I know it's been a while, i think it's been almost a year since i've done these wig reviews. Oh no, the last one was the uh headband week, but before that the last one was before summer, so yeah i'm very happy to be doing this again. I hope you guys enjoy them too. I thought it was just going to be like a frontal, but it's a closure and i've never had a closure wig. So i'm very excited to try it out. The customizing was very easy, very quick, so i hope that this week will also be a wig that you can put on like quickly like an everyday type of wig. So, for those of you that don't know the difference between a closure and a frontal wig is that a closure only has lace like on the front part. So, for example, this closure is 4x4. So that means that you have four inches um from side to side and four inches in that part is lace. That makes sense with a frontal. You have lace from ear to ear, so all around you have lace that you can pluck, and you have a very realistic hairline with um closures. As you can see, there is no hairline on the sides. It'S straightaway tracks, so with closure. Wigs. The only thing you can really do is do a middle part like this and have the hair down, because otherwise this will be showing so close. Your wigs are not as versatile as lace front, wigs with lace front wigs, because you can customize the hairline and make it look like your own hair. You also installed a wig all over, so you apply glue all over the hairline and apply the wig and then you're able to do different. Hairstyles like you can do half up half down. You can do ponytails braids, whatever you want with the hair, but with a closure wig. You can only play around with this part, so you might be able to do a very slight side part. But honestly, you wouldn't want to do that because this would be showing - and it's very unnatural, so this was my first time customizing and even wearing a closure wig. So let's just get straight into it. Also, this is my first water wave wig, so i'm very excited about that by the way, i don't like doing the bald cap method. It'S just not. For me, i mean especially with a closure wig. It'S really unnecessary, but it's just not for me anyways about the hair, so this is a 4x4 closure, wig water wave 22 inch and what i noticed as i was bleaching the knots. To be honest, the knots were a little hard to bleach. I left the bleach on for about 20 25 minutes, which is what i usually do, but the knots didn't take it that well, i love how thick this hair is. It'S not too thick, but it's also not too thin and it doesn't thin out at the end. As you can see, it's still full at the end and that's what i love about. It is the perfect density, especially with curly, slash water wave. Wigs. You don't want to have too high of a density. You don't want to have too thick hair with curls, because it will look like a wig and that's not nice. You want it to look a little natural, so i love the density. There was quite some shedding, but then again that's expected with curls um other than that the curls are really defined by itself and yeah. I i don't have anything bad to say about this hair. To be honest, it looks really good from first impressions. I'M not gon na do anything to my hair. As you can see, it's it's a big shop, so it is what it is. Why is this wig cap so small? So i just applied my makeup, so i'm gon na start off with cleaning this part of my hairline with some alcohol and a cotton pad. The wig cap is already brown, but i'm just going to add a little more foundation. Just some powder foundation to the middle part area, then i'm also going to do the inside of the wig. So, as you can see, this is all the lace as compared to front wigs or lace front wigs. It'S laced from ear to ear like that, and then i'm going to spray a little bit of the got to be free spray, because foundation is pretty oily and i like to seal it with this, so that the lace will really stick to the glue. And then i just blow dry it and then i'm going to pop on the wig. Also. What i appreciate is that it has an elastic band in it, which makes it a bit more secure and it also has adjustable straps. So, let's put it on, i did pluck a little bit by the way. Okay, i thought i pressed it down enough, but i might have to press it down a little more, but let's do the install first. This hair looks very like i don't want to say real, but it just looks like this could be my texture. I could have um plucked a little more, i can see now, but we can always plug more better to not over pluck because you can always plug more, but you cannot put the hair back. So i'm gon na apply this first and then, once it's dried, i'll cut off the lace. Let me just spray the hair a little bit, because these flyaways are doing the most now, i'm just gon na dry. It me okay, let me brush out the hair because they got to be getting stuck. Okay, my battery died, but i just finished drying the lace with the blow dryer. Now, i'm just going to tie scarf around the lace to really make it melt. This is the one that came with the wig and honestly, is the perfect size for doing this. So i'm just going to use this. You want to tie it pretty tight and i'm just going to leave it on for about 10 minutes, and then we can cut off the lace. Okay, it's been almost 15 minutes, so i'm gon na take off the scarf now and we're gon na use. What is this called an eyebrow razor to cut off the lace? First of all, i'm gon na cut off this side, because these two sides have like a little. What is this called where it folds? Basically, so i'm gon na start off by cutting that off and then i'm gon na use, i'm just gon na cut this in half. First, and just i hope you guys can see what i'm doing also don't be scared if you're cutting off a few hairs at the end of the day, it's a wig. It'S not your own hair that you're cutting off just make sure that you're not making any gaps. So the lace on this side is lifting up a little bit. So i'm going to spray some on my finger and then apply it to the lace. Just gon na tie it again just to make sure it's really secure. So next i just want to define the middle part a bit more. I am going to use a little bit of this black hairspray and i'm just going to spray it on this baby brush. Just to get the roots a bit fuller, you know what i can also just do this. That'S the hack that i learned from instagram and grab a smaller brush than this, but i can't be bothered to go. First of all, i do want to create a bit more of a wet look, so i'm going to wet the hair and apply some products, but so far i am pretty happy with this install. To be honest, i don't even think i'm gon na do baby hairs because it looks really good. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to wet this hair with some water? This hair is so full. It'S actually crazy. There is a little bit of shedding, but to be honest, i think it's because it's curls don't forget the ends, so i have my denim brush right here just in case i need it, but i haven't even used it because this hair has really nice definition. So my hair is damp right now and look at the definition just water. You guys also, i feel, like a whole different person with this hair. Okay, so i'm going to apply a little bit of this leave-in. This is the on jackie's quench leave-in, because, even though this is a wig, if you want the curls to be popping and moisturized, you have to do the same thing that you do to your own hair. Well, not the exact same thing, but i mean you have to take care of them and moisturize it, and all of that i feel like it already looks really good this way, but i think i'm gon na make just very small baby hairs. I like to start off a bit longer and then you can always cut it shorter if necessary. Okay took a while with the baby hairs, but i think we are done. This is how long the hair is stretched. I think it comes up to my belly button. Curled, it comes up to just under my boobs and yeah. I really like this hair. First of all, this install was so easy. I love it closure. Wigs might be my new favorite thing and also the hair feels super soft is the perfect thickness. The perfect density and the curls are really nice, so i'm definitely, this might be my new favorite wig. So again, this hair is from ie hair.
