Deep Side Part Using A 5X5 Closure Wig ...Again! Ft Julia Hair | The Tastemaker

What'S up everyone, it's tom, the tastemaker and welcome back to my channel today, you guys i'm doing a review for julia hair and today i'm reviewing a classic closure unit from them. Now this closure unit, i believe, is about a 5x5. You have a lot of parting space with this unit and of course i had to do a side part typically. You know i would do like a middle part with the unit like this, but today i wanted to do a deep side part. So i have done this several times on my channel, so if you have seen this list before you guys already know, this look is perfect for your closure units because it gives you a different way to wear your unit, so you're not stuck wearing it in the Old fashioned way, and as you guys can see, you can add like a little baby hair action. If you want to - or you can have it plain jane like how i have it on this side, very natural - i'm actually very impressed with the quality of their hair. They'Re definitely getting better with the quality i mean. This is like that 10a gray. Hair like this, is that top tier a1, like it's just fun like it's so silky straight, it's so smooth like hello. I absolutely love it. The only thing that i will say about this unit is that it does have a lot of fly aways like at the top, so i did use my wax stick to help like kind of get some of the flyaways down. You can use like hairspray, but i don't really like to use hairspray because it makes your hair like super hard. Sometimes it gets like white and flaky. This is a 26 inch unit. I do have some of the hairs in the back, but this is a 26 inch unit. It'S very very long. You guys so, like i said, a very deep side part because this unit, i believe it's like a 5x5 closure and outside of just the quality of the hair. I have to talk about the length on this unit. The lace on this unit is so bomb places. A1, if you're looking for some lace, that's actually going to melt. This is the perfect unit for you, as you guys saw. I didn't even need to use my elastic. I have it sitting over here because i was like okay. Maybe i'm gon na need to use it. I usually use it in my installs, but i did not have to use the elastic band today and the unit melts it perfectly and if you don't want to, even though i did add like the baby hairs over here, as you guys can see. If i come up close, you really do not have to add any type of baby here, like the lace is so fire to do my edges, i did use my edge wax. This is from my company test levels. I have a couple of different products that i'm going to share with you guys, but this is my edge wax. This one is coming out later in this fall season, but i am using it right now and i actually really prefer using the edge wax right now over the gel, because, like with the gel i feel like it just makes your hair like pretty hard and crunchy, But this side really like, gets your hair into place, but you can still move it around. I can still fix this. You know what i mean, but it still has like that set kind of look the same thing on this side. I did use the wax over here and i really prefer that so, as you guys saw, i do have a couple of different like flat, irons and hot tools that i use today. They are all for my company taste level. So for my baby hairs, i did use my new mini flat iron. This is what it looks like it's so cute and pink and it's small. It really catches the edges perfectly. I use my new nano titanium plate flat iron and this goes up to 480 degrees. It gets extremely hot and, as you guys can see, it gets your hair like silky silky straight. So, if you want a very silky finish, you definitely want to pick up this flat. Iron also has a digital display here right now, it's showing you that it is off. You guys can see the taste levels logo there in the inside. So this is my new flat iron. It'S so cute. I absolutely love it. The great thing about this flat iron, too, is that you can actually curl your hair with it too. So, if you didn't want to like leave it straight, you can curl it. Lastly, i do want to share with you guys my new hot comb. This is the new hot comb from taste levels. You guys know i did have a hot comb previously. That was similar to this, but this one is the new digital one. You can turn it on here and this one goes up to 500 degrees. So this is the hottest hot tool that i have available, but the thing i like about it is that it has like this larger side, and it has like this smaller side here, so you can like hot comb like bigger sections and then like smaller sections like If you needed to like curl the hair up, you know you can use that size. This is the hot comb that i will be using in all of my future videos. It does match the flat iron, so the hot comb and the flat iron do match and you guys can buy them as a set or you can buy them individually. But these are my new hot tools and all in all, i really do enjoy this unit. It'S a perfect silky straight closure unit if you were needing a little bit of hair in full on how to sell your closure unit.
