Hello, ladies, this is Breanna from MrsRutters.com and for this beautiful elegant look, i will be teaching you exactly how I achieved it from the beginning to the end from the color to the cut the curls using Mrs Rutter's hair extensions from MrsRutters.com. The style i'm wearing is actually a lace closure wig, but if you happen to be wearing a sew in, you can still achieve these curls. You need three luxury body wave bundles, as well as one luxury body, wave, lace, closure and the links of 16 inches. These are the materials i will be using to bleach and color. My hair take one scoop of your quick blue little lightning bleach powder and put into your mixing bowl and then use your 40 volume creme developer, so that you can help you to bleach. Your hair begin mixing these ingredients together with a coloring brush until you reach a very smooth consistency now, it's time to add more developer, and you want to continue mixing this until you reach a pudding like texture, you want to part thin sections of hair on your Closure so that way you can bleach your hair. As you can see, the ends are brown and that's because I previously lightened the closure. Now i'm going to be showing you how to bleach your hair with this particular closure, because you can color our hair multiple times and it will still be amazing, use the feathering technique as well to break up that line, because we want a very gradual effect from The dark roots to the blonde ends begin bleaching, your first bundle of hair extensions by forming a straight line and bringing the product all the way down to the ends now use your small brush to begin breaking up that line of demarcation with the feathering technique, and Now, for that special effect with our color, you got to create some highlights so weave your comb in and out of your second bundle of hair to separate the pieces, you want to highlight make sure you fully cover the ends with your bleach mixture so that you Don'T have any black tips after you've done that you're going to slowly work up the length of the hair by continuing to add more bleach mixture once you reach the top make sure to save a little bit of space for the feathering technique. After applying your bleach fold, your foil, so that the hair can continue processing after processing, this is the dark blonde color you want to achieve, and after mixing the box color, this is how it looks part thin sections on your closure. So that way, you can recolor your hair. The first thing we did when bleaching was actually remove the natural color hair. Now we want to put a little bit of color back into the hair, so this is going to make the hair resemble a dark dirty blonde. Color as you near the roots to make sure to do that feathering technique as well now check out this hair is only been processing for a little bit of time and, as you can see, our blonde hair color is literally transforming before our eyes now make sure To recolor your second bundle of bleached hair, as well as your highlighted, bundle, make sure you're picking up as much blonde pieces of hair as possible, and you will get some black strands in there and that's perfectly okay. You just don't want to leave behind too much blonde hair after the hairs process. Look at how gorgeous the color looks and the wave pattern is still intact. This is how the first one looks after spin processed and, as you can see, with that feathering technique. That transition is awesome, and this here is our highlighted, bundle now, it's time to actually start creating our lace. Closure wig put your needle for the edge of the lace and make sure you bring all the way out and then go through the edge of your wig cap and pull the needle through the opening of your thread. Do it once more and you're going to notice that as you're doing this is actually creating a knot for you now at that point, you're going to create 2-3 more knots to secure the beginning of the closure to your wig cap now continue stitching and increments from A centimeter to 2 centimeters and makes you go up a distance of about a inch to two inches on this side of your closure. Now, on the other side, you gon na do the same exact thing. I suggest that you follow my techniques so that when you're done so in your closure, your closure sewn exactly where it should be, and it's not shifted now at the back of the closure, always secure your last knot with two to three knots before cutting off your Thread to sew down your first bundle, go through your weft and then go through the edge of your wig cap. Go underneath your weft through the opening of your thread and wrap the needle around the thread. And then, when you pull up, it's going to create a knot now, a second way to do the same exact thing is to actually wrap the thread around the needle twice. So, as you see here, wrapping around twice and then pull the needle straight through to create knot, you can continue going back and forth with the same knotting technique. If you want, they, both are actually doing the same thing, because your in a sense still wrapping the middle around the thread twice when you're doing so now check out how full one bundle looks - and this is the second bundle which is our highlights. And now here is bundle number three and we are almost done. Creating are wig now that we're at the top. I think it's about time that I let you in on a stylist secret and that is doing be fold-over method to do the fold over method. You sew at a slight curvature on the edge of your wig cap and then you go back into the opposite direction and continue stitching. This technique is genius because it prevents you from having to cut through your wefts when you want to use your hair again, you don't want a bunch of tiny little pieces of wefts got ta keep re-sewing down, and this also prevents the possibility of shedding because you're, Not cutting through your wefts so keep doing this technique throughout the entire process. Now we are almost finished cut off the little bit of weft that didn't quite make it and make sure to solidify that last point with two to three knots. You are going to always do this at the beginning and end of sewing your bundles, as well as the beginning and end of sewing your lace closure. If you follow my techniques, it will ensure that your wig will last for a very long time now, it's time to remove the excess cap from underneath our lace closure. One thing I want you to keep in mind is cut as close to the knots as possible, but make sure you don't accidentally cut the knot because it will unravel your closure, now remove the excess lace on your closure because we're not going to need his after. You remove it, go in a second time and cut closer so that you can trim along the hairline of the lace spray very natural now it's time for the infamous elastic band technique. And if you don't know about this technique, your gon na know now. This is amazing for keeping your wig in place and giving you a firm but secure fit sew the elastic band on a halfway point of your wig and make sure it's a third of their circumference of your head also sew the knots very close together. So that way, your elastic band does not unravel now check this out. Look at how strong but flexible the wig is, and, ladies, your wig isn't going nowhere when you're wearing this technique. Now this is the braid pattern that i like to wear wearing my lace closure. Wigs choose to braid your hair, however, you like just as long as the braids, are going away from your part and after pinning it down with bobby pins. This is how it looks now use your favorite heat protectant to protect your real hair. For this look, we are leaving out our edges, so it's important that you're using heat protectant for protection. This will prevent breakage and thinning. Now take your flat iron and straighten small sections of your hair. My temperature is set to 350 degrees for my straightest result, but you may not need to use that temperature. Your hair may be finer than mine. Your hair may even not be able to withstand as much heat, so your temperature, maybe 300 or 325 whatever. It is. A test at the lowest heat setting and then increase the temperature until you get your desired straightness. I went ahead and straightened the wig, so you can see the hair and all of its glory, and I must say this: hair is gorgeous. I mean gorgeous, as you can see, the hair still looks extremely healthy and vibrant. Now, after applying my wig, I'm going to share this little tip with you, and this is optional. I suggest this only if you're a lot lighter or darker than the color of this lace. So, as you see, I am literally dabbing be tiniest bit of makeup powder on this closure. Ladies, this is going to make it look very perfect against your skin tone and, as you can see, I didn't have to do anything fancy i didn't, have the pluck it bleach, it tint it nothing crazy and it still looks beautiful. This is the final result of the wig after I put it on my head and we haven't even styled yet, and i can't wait to see how it looks so before we style. We first have to create layers in our hair. So what I want you to do is to make sure you section the back of the hair away from the sides, because we're going to have layers on the left and right side of our head. Take that first small section in the front - and this will be your face frame - trim so that your hairs can fall just right against your pretty little face now, comb new hair into your previous cut section and use your scissors to blend those sections together. Now it is time to create some layers, make sure you comb your hair out at a 45 degree angle from your mannequin head and make sure that all of the previous cut pieces of hair drops from your section before you begin cutting to blend the layers together. This is so simple and easy to do just as long as you are cutting it going at a downward angle, away from the mannequin head with my techniques, you will notice that it will create very gradual soft layers for you and when you're cutting your hair. It'S actually very easy to do, not only because these techniques are amazing for more so because the hair is so soft. Every time I cut my hair, it slides through like butter, and this is how your section should look after you finish, creating your layers. Now I'm just gon na move the hairs just a little bit, so you can see that they're stopping at different points and that's exactly what you want to achieve. Do the same thing to the other side, but cut the face frame, trim a lot higher. So you can basically create bangs at the front now most of my hair has already been curled, but I left a few sections to show you how now, starting on the section on the right side of our head, you want to make sure that you're, actually dividing The section, as you see here just like this, so smooth your hair out and curl your hair underhand going in a direction away from your face. So this is going to allow the curl to actually flip backwards, more so towards your shoulders towards the back of your head, because this is the way we want to actually curl this particular section now, after holding it there for just a couple of seconds, your going To release the curl into your hand, very gently and then you're going to use a duckbill clip to keep it in place as it cools now you're going to make sure to do the same thing to your next section of hair. Ok, now we're at the back at the back. I want you divide this section in half and it's basically being part of horizontally and preferenced to your face, so just make sure you're dividing your sections like this and you're also going to curl the hair going a way from your face. Now, on our last section of hair you're going to part it just like you did the right side, but the only difference is that you're actually going to curl it towards your face. The reason why is because this is going to accentuate your bangs, because this area was a lot shorter than the other side. You can see that the hairs of different lengths now a cool trick that I want you to do when curling different lengths of hair is to curl all the way down to the shortest piece and then roll the tail end of the hair around your curlers. This is how you should curl your hair. Your hair has different lengths now doing the same thing to your last section if it makes it a lot easier for you just divide the shorter pieces from the longer pieces and basically curl two sections instead of one now that we're done curling our hair, its time To start removing these duckbill clips, so these curls can emerge starting at the back as I release them. I can tell that this style is about to be so bomb. Ladies and no product was needed to actually curl your hair. As you can see, I have my highlights concentrated in the back with more of a solid color near the front. Now, as you can see, i know my hair is looking kinda crazy, but I'm not going to leave it like this. But hey you want to leave your hair like this. That'S perfectly fine, whatever you like, but at this point we're going to further style our to complete this look. Now. What we're going to do is use our heat protectant again, but we're only going to use a few drops. The purpose of doing this is to help to smooth any frizzy areas in our curls that we may have created now when you're smoothing this product throughout your hair make sure that you're not dividing your curls. What i mean by that is: don't actually break up the curls. You form just smooth your hair, with an open palm to distribute the product all the way through your curls. Now look at that isnt, this style. So pretty we could leave it like this, but of course we want to jazz it up a little bit more so use your wig brush and you want to gently brush through your sections of curls use your hands to help guide you as well, so that you Don'T create any frizz your hair now when you're combing, that section is nearest to your face. I want you to make sure you're coming out at an angle so that it will accentuate your layers. Now we're going to start doing the same thing to the other side. Don'T forget to brush the curls that are underneath and now as you're brushing your bangs in place. You can brush it multiple times. If you need to you, don't have to worry about the curls dropping, because these curls will literally last four days i literally have to wash my wings for to release the curls. Now where are brushed out, ladies and as you see, this style is looking so pretty. I absolutely love how it looks and now, ladies, it's time for some hairspray give that spray a good shake and spray it all over your hair. I want you to spray it on the sides and front and back spray as much as you like, the more hairspray you use the longer your curls will hold it for me, these curls literally last for ever now that we're finished. I literally cannot stop smiling to use. My hair is pretty at this step. You are going to use your favorite edge control to tame them baby hairs. So what I want you to do is to use as little or as much product as you like, but for this particular look, it needs to look soft but defined so you're. Only gon na be putting edge control on the edges of your edges. Use your brush, too slick your hair, to lay down exactly how you like now make sure to do the same thing to the other side as well, and as you notice, much of the work is actually done with your fingers. Now that we're finished look at how beautiful my hair blends with the Mrs Rutter's extensions is literally effortless and voila here is the finished results to are: oh, so beautiful, classy, elegant hairstyle, using Mrs Rutter's hair extensions. ROSLYN JONES: Is there a reason you are not using the braiding method where you feed the end of the first braid up into the middle of the second braid?
