I wanted to do like a flip over method with like a wig, you know what i'm saying like curly hair messy, no part just giving very much effortless summertime, all forehand, all vibes. You know what i'm saying wanted: a wig look that was going to look more effortless and something that i could wear on vacation or night out. That would allow me to put my hair up like switch sides and like not be stuck to a part cause. Sometimes the part just be messing up the vibe. It really do i fix it, but yeah girl, you can just pull it back. You can clock clip it. It'S perfect for summer time and it'll allow you to just like relax with the hair instead of being like. Oh, let me make sure it's flat flat flat flat: it don't have to be flat, it's a mess and i love it, but look at it. Let me have a sip of my green tea. Oh wow, i shouldn't have drank that much green tea. I feel a little let's go ahead and start with the packaging for the wigs, so the wig comes in this beautiful. Why do i say beautiful? It'S! A box girl! The wig comes in this herella hair box. As you can see, y'all don't look at my nails, they're not done, and inside the box i received some gifts. You could or could not be getting a couple of these items. We have a headband. We have a satin storage bag. Of course, we have our wig caps girl, these lashes, hey um. What is this a elastic band to lay the wig and a bonnet, so you could be receiving some of these items, one of these items, but we're not here for those items we are here for the wig. Let me show you how to wait. Let me show you, let me show y'all huh here is the wig look, how pretty y'all see this hair? I'M gon na go ahead and get into the wig details, but this wig has already been washed when it just comes out of the box. It looks a little bit different. It is so soft, so this wig is the purella hair. 13X4 lace, frontal jerry, curl lace, frontal wig. It is 24 inches long inside of the cap. We have three combs and adjustable straps in the back and, like i said, it's a lace frontal now this wig does come pre-plucked, as you can see the girls plucked it for us, but it did not. The knots did not come pre-bleached and, when i say knots the knots which is like the hair, that's attached to the lace, you see how it's attached to the lace. I did bleach the knots. This is what it looks like after the knots are bleached and i'll. Also show you what it looks like before i like to give y'all a before and after just so y'all know what y'all dealing with okay. So now, let's go ahead and get into applying this wig now yeah. If you don't know you are going to know, i do a fake ball cap method. What i like to do is take a wig grip boom boom, so we put on the wig grip and then i take a wig cap and i put it on top of the wig grip, i'm gon na pop the wig cap on boom. What i like to do is color in my wig cap to make it a little bit closer to my skin tone and i'm gon na see. If i can use this elf camo concealer. I never use it on my skin because my skin doesn't like the elf camo concealer, because, oh it does oh, is that too deep and too deep and nope? Okay right, that's closer to my skin tone right or did i do too much? I hope not because this could be the start of the wrong road wrong road. Let me see not the deodorant. Oh y'all, it's pre-plugged. I ain't got to pluck it. We don't have to plug baby. Oh my god. Yes, like look at that, look at how big and beautiful these curls are so i kind of want to do a. Why do i look so bright? Oh it's because of the dark hair. I kind of want to do like a no part sort of look. Let me pull you back see. This is the hairline. Now we don't have to pluck it, which is fantastico, so we can just move along to the next step. While this lace is really plain on my eyelids, so i'm just going to go ahead and use the flyaway wrap mousse. It is a defined in shape mousse. So i'm just going to take this mousse and what i'm trying to do is get the hair to go. Like backwards, so, if i over direct the hair backwards, it should be, i should be able to do all of this. You know what i'm saying: let's see if that works, so why am i looking so i'm not trying to flatten the hairline i'm just trying to make it like you know like go backwards. Do you know like does that make sense to y'all? Hopefully that's making sense. Let'S go ahead and pull this in, so y'all could see what we doing to the hairline. I sound like ray j, my cousin hairline hairline, so we're gon na take the mousse and i'm just going to hit the hairline hairline like this, but i'm not going to try and um over direct the hair, i'm just going to let the hair like be. You know what i'm saying this stuff really smells like men's deodorant. It really do. I'M gon na get up into the roots a little bit. Oh my god! Oh my god, and i'm oh, my god it burns now me could tell you what the oh, my god. Oh, my god where's my oh, my god. Oh oh, hey! Don'T clap your hands together when you got moose, oh my god! That really just happened to me. Oh my god! That really burned! Oh that's! Pretty! Though! Okay! I want to do it like that. I want to do it like that. Okay, now for the rest of the hair, i'm gon na add mousse to the hair now and let it dry and we're gon na apply the wig, because i'm not flattening this hairline y'all know i'm a hairline flattener, but we're not going to flatten our hairline. I'M just going to add some mousse to the hair, just to define the curls and while that dries we'll apply the wig i'm going through it today. Oh, my god, on candy camera, i'm gon na go ahead and use the shea moisture, coconut hibiscus freeze, free, curl mousse. It'S a shea moisture day. Today, breast milk, i'm unhinged to get the curls popping. I'M gon na go ahead and use like. I said this mousse. I usually go through in sections and really like rake through every single curl, but i kind of want a little bit of frizz and i want the hair to just like lift freely. So i'm just gon na do mousse on both sides and comb it through. That'S it we're gon na keep it simple, dimple y'all! I am unhinged today and i'm just gon na comb through the curls, with my evolv 572 brush just to get the curls like banded, together on the ends. Why somebody fire alarm going off girl? It'S today is not no no okay and then for the ends i'm going to use the yeah. I got these little straight hairs on my hand for the ends. I'M also going to use the locking and coconut curls air dry cream, and this is supposed to like helps you hold curls without the crunch, so i'm gon na just put that on the ends. Y'All see how those ends look like. I don't like that. Let me add a little bit more mousse real quick, because i, like my ends to be like real, real, real moisturize. The ends are the most important to me. Let me recalibrate y'all, i'm trying to recalibrate after getting myself in the eye. I just can't get myself together, okay, so that's what the hair looks like at the ends, and now i'm gon na go in with the air dry cream from ogx. I actually like this stuff. I use this once or twice before and i like how it like adds moisture to the hair and the smell baby. Oh my god, i feel like i want more clumpy curls, but i feel like i'm being really really really picky. My curls aren't like clumping like i want them to like. I really like y'all know i like a good clump, but sometimes it takes a lot of time and i'm wondering if i can like get the same look with less effort, because i literally sit here for an hour like detangling curls, which i'll be doing y'all. Tell me what y'all be doing here we go. I really want the curls to be a little bit more defined, so i'm just going to go in and just hit it with this real quick, i'm adding a little bit more mousse here too y'all see how i was just gon na do a little bit and I ended up doing too much store in my life, so i'm gon na separate out the hair in this section right here, because this hair i want to be able to flip around and like move it any way i want to, and i feel like it's best For me to separate this out, because it's going to create like more of a realistic flip around you know like hair. Look, if i keep this section separate. If you understand what i'm saying this is the first time i've styled the hair first, so i feel like it'd, be looking a fool, but y'all don't worry about it. We gon na make it real simple. I'M trying to make this like the simplest, wig application for curly hair because i feel, like i've, been doing too much with the curly hair. So let's add the mousse. So i'm going to do these two sections. Add some mousse add some curl cream and then we'll do the top. My so i've added all the mousse to the hair. I'Ve added the dry cream and the curls look stunning. So next, in order for me to reinforce this hairline and get it to like stay going backwards and get a little bit waxy, i think i'm gon na use a wax stick. I may be doing too much but hear me out. No, actually, i use the wax stickler now that that's done, all i need to do is tint the lace. As you can see, this lace looks a little bit. Oh girl that looks pretty look at this. Oh, i think we're going to the destination. I was thinking. We was going so i was a little bit worried, but i feel like we're getting there, i'm going to use the flawless illusion by calendaric lace, tint spray, but now the undertone on this lace. Tint is perfect. It'S not gray, it's a little bit more golden and that works for my skin tone. So when i tint the lace, hopefully it looks like what i think she should be looking like wow, not my bra again, i'm not gon na spray it on camera, because the stuff is messy, it's really liquidy and i got too much. I got a computer over here girl, so i take the wig off and i spray inside of the cap with a little ch and then i blow dry it on high and warm to get it dry and then that's it. We'Re gon na do like one or two layers and then i'll come back and blow dry it on camera. So i'll be back! Oh! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! This is it one thing i love about. This wig is the hairline. It'S not a straight across hairline, it's kind of zigzaggy, which makes it look a little bit more realistic. So when i'm cutting off this lace, i don't have to worry about it. Looking like, too, you know what i'm saying now: let's go ahead and cut off the lace. So when i'm cutting my lace, i do the same thing. I cut down the middle and then i zigzag cut across the hairline. I need to be careful. This hair is really trying: okay, okay, so the hairline is cut. I'M hoping it'll blend in but i'll be getting y'all, i'm nervous. What i am going to do right now is take a wax stick and get this hair. So i'm going to take the zla wack hairline master wax: stick. Am i centered? Oh no girl, not spiritually or on camera hello. So i'm just going to add a little wax stick right here, just to get these hairs under control because i'm so used to flattening it because you know flattening it just looks better to me and plus it makes my life easier, but we're not flattening today we're Gon na let these roots root baby we about to be i'm about to be fooling the girls. If they don't, then i don't know what to tell y'all. Okay, i'm gon na use these matte. These matte black hair clips are so in vogue. You know i'm just going to use these just to make sure the hair doesn't flip and flop around okay. So i'm going to use the wig dealer touch up lace, bonding gel. You already know that this stuff is the stuff to apply the wigs. Now i'm just gon na go ahead and add this to the forehead. Now. The only thing about this stuff is that it's so sticky, so i got ta be careful, so i'm just gon na apply it to the hairline. I'M going to go all the way across the hairline, because i just really want to get this wig on, but i usually do sections, but i'm not in the mood for sections. You know i'm just in the mood for like girl, let's throw it on and go so we're just gon na. Let this dry a little bit now this stuff dries fast, but it dries like a weird sticky, not my little baby hair. I'M gon na pull the lace forward, make sure it's centered. We don't want our forehead to look too. Oh, that's a small forehead right there is that right: oh, not the jail! No! Oh! Okay! That looks good all right. Okay, okay! Oh that looks good though. Okay, okay, so i've applied the lace um, it looks good but i feel like i need to go over top with a little bit of something. So i don't know if i'm gon na do the wig dealer spray or the gel. Let me test it nah. I need to use the gel, so i'm gon na go over top with the wig dealer gel and just spray, or am i gon na use. Let me see what this will look like. It still looks a little haloey. I think i'm gon na use the wig dealer gel, so i'm gon na take out like a little bit of hair in these sections, because i think i'm gon na do like soft baby hairs. So i'm gon na take out my baby hair first before i melt this lace down, because it's going to get a little messy okay, so i'm pulling out the areas. That'Ll be my baby hairs and i feel like i want to do soft baby hairs not like anything like super duper like hard just get the hairs out of the way and then let's go ahead and melt the lace now, the best way for me to melt The lace is to put the touch up, lace, bonding gel and i'm just gon na go over top just over top the lace and i'm trying to avoid the hair. But i'm just gon na go over top the lace just to melt it a little bit and typically it melts down perfectly. But i guess we'll see what it does today and it's okay. If i get it in the hair like a little bit, but not not too much, not too much, oh it's coming together. I think i see it friend, you see it. I'M gon na take these clips out. I probably shouldn't, but i'm just gon na twist, these together just so they're out of the way, while the lace melts, i'm gon na add a little bit more mousse. I don't know what i'm doing y'all. I'M add a little bit more mousse up here. Just to give it like that, look, okay! So i'm gon na in this area - i'm not gon na - do baby hairs, but i'm gon na flatten the hair a little bit this area right here, i'm just going to melt the lace just going to go ahead and melt the hairline and do the same thing On this side, because y'all see that lace hanging out uh - oh not that lace coming up - oh, this is pretty, i feel like it's going where i want it to go, but like not really do i look like an amateur okay. So in this part, i'm gon na take my baby hair brush and kind of encourage some of the hair to like kind of swoop in this area right there and i'm gon na do the same thing on this side just kind of swoop. The hair encourage the hair to swoop like just not a baby hair, just a swoop. Y'All. This baby, hair brush looks gross it's a whole bunch of gel in it shout out to the baby dirty baby, hair, brushes, ew yeah. That looks like captain crunch in my in my baby brush, i'm not okay with it. I think i want the curls to kind of go this way, so i need to like uh, add more mousse, okay, because the curls are kind of frozen up, because i keep moving the hair around and i'm just going to twirl my finger around just to get Some of these curls to act right now, once the hairline dries i can get in between here and kind of put some of my uh makeup on it to make it blend. But in the meantime, i'm gon na go ahead and diffuse this hair and get it dry, so we can go ahead and move along. You know what i'm saying: okay, so we're gon na diffuse the hair and dry it. So when i diffuse my fair hair, i'm going to diffuse it on high and warm hot imma diffuse it dry. That'S all! I know. Let me go ahead and turn this on and then diffuse it until it's mostly dry. Let'S go okay, so next, i'm gon na use a little bit of my uh foundation. Stick the bobby brown foundation, stick in the color walnut skin and i'm gon na take my little. This is an eyebrow brush that i got from amazon. It came along with my tweezers, so i like to use the angled brush at the end just to kind of blend. In my wig cap you see my wig cap is sticking out like right here and i need to get her. I need to get that. So i'm going to take this and let's zoom you in and see if i can conceal that so so, i'm gon na do one more thing: we're gon na lay down some baby hairs because y'all see that, like. What'S that the wig looks good, but i feel like i need to do a little bit of baby hairs, so my hairline doesn't look so straight. I don't like how straight it looks, so i'm putting i'm gon na put some baby hairs on it. Just right here. Just to make the hairline look a little bit more like you know what i'm saying really every single time. I'D be trying to do no baby hairs and they just don't be giving it don't be. Giving friend i'm gon na take my annie shears and i'm just going to go ahead and cut y'all see it looks pretty good without the um baby hairs, but i'm not i'm not vibing with it exactly in order to lay down the baby hairs. I think i'm gon na use some got to be glue gel, but i don't want to use too much because i already have makeup on and it started to get real gunky and weird so um. This is a mistake. No, i need to learn how to leave. Well enough alone, foreign, my okay y'all: this is the finished, look, do y'all what do y'all think what do y'all? Think of this look. I love it like natural and wavy, and just effortless vacation like like, very, very, very, very, very, very pretty, but i'm happy. I did something different girl. It was k-yatic but y'all look at it hold on not it. When i do like this, you can kind of see that halo. I don't like that. I just wonder why i keep getting that and i love how it looks like just because it doesn't have a part like i'm able to switch parts on this wig like like this and not have to worry about like losing my part. You know what i'm saying like: i can have more versatility with the wig like this um, that's perfect for summertime, because girl is hot and i'm a summertime like, let's wear curly, hair sort of girl like tussle it around. Yes, effortless. I wanted effortless curls and that's what i got even though they took a whole bunch of effort friend, but let me show you what it looks like in the back in the bike. No, i did that. Y'All see this yes yeah. I put too much lace on this side like i messed up on it, but that's okay! Let me show you what it looks like up close y'all see i have. I should have cut off this lace.
