Short Natural Hair Style | How I Style My Hair After A Big Chop Twa

Foreign foreign foreign, thank you. Thank you, foreign. Thank you, foreign foreign, foreign foreign, hey guys, so, as you can see, I have kind of been struggling with this um hair. One of the rubber bands like in the middle popped and I'll have to take out these two to redo it. I'M not going to do that. I have some braiding hair that I'm going to use, which I was going to put it at the end anyways, because I'm trying to kind of go for like just like two braids like this and so um but yeah. This is, I wanted to do this because it's kind of like a length check you guys. I cut my hair about seven months ago, but oh my God, but in April, like I had to cut it in February. Right really really short I'll show a clip of what it looked like. I baked chopped it all off and that would have been fine, but in April I cut it again after two months, so this could have been. We could have been at seven months of growth, but really we're only at five months and when I had cut it in April. I got frustrated with like the shape, so I let the top be longer and I did like a tapered and I went shorter at the ends and so had I not done that in April. I feel like it would be out like another few inches, but regardless this is where I'm at and um I'm not gon na pull. You know too hard and it's fine. I love my hair. I love the texture of it. This is obviously my natural hair, but it's really healthy and if I have any hair growth tips, it would just be to have patience and love your hair because, as I've opened up before you guys, I grew up always straightening. It always wanted it wanting it to look like my mom's, which she has hair like Pocahontas like long jet, black long long hair, and it just isn't you know, and so I had struggled with loving my hair. I struggled with always wearing a weave which you'll see that I I'm always changing out my hair, but there's just nothing as beautiful as your natural hair, so hair growth, just for me, has just been learning to love it and appreciate it and just let it rest. That'S why I'm always doing a protective style. You'Ll always see me with like a half wig on or like a wig extensions braids whatever, because when you are letting your hair grow back, you don't want to mess with it too much want to keep it moisturized wash it as often as you need to. Oh, my God, it busted open again, I'm gon na try to do two rubber rounds. This time it's like you're trying to tie me down and I want to be free um, I'm gon na do two rubber bands, but, like I said, I'm gon na crochet in some braiding hair. It'S in that awkward stage of like two, like kind of too long to just like, be wearing it down for this, like for my taste, but then I'm not going to cut it again, and so I don't know I just I wanted to try something new and See what I could do with this TWA situation that you love some hair into like a ball right here, a ball right there like a bantu knot like a bun here boom boom and like two back here. If I do the same thing, I feel like that'll be cute but yeah. So I'm using like this crazy gel that that girl should have been using, but she used something else and glued her hair down, but yeah. It'S just like it's called snot, because it's just so like gooey and um. I don't know what they put in here, but do I recommend it um? If you don't have anything else like me right now sure? Oh, my gosh, you guys. I just hear these rubber bands popping, so are they all poppy wow? I am never getting these again. I thought they were good they're from goody, but yeah. I don't get those don't get those it's just kind of fun to just be able to do my own hair again like in a style, because it's just been short for so long and um. So I'm gon na let my little baby hairs kind of be free and do their thing. Oh those edges are so lit in this picture. No, but um. I heard something else bust, one of them busted. Look at that. Oh just pray for me, but anyways. So yeah, so this is the regular texture, as you can see just little Grays everywhere, I'm not ready for that. Like cannot wait till I'm like in my 60s, like I live my life all over again before I get gray hair but anyways. Let'S say it's from wisdom huh, I don't know but yeah. So it's just! This is just water. When I was in the shower, I co-washed my hair with just with some conditioner but yeah. I just you know the more I wash like. I wash my hair whenever it's filling dry, like I just let the water hit it. I feel, like water, has really been a catalyst for growth for my hair, so keep that in mind and yeah. Just like coconut oil is my go-to. There are so many of like opinions on YouTube. I'Ve heard so many stylists say like don't use coconut oil, don't use this, don't use that like water and coconut oil have helped my hair grow. So much like that's just what it is. So here's whatever works for you and I like the unrefined, just organic raw coconut oil from the food section, but yeah it's cool, just to see like the growth of this hair, but look there's literally so many things you can do. That'S just what I love so much about curly hair. It'S just you could do anything like you could do that. You can walk around like this. This is a vibes but yeah. I already put some coconut oil in the beginning, like I showed you guys so just using the slightest vanilla gel and you do not want to yank on your edges so like I like to just kind of like pull them out in the beginning. Whatever it is, I'm gon na, like use, probably something like that, so I'm gon na do the same thing on this side. Just try to get this situation going. Oh my gosh! It'S still really short. You know I'm doing the best I can, but I will come back when this side is done like this and we'll work with the braiding hair and see what we can do this foreign okay. So I separated some like braiding hair and I'm gon na use a crochet hook and just go for it because foreign like what is she doing? I don't know yet we're just going as we go I'll, be back okay guys. So this is where I'm at I kind of turned this one. We have this little, these little hairs out a little bit. That'S okay! I'M not gon na force them in, but yeah. So I crocheted the braiding hair into here started braiding and I turned this into a bantu knot, and then I had this little extra one down here. I added braiding hair braided it and then turned it into this Loop -de-loop. You know at first I was gon na just let it be free um like have a braid here, I'm about to not, but I kind of like how this looks better um take a bobby, pin kind of hold it in better. I feel like this is a style Rihanna would rock or one of her hair stylists would hook up for her. So now, look at these rubber bands keep popping, but that's pretty good, though look from here two here boom. Let me do the other side and then I will be back. Stop. Oh my God, trying to braid this tiny little Bob of hair Bob. It should be tiny, teeny, weeny, Bob nah. Oh my gosh. I feel like it's about to fall out. It'S a little praying for me. Do you know how many times I thought girl you should have just put a wig on today. My daughter is pressing me to get in that pool. If you guys know, I live in Arizona, it's gon na be so hot until like but another two months, it's gon na be like over 100 every single day, oh okay, so it doesn't have to be perfect. I'M just like. Oh, this is so cute to me, like boom hair, inspired hair move boom boom, I've been watching grownish and Zoe's hair the main character Zoe her hairstyle is like silver like they kill it every time you guys know I love hair. So much that's why this channel is Beauty and wellness. You guys both yeah, I just haven't been able to really do hair videos for you guys like that, because I haven't had no hair. So what hair? Okay, I feel like this one's a little bit thicker than this one, but it's cool. We got the Vibes going on wait a minute that looks a little crazy at this point. I'M gon na use a bobby, pin you guys, because my patience isn't running thin at this point, so I'm gon na let a bobby pin because we're about to get in the water. I'M taking you through my whole process right now. I pulled that through and honestly just knot it. I have not thought any of this through. I'M just like doing it with you guys. Well done, that's really cool! I have another little piece right here: cool down and it just kind of gives it an extra layer of just boom. If my daughter was not pressing me, I would definitely add a few more of these little things, but you guys are kind of here's.
