Skunk Stripe On Closure Wig | Lumiere Hair Wig Review

Hair is brought to you by lumiere hair company. So of course, i'm gon na show you what's inside the bag, how i customize this unit as well as a full, install tutorial. I show don't because we're going to beverly hills now, if i'mma do good at that audition, we got to look like stars in this bag. I received a wig cap, an elastic band and an informational card. This unit is a 26 inch, 5x5 lace closure unit with a pre-plucked hairline at 180 percent density. She is very thick and has an elastic band and adjustable straps, so y'all. We are on day one this time, we're going to do this gunk stripe and bleach. The knots at the same time, so here i parted, where i'm going to bleach this whole unit. So, as you can see, i'm only bleaching. Maybe i want to say an inch worth of closure space. Does that make sense like i'm not doing the middle part? I'M doing like a little bit towards the side and then i'm bleaching the rest of the tracks all the way down to the ear. So here i'm showing you guys. This is like maybe an inch worth of parting space and then i'm going to take my blonde brilliance, 35 volume developer and powder and mixing that up to create a nice watery consistency and don't forget your foil and then here we're just going to part very small Small parts here i like to add bleach to the root first and then comb out the bleach all the way down to the end, and then i grab my foil and i add the bleach to the foil. First then place the hair on top of the foil and then add more bleach on top and then separating the strands with my brush to have the bleach evenly coated. So there's no like patchiness and you just continue that all the way up until you get to your designation. But here i'm showing you guys a better view. I start with the roots, and then i like to comb through them, and then i get my foil and add the bleach. And then i like to place the hair on top of the foil, where the bleach is and then go back in separate. The hairs. Make sure the bleach is evenly coated throughout each of the strands, so this is going to be an hour later and we're going to bleach the knots. Finally, i'm taking my blonde me powder and 40 volume developer and mixing that together to create a thick consistency. Then i'm going to add a few drops of the rich eggplant by adore. This will create a nice scalp looking wig, so it looks like it's growing out of your scalp. I let that sit for another 30 minutes, and here i'm just washing out all the bleach throughout the hair and, as you can see, you can still see the black knots on this unit. So i did go ahead and bleach the closure again for another 30 minutes and it lifted perfectly - and this is day two look at how bomb this hair lifted. We'Re gon na, take our adore sky blue and use this color to dye our skunk stripe. I let this die sit for about 30 minutes and i washed it out and used shampoo and regular conditioner. So this is day three and, as you can see, there's still patchiness to this unit and it wasn't how i liked it. So i went in and used the rest of my sky blue by adore die. I didn't have too much left. I only had like a quarter of amount left, so i did end up using blue sapphire by adore and mixing those colors together to create the color. I have in the beginning of the video i actually love this color way better. This was more of like a greenish color and i was trying to go towards like a blue, so this was perfect, perfect, perfect and i let this sit literally overnight, because i was scared that i was going to be patchy. So i let this sit for more than like through maybe 12 hours, and this is the next day i blow dried. It straightened it. I also plucked it off of camera, and here i'm going to add some layers to this unit, definitely check out my layering tutorial and i have a bunch of tutorials on how i pluck my unit. Definitely let me know if i should have more detailed versions. I'D be skipping around a lot because i'd be thinking you guys already know, but yeah now it's time to install this units. This is going to be a very easy install. So of course, i'm going to play some music.
