because that means I can take the strap off, sometimes you'll get a wig with straps and the straps are already added to it sewn onto the cap. I wouldn't appreciate that myself because I don't really need to use the straps, so I love that this is a removable strap, it's also adjustable, so you can make it a little bigger or a little smaller, depending on your head measurement. Here my fingers are they're, not cooperating with me, I'm having trouble hooking this all right. There we go so you've got the strap on here. Let me turn it the other way. Now let me show you how you use a strap, so the strap is meant to go back here. It sits back here on your head and it's meant to secure your wig. So if you have trouble with wigs riding up, a strap could help that and then you put it on, I go. I take the strap and I'm going to put the strap on. First, I'm going to make sure it's right down at that. The occipital, where the occipital bone is where your little indent is and then I'm going to pull the wig over the strap and then I'm just going to adjust it just like. I would. I have a mirror over here that I'm going to look in just like. I would normally - and now this thing is so secure - it's not going anywhere. I mean it's almost a little bit too tight for me, because this cap fits me so well to begin with. But if I were going somewhere - and I were super concerned that this wig was going to shift around this strap would be all I would need. You would not need a wig grip with this. If you use the strap absolutely you would not need a wig grip with this. It is just so incredibly secure. I mean seriously, it just works. So great, it's just a wonderful piece. You guys, that's all I can say um like I said I think I said it, that she custom curls and processes these curls, so that um, if you were to get uh one of her curly pieces, then this is typically the curl pattern you would find, but She also sells straight wigs and, like I said you don't have to wear it curly, and this is so long, but once I cut it, I am sure these curls will spring up even more. You know. You'Ve got the weight of the hair just like human hair or your own bio hair. If it's super curly the longer your hair is the more it stretches out those curls with the weight and when you get it cut it like Springs up, I'm assuming that's. What'S gon na happen with this one, but I think there's just so many styling options you can do with this and you know if I wanted to. I could take a clip and I could pull these bangs up. I mean just so much so I'm loving this wig. I think it's fantastic. If you miss your curly hair, this could be something to consider reach out to Kirsten, and you can talk with her about whether or not this is a good fit for you. Let me know if you guys have any questions and again on the 25th, I will put out a quick reminder, but maybe set your calendar if you're really interested in this on the 25th she's going to have a special discount for all of my subscribers and Watchers Uh wig sister will get you wig. Sister 10 will get you 10 off if you purchase it on the 25th between 8 A.M and 11 59 pm, and if she sells out, you can pre-order another one from her. If you do it that day and you will get the 10 off thanks for watching you guys, this has been so such a sweet success to figure out how to work with this wig. I was really a little disappointed in myself, honestly uh when I bought it, because I didn't educate myself enough about cap testiles and what a 4x4 closure was, and I'm really glad I made it work and that's why I'm here sharing this with you guys, I hope To share with you other cap Styles, as I get more experience and learn more about these human hair, wigs and the different types of cap Styles, if you have anything to add, please feel free to leave it in the comment section below and I'll talk to you In my next video thanks for watching, I hope you have a great day. Thank you.

dog lover: FINALLY a natural curly wig!!!!! WE need SO many more!

Sylvia Anderson: You look fabulous and the wig is beautiful too. My uncle used to make wigs in Europe many years ago. He made a wig for my mom’s collector doll with my mom’s long hair that she had cut just before she married my dad. My dad was a bit upset because he loved her beautiful long hair. Dad and my uncle have been gone for many years now but Mom who is now 82 years old, still has the doll with her beautiful long hair.

Mitzi Council: I just went to her catalog page and "Lucy" is so beautiful!! The color and style...well everything about it! And I'm sure it's a great sale price but it's still too steep for me. I would if I could though!! It's beautiful!!

Michelle Diekman: So Fabulous on you! BEAUTIFUL!! Love it, Great for Date Night

WIGAMANIA: Oh my this wig looks so natural. Great to experience the human hair wigs with you. You are gods send for sharing all this info free of charge . Thank you.

Peggy Penton: Would love to see a full length photo of you in this wig. It is gorgeous!

Frances Lock: That looks fantastic. If I was you I’d only need that one wig. I’m older and I’m not sure I could pull it off. I love it and I’ve saved this video.

Tonya Rodriguez: Omg I love this!!!! Gorgeous!!!! I’m going to look into one! Thank u for the review!!!

O: Omg, I love this one!

Kam: Authentic curl pattern ✨striking color way

Patty Carosi: Denise this is so beautiful! You look fabulous! I am going to check out this site. I am thinking how do you care for a human hair wig now? So many question's? Do you use a special shampoo and conditioner? Does the curl stay just like it is now? Does it frizz like human hair? This is exactly what my bio hair looked like except for the color. As my bio hair is / was a dark brown and I had platinum blonde highlights with low lights. This sure does make me miss my hair. I am looking forward to more information from you on this. You are a gift from God with all your information. You really go over and above to share so much with us. Thank you so very much! ❤❤

Kate Miles: Wow...that is just gorgeous on you!

Coast Daze: Wow, what a pretty style! And the color is perfect. You look really pretty in it, too. I wonder how the curl will be when you wash it? After synthetic wigs, having a HH wig is work! LOL. I have a HH topper and I don't wear it much because while I can style my own hair and have for decades, hair that is not in my own head is more of a challenge. I can't really style it like my own hair by pulling it tight while blow drying it. And on a mannequin head it's "backwards" and I haven't mastered that quite yet.

donna kesting: I love this wig—it looks awesome on you. Is there any other wig that is similar that isn’t so expensive that you know of?

Vicki Moore: Wow ❤️❤️❤️

Lizzy Casanova Garcia: Wow! Super Fabulous ❤️❤️Girl- you look amazingly beautiful.

Jacandmak: Love that color on you.

Linda McMaster: You look so beautiful!

s F: Wow you look 16 in that wig!!

donna kesting: Thank you for your reply, Denise. Any synthetic wigs like this that you know of?

Doris Mc Coy: You look so cute in this!

Inge Samyn: Waaw

Elaine Clements Finn: Do you look great or what in that wig ???

Denim: because the cap is essentially round you can put the part in the middle and just rotate the entire wig to move the part left or right

stacy: Everything I look at is sold out.
