Hey y'all, it's really like these and you guys are back on my channel. You guys want to see how i made this closure. Look like a whole frontal chin, yes, sir, but you guys this wig was provided to me by tanasha. Here they sent me this 20 inch d, wave 5x5 closure, you guys i'm more into like frontals or whatever, but i can get used to this closure stuff. This is actually pretty cute. The hair is great quality. This is probably one of the best wigs i've ever had, thanks to not shame um but yeah, so i'm gon na be showing you guys how i bleach the knots how i plucked the wig, how i melted the lace, how i do my baby hairs, y'all gon Na get the whole nine yards y'all. This is my first time putting on a wig, but it's my first time doing like a fresh out of the box wig, because i usually like go to my hairstylist and have him like put on the wig and if it will start to lift and i'll take It off and redo it, but i'll, never like full blown like melted, a brand new lace front wig. So this will be my first actual install by myself and you guys, i think i did pretty good. I love the curl pattern. I love the curly hair. Most definitely this is going to look cute period. I will probably run this back for my birthday, but for my birthday i want to do like a frontal and i went along with it but yeah. I really like this hair y'all already know what to do. Y'All. I'M about to teach y'all how i, how i got this installed, but before we even get into the video y'all, already know what i need y'all to do. I'M gon na need y'all to like this video i'll need y'all to comment on this video and, most importantly, i'm gon na need y'all to subscribe and hit that notification bell all right. Let'S get into it. Yes, sir, oh yeah awesome! This video is also um, sponsored by los amir. I think their thing is in the lows of your hair, but they sent me this weekend. You guys the wig head is fine. Like i'm gon na put it y'all gon na see everything. I'M gon na put the wig head the hair, the caps. What glue i use, what mousse i use all the products is going to be in this video. So if y'all want to know how i got this d wave 5x5 closure install keep on watching y'all. So, as you guys know, this wig was provided to me by tinashe hair. This is a satin bag that came in, and this is the box that the hair came in. The wig is placed on top. They gave me some goodies, some headbands, here's a pamphlet. They had sent me about their company there's the back. They also threw in this gold bonnet. I definitely needed a new bonnet and they gave me some wig caps and can't forget the lashes. These are their 3d mint lashes and they put the hair in this little fishnet to prevent all the flyaways, and this is the raw curl pattern of the wig. It'S so pretty you guys. I love the curls, and this is a close-up of what the lace looks. Like once again, this is the 5x5 closure, and hopefully i can make this closer like a frontal and now i'm about to begin the bleaching process, because the knots were black and you don't want black knots, you want the knots to be a brown, so they can Match the texture of your skin tone so right now, i'm just spraying the hairline, the baby hairs and i'm combing the hair back. So the hair won't be in the way getting in the bleach, because y'all don't want no blonde baby hairs. Y'All gon na be looking crazy, that's a no-go for sure so we're just going to sleep the baby hairs back, so they won't be in the way. So today i'm going to be using the clairol bw2 hair bleach. You can get this at your local beauty. Supply store for about five dollars and i'm going to be using the 40 volume developer by salon pro. You can get this at your booth, supply, store or sally's and right now, i'm about to start opening up the bleach and the key to this process, even though like believe it or not, you guys. I know it looks like i know what i'm doing, but this is my first time dealing with bleach so step. One already knew put those gloves on because you don't want to burn your um hand or nothing, because i heard that this bleach can burn you and that's definitely not what i need. But most importantly, you want to try to create like a toothpaste like consistency, because you don't want your bleaching stuff to be runny, because it's going to sink through your lace and then you're going to end up bleaching the actual hair instead of just your knots. So you just want to stir it up until you get a toothpaste like consistency. This part is really self-explanatory. You kind of want to keep playing with the bleach and developer um. What i like to do is i like to keep more bleach in the cup versus developer, because that way i know i won't make a runny substance. I can always make it thicker and gooey if that makes sense, but yeah just keep playing around with it till you get the correct, texture and consistency foreign now. What you guys are about to see me do is i'm about to pull the knife out of the cup to see if the substance is running or if it's sticking to the knife, if it's running, you probably need to add some more bleach, but if it sticks Like toothpaste, then you should be good now. The next step in this process is making sure that you turn your wig inside out, making sure that no hair is in the way or no baby hairs in a way. Because you want to bleach your lace, you don't want to bleach the actual hair and i'm going to be using this towel. Just no because i don't want to create a big mess because bleach can get messy and i'm making sure everything's, firm and turn inside out and now i'm about to go get my cup of bleach. When you put the bleach on your lace, you want to make sure that you're not pressing down on the lace too hard. If you press down on the lace too hard, you can end up bleaching the actual hair, so you want to lightly just pat the bleach on the top of the closure and kind of spread it like butter, but don't press down, though, because you're going to overleash Your knives and y'all are going to be highly upset because i don't it's gon na be a hot mess. Just just trust me on this. Just trust me subscribers trust me on this, but y'all know: y'all got ta pack that bleach on your lace and try to get full coverage, because you want all your knives to be bleached and you want you don't want to really want any um black knot. So yeah another thing you guys this is 40v developer. It'S not 30s, not 20. Therefore, the developer is gon na turn, your hair quick. So these chemicals are strong they get to moving. I would not recommend walking away from your lace because you come back. Your lace. Might be blonde, that's how quick it works um. I left my beach up there for about 20-25 minutes, um and yeah. If it was 30 v developer, maybe you could go there for 35, but that 40 v 15 20 minutes tops now that my knots are done sitting in there they're nice and brown, i'm about to run water on my lace, um, my personal preference. I use like lukewarm water because i personally feel like the hot water can make the bleach react. So i don't want to turn my knots any more than they have already turned, because i i don't want no bleached blonde lace. Y'All y'all know this man, but i'm about to uh just wash off the bleach, and i'm about to tell you guys what shampoo i use soon too. You guys we're about to be using pantene shampoo, actually you're supposed to use shimmer lights shampoo, because it's supposed to tone down your lace and you don't want your lace to look brassy and light. But i don't have shimmer light shampoo. So we're going to just be using some champagne, i mean i said: champagne pantene, pantene, pantene shampoo, and you guys you want to make sure that you're washing the hair thoroughly and you get out all the bleach, because if you don't you can risk bleaching. The actual hair, like we talked about earlier, that's not what you want, so you want to make sure that you're washing the hair thoroughly, removing all bleach and all residue possible and yeah the rest is pretty self-explanatory. I'M sorry, my big, my big tail body keeps getting away, but i'm trying to make sure i got all this bleach out so yeah you guys. I already know um. This company lost amir, sent me this 22 week head and you guys i love this weekend. It'S cute, it's sturdy and it's very convenient, and this is the part you use to hook it onto your tabletop or counter or whatever you you're, going to be using um. I usually hook it off to the side of my table and then i twist this knob to make sure it's nice and sturdy onto the table, because you don't want your wig here, going side to side when you're trying to make sure that your wig is on. That'S pretty annoying but yeah. This is really sturdy actually and i'm about to put my wig on this weekend. You guys this really like michael jackson, right now. It'S wet it ain't. It ain't the natural state, but that don't matter because we're just about to get into this plucking process. So you want to make sure that your weed is nice, and that is down, and that is sturdy, because you don't want to be plucking, then having to keep on making sure your wig is intact and, along with this weekend, this company also sent me some t-pins And also came with this sewing needle. So if you guys like wig construction, then this kit will come in handy. It has everything you need: the t-pins, the sewing needles and the weak head. But right now, i'm just about to be pinning down my weak by its closure to make sure that it doesn't move, but i'm trying to plug this frontal period. The next step, i'm going to be doing is wetting my hairline, because it's easier to see what you're plucking and what you're doing once your hairline is wet, because the wet hair kind of mimics how your hair is going to look after you press it with that. Hot comb, when your hair is poofy and dry, you really don't know the actual look of what you're plucking, but more of the story is: what's your hairline, it makes the plucking process way easier, so after you're done with the hairline and pushing the hair back, i, Like to just brush it to, you know, make sure that all the hair is out of my way and i like to go in my tweezers. Listen. These tweezers were like a dollar two dollars at a dollar store. You can go to the booth supply store. Whichever is your preference now, let's get into this plug-in, i like to section off um the front of the hairline, because that's going to be the distinction between the baby hairs and the actual hairline, and you don't want to over, pluck the baby hairs. So i'm going to try to get behind the baby hair, so i can get to plucking. So you guys, i have already kind of started off camera, but you know i ran out of storage, but i'm back and i'm better. Now you don't want to keep plucking in the same place and you don't want to plug too close together, because that can create boating. You kind of want to move around and you can pluck in threes, like one two, three move, one, two, three move, one, two three move: you know because you want that gradual fading effect come on now and after i do the first part. I part another section and i go behind there and i continue the process. One two three plug one, two, three one, two three one, two three and i kind of skip around until i get that gradual. Look i'm looking for you know you got ta get on scalp or whatever. Now i'm about to just brush my hairline back, if you guys do not see hair on your brush, you're doing something wrong: you're, not plucking enough, and that's all that i plucked throw that to the side. And now i'm just going to go over my plugin and i'm going to get that hairline. So i'm going to have that scalp effect, because i want this closure to look like a frontal, so don't over plug because you've already done enough plugging. But you know just go over it, so you can make sure that you have that. Look that you're going for for the next step, we're going to be using our guys to blue freeze spray so that we can mill this cap into our head. I usually like to use a couple of coats of the freeze spray and then i like to go over it with my blow dryer on the cool setting, because i don't know, i just feel like freeze spray and it got to be product tends to cool quicker. If you use the cool setting for some reason and plus it doesn't burn your scalp, so we're going to go with that right now, i'm just about to use my scissors to cut my cap. You want to try to cut as close to your edges as possible, but don't actually cut on your edges. Just basically outline your hairline because baby be careful because don't cut your edges, you want to take this cap off with alcohol because it will rip off your edges. Perimeter of your hair will be right ball here. Trust me, i haven't seen it done it before. I don't want to go back. I just got my edges scroll back, thank god they back and they better so but yeah y'all, you're gon na just um cut with your small scissors and don't worry about any pieces are sticking up because we're gon na fix that for the piece of your cap. That'S sticking up. You just want to use your free spray in the end of a rat tail comb so that you can get that cap to lay down flat, because you don't want the cap to be sitting up because it can interfere with how flat your lace decides. To lay on your forehead and you want to um yeah, basically just lay down the edges, and you can go over with a blow dryer too. It makes the process go much faster. So you guys this shade of rk makeup ended up being too light for my skin. The picture made it look darker, but it really wasn't dark enough. So yeah this install has some trial and errors, but we came out on top on the end, but i'm about to show you guys so to fix this issue. I ended up finding some darker foundation and going over and putting on my cap just so. I can make sure that my cap is blending in with my skin tone, because you guys you want to make sure that your cap matches your skin tone, because if it's too light, sometimes you can see the cap throughout the lace. So i'm just blending this with darker foundation. In the end, i ended up going to cvs and finding some darker foundation so next time this won't be an issue. Now you want to take some of that makeup that you use on your cap, and you want to make sure that you put it on your lace um. This is just going to blend in the lace with your skin tone, because we all know that we don't want any white lace. We wanted to blend the milk with our skin perfectly now issue i had with this was like i said before. The powder was too light for my skin, but in the end i ended up putting some dark foundation on top of it and i'm just really spraying this freeze spray so that the makeup won't seep onto my skin when i try to lay it down, because sometimes That makeup can create build up and we don't want that now, i'm just taking some of my alcohol um, a lot of people like to use 99, but today i'm going to be using 91 um 99 takes it off easier, especially if you're taking off your lace Front 91: it still gets the job done, but you want to clean off the front of your hairline, because you want your lace to lay down perfectly. If you have build up and residue on your forehead, it can interfere with how well your lace lays the moment. Y'All have all been waiting for me putting on this wig now right now, i'm just gon na put the wig down make sure the clips are down in the back to see where my lace is gon na end up laying. So that's what i'm doing right now and now i'm just taking my comb and i'm pushing my baby hairs out of the way some people like to use a hot comb. I just decided to use my rat tail comb when you're trying to lay your lace in your glue. You don't want to have to worry about any flyaways getting in your lace, because that can be annoying and it can also interfere with your installing. You definitely don't want that so yeah, the glue that i'll be using today is bohold active, it's sweat resistant and it's water resistant, and you guys it actually worked, but you can get this off amazon. It came with the whole kit, the um you're, going to see the thing you used to lay it out with it came with some wig caps and it came with the glue. So that's pretty neat, but right now, i'm just about to be putting dots across my hairline and i'm going to blow dry it on the cool setting and you want to make sure that you smear it out into clear layers. Yeah and that's a big thing too guys - you want to make sure that it's that it's clear, because if it's not clear that probably means that it isn't dry enough but yeah. I ended up using two layers for this install and now we're about to be pushing my lace forward and we're about to be laying it inside of the glue, and you want to make sure that it's actually on the glue. Now i probably should have let this glue dry a little more, because you guys can still see some of the white, but yeah don't be like me, don't be impatient, be patient because i'm not regretting it in the end, but yeah. You also want to use your rat tail comb to press the lace inside of the glue to give you that melted. Look that you're going for don't be scared, press it in that glue. I'M trying to help you ooh, that's some strong one. Y'All y'all saw my face, but yeah now you guys want to take your blow dryer and you want to try to dry the lace glue while still melting the comb into your lace. Um i use like a cool setting. You can use a warm sand too. It works just as well, but i just prefer cool because i don't have to worry about me feeling, like my forehead, is on fire but yeah. This is basically self-explanatory. You just comb the lace into your glue. At this point, i did not like how my lace was showing up so light, because two things one my makeup was a little too light and two the glue hadn't dried all the way. So i went over there with some makeup and i kept blow drying it to try to get it to blend in with my skin and right now, i'm about to use my razor to cut my lace. You can use scissors, but i would definitely um advise using a razor because it gives you that jagged natural hairline look and that's what you you're really going for at the end of the day. So yeah you guys this lace was a little too light for my skin and it wasn't melted enough. So i'm using this elastic band to try to melt the lace in my skin and give me that nice flat look and i'm about to go ahead and plug. My hot comb in this is the andes, hot comb off of amazon. You guys can get it for like 20 dollars. It gets hot you guys. This hot comb gets so hot that i burnt a hole in the table and it was only in like a matter of like two or three minutes. It gets hot, extremely fast, so make sure that y'all watching this hot comb. But it's the truth, though, but right now i'm just about to be hot on my edges, so i can have that sleek install you know and i'm about to take out some baby hairs and i'm about to show you guys how i cut and prime my baby Hairs um: you want to do both at the same time before cutting, because you want to make sure that those baby hairs are nice and symmetrical and you're going to part it and now you're just going to use your razor to go ahead and cut them. And i'm just trying to see where i want them. This is my first time doing baby hairs, so y'all work with me. I was really struggling throughout this, but now they're about to see my cousin come in and help me. So if y'all see that hand that's about to pop up soon, it's my cousin shout out to my cousins for helping me because she came through for the kid you're about to see her just wait, and now i'm just about to be enhancing the curls. With this spray bottle, i got a spray bottle from the beauty supply store for a couple dollars. You guys can get it from dollar german beauty supply store either way. You should be straight y'all. I know that y'all see me spraying my curtain like crazy, but y'all. I got ta get. I got ta get this curl pattern. I got ta get this install right for you guys right now, i'm just using my padded brush to try to get this curl pattern. How i would like it, and i'm about to show you guys what kind of mousse i'm going to be using today right now, i'm just going to be picking up my lighter body mousse and i'm going to be running it through my hair. So i can get that nice curl pattern. A lot of body moves. You can get a dollar general or either walmart for like five dollars and yeah. I'M just getting this curl pattern right, making sure the curls are nice. This is what it looks like wet and i'm just going to be running my padded brush through it once more. This is the finished. Look you guys you made it to the end, thanks for watching this video, oh and y'all. Do me a favor and hit that, like comment and subscribe, see y'all again soon, you
