How To: Closure Wig Using Sewing Machine / Ventilated Cap

Foreign, what's up, what's up how y'all doing we are back and guess what guys I have been totally behind on doing things, especially when it comes to my giveaways. So today I do have a winner from Facebook. The winner came from Facebook for this actual wig, I'm about to announce the winner hold on one. Second, my assistant is selling it and I'm about to revamp this wig using some beauty supply store here from all right. There we go there. Okay, so we about to revamp this week and then I'm about to announce the winner for this curly wig. We did not get to announce the winner and I wanted to show y'all. I guess I'll show y'all on the next live like how we uh how we do it, how we pick it through the uh text messaging service, but this is the wig that we just did a wear on. We had you guys to follow the instructions on there for that curly wig, I'm gon na put it up on here. I won't be able to put it up on YouTube and Twitter and Facebook you'll have to load it on there, but the winner of that Curly unit, but I'm gon na put it here. They can see it on tick, tock and the winner is Vivian Bergen yay. She watches me from Facebook. We'Ve been picking people from different areas. That watch me on different sites. So Vivian was our winner. There we already have her information and we will be sending her another congratulations. So Vivian is the winner of that wig and we're about to read that this week. This is the old Rhino that I had. I had cut it and I'm about to make this wig. I just really want to see if I can get my time back. I have my assistant on the um on the live she's on all of the platforms right now. I probably can't see everything, but I'm about to make a wig online like we did the other day. We did this wig right here. We did this in 20 minutes. I want to see if I can get my time down. I don't know if I get my time down, I have not timed myself in years, but the hair that I'm using guys is from a black owned beauty supply store. I'M gon na make sure that we put it in the comments or my assistant she'll list, the hair Chauncey. I text you, the um, the company, that we got this hair from so these bundles. I believe they were like nine dollars and the hair uh felt pretty decent. So I was like I'm not gon na um, I'm not gon na glue it. It don't take long to do it on the sewing machine. I teach this on my own line. That would have made it so much easier for me, but I don't see I'm trying to see. If so, I guess you could be a mod, even though we're not following each other. I want to make sure it was somebody that was familiar with what I do. That was all here foreign. So this is what I teach in a lot of my classes. I teach wig making uh. You know some of the wig making everything, but I pretty much teach you the ins and outs of we making. We do frontals and closure. I show you how to revamp I'ma revamp this this as y'all. I know y'all been watching me. This is my thing when I tell y'all this has been my favorite week and I do not wear the same wig over and over. This has been my favorite, so I had glued this wig. This is a quick weave weave with a closure. I made this for my daughter last um was it last March, but I didn't wear it as much so now it's starting to fall apart, so I got ta, I'm gon na. Take it apart, I'm gon na take it apart online. I don't know when I hate to make y'all promises a win and what time? Because I don't know if that's gon na happen, because I'm so busy, but I do try my best to show up for y'all y'all, know that idea at some point right. So I'm gon na take this wig that I have on because it's been like my favorite wig. These bundles are from a black beauty supply store, my assistant. Now, the the closure is is used, I'm at eight minutes, I'm not gon na make that 15 minutes or six minutes. Okay, I was gon na say I wouldn't did I wouldn't even say my name is so bad. I want to get this done in 15 minutes y'all foreign. I will have online classes coming up, I'm going to post those really soon. This is super easy. Anybody can do this as long as you're, not thinking hard study, long study wrong. I always say that this is the easiest thing you can do it's so easy and people say well, it's easy for you, because I guess, because I'm not worried about messing like when I, when I learn something new, I don't go into it with my mind, like I'M gon na get this perfect the first time. I think that's where a lot of people go wrong like they think that they gon na learn something new and the first day they gon na nail it. You can come close, but you're, not Jesus. So it's going to take practice, I'm using a ventilated cap. I show you guys how to use all types of caps on that online so make sure y'all down down get on my own line. You can get on there from the link in my bio. I teach you how to use all caps you can determine which path is better for you. I will say this: a lot of older people do like the ventilated cap, because it's breathable, they don't have to worry about um, sweating and being too hot with their wig uh. I will say this uh if you want to get into um wig making for um people with hair loss, and you want to be able to charge the insurance legally. This is the only cap that they will allow to uh charge on the insurance anything else. People do it, but I mean if you get caught it's wrong, because they have to be able to use medicines and different things like that. Okay, and when you um take my Hands-On classes. I do give you guys information on getting into. I will get you set up with someone who can help you get into with uh medical billing for hair loss. I can't really see the screen, so I got my assistant in here trying to help me answer the questions I kind of like tried to um. I tried to get on live earlier, but y'all I just be too busy entirely to me, so I just have to get on here when I can and last time I checked it was at eight minutes, I'm trying to get that 15 minutes. I don't know if I'm gon na make it and I'm thinking about turning this into a box, not sure not sure, but I might, where are we at on time chassis? I don't have that many more to go. I might make it right now is how a one um use the insurance okay, so um your insurance. It depends on what type of insurance you have for hair loss and some of it only cover a portion, and some cover like that. First need. It just depends on your insurance, I'll um I'll uh do a post about it. So I can make sure I put all the information in there, but I have several of my students who are certified to teach that and I'll make sure that I put that information up too, and maybe they can connect you to a stylist if they can't help. You, if you are looking to get a wig to your insurance, so I'll make sure I posted it on my Instagram but I'll try to put it on on the tick tock all right. This is where we are now, I'm almost there well, where we at times y'all want 150. I want to make the 15 minute Mark, I'm probably not going to make it. I used to do my weave at 15 minutes, but I don't even I never. I have a time myself in so long because I don't make weeds for people. I just teach it. I better stop! So fast me and my mother uh, my daughter, my son, used to uh make the one we used to make them. We used to go uh. We used to be ghost wig makers, but a lot of celebrities for a lot of celebrity hair stylists nine minutes. I used to work with a lot of celebrities uh and their hair stylist, getting them wigs made because we used to get them done so fast love working with us. I can't see the screen guys so because I'm up here, timing myself, I can't see the screen that will because it's too far away but my assistant is in here trying to answer the questions. I tried to get a lot earlier, but it just did not work. That'S why it's hard for me to tell y'all what time will be coming on, but I do come on, especially if I got uh weed winners to announce. This is so easy once you get familiar with a machine, it's like riding a bike like it is literally like riding about it and having the right machine. I talk about the different types of machines on my own line that I like to use. I don't like all machines: all machines are not good for weed making uh, we do have uh. We do got a new um video that we got ta upload using the hi-hit, the actual weed making machine. Sometimes those are hard for people if they are not used to using a regular machine, so I suggest you always start off with a regular sewing machine, one that has a good motor on it and I go over those in class. Almost there am, I don't make. Okay, I'm not talking to y'all no more, because I want my 15 minutes back it took me. I think it took. I want to say I want to say 20 minutes, but I believe that the other day when I did it, I believe it was like 21 minutes and I was so upset. I should have these on road already. That'S the machine. Okay, so yeah you got to have a certain type of thread to use like y'all. Don'T use my laundry and nylon bread gon na make your machine um it's too thick for a week maker. It'S gon na make your uh weed your uh machine bunch of it's gon na make it Jam. Okay, I'm not looking at because I really feel like I do. I still got my 15 minutes like I feel like I still could do a week. I was so disappointed the other day, and that was a smaller piece too so we'll see, I don't know, let me be positive. This is another thing like this hair is. This is like this is just a beauty supply store here that I'm using it was like. Nine dollars and she sent it to me for free, so I told her. I would tell her what I thought about it, because everybody don't want expensive hair, like some people just want something they could wear for the weekend and, like I said this is beauty supply store here that I bought last year and it's still fine, but I wasn't Wearing it that much, I recently just started wearing this wig a lot and I'm gon na have to take it apart because he's like become my favorite wig, so I'm gon na take it apart and do it over on the machine. I did this one on with glue. This is going to make your wigs last longer and you could be super creative. I teach you that on the long on the uh, the online, I teach you different creative ways to put these wigs in plus. This is better than buying a lace wig, because the track's gon na last longer a lot of times they're here with that with the um Lace, Wigs. It don't last that long, especially if you're gon na be wearing that wig a lot so getting the custom. Wig is nothing like in the custom wig because the cap is going to spit you snug, so nothing will ever be a customer wig ever where am I at chassis? What'S the time it's probably two or three more tracks hold on? Where am I at with the time I talk about everything on the online help, how you guys can keep from your wig in and up too small when you make them making them, and sometimes you can end up with your wig too big when you're making them Those are very specific techniques that I teach you on the online to keep that from happening and how to get these wigs customized. So they fit the person's head perfectly foreign. But I got one more track and depending on because I know sometimes people act like we're. Gon na look at the thickness of this, some people will say: Hey so uh. How do you know where to place the track? I draw different diagrams depending on how much that hair flow. Now when it comes to thicker thinness, that's gon na depend on the person. That'S wearing it the closer you put the tracks together, the thicker it's gon na, be I even heard people say: oh put them one inch apart, but what if I wanted fish? What, if I'm using some cheap hair, that's thin on the end, I got ta put them closer together, so all of that just depends on what the person is wearing wants their end result what they want like. If you want it to be thin, then yes make them further apart, but if you wanted to do thick, then you're going to make them closer together. I got one more check to hit me here. I almost made it I'm gon na get them 15 minutes. We'Re gon na do this again. I'M gon na get them 15 minutes while talking watch and then I'm gon na come back and answer y'all questions. So do you have to repurchase yeah after six months? Yeah six months is a very long time to have all of that information, and for that price it's a very. It'S only one. It'S 150.! That'S a long time. Some people don't even need that much time, so I'm gon na take this plastic out for the most part and then I'm gon na put it on my head. You can use your tweezers, I'm not gon na use the tweezers I'll go back and do that. But for the live purposes, so the people don't get more. Work like come on. Auntie go ahead, go go, go, go go, but I can see now y'all put y'all questions and said: what do we need? Assistance or Clarity while we're? Oh, you can email us on there. I'M like how you lose access. I forgot to watch the videos. What how you do that, as soon as you do it, the computer is going to put you on a time clock or you got the finger away. We got some free, some other free finger waving too on YouTube. Oh you, like the YouTube um to my best. I couldn't see it y'all, I'm going blind. I, like the Dome caps for different reasons like I like the Dome cap, especially for like closures hold on y'all. I don't know, I don't have a prick. I can't say I got a preference want to have a preference so bad, but I I really like both of them. I, like all the caps I just want to get most of this out, so that I can set it on my head. I decided not to glue it because it felt pretty decent. So I was like I'm not gon na glue it only because this wig that I got on I made this last March and I've been wearing it like every day. So now the glue is loosening up and I'm like. I don't want that to happen with this. One so I just decided to do it on the sewing machine. Okay, so I'm gon na put her on just super quick. I think I'm gon na cut this into a bob too yeah we're gon na cut her in a bob hold on we're gon na put. Let'S try her um, let's see what she talking about, but look. The glue is starting to look it's starting to come a word hold on. Let me show you see this. I'M gon na take this apart online and we'll redo it. This is. We made this last March she held on, but I think because I'm wearing it every day she about to give up on me. So what I'm gon na do is I'm gon na cut this out and then we're gon na put it I'm gon na sew it I'll do it tomorrow. If I can all right, let's try her on and see what she giving and I can't see. I need a mirror. Okay, it's a side part and the fit is good. The fit is good, that's the thing about. I don't even think I got this all right hold on where's the mirror. Oh, let me push this back all right. There we go, and all I would do like here is, do my lace, jelly or my Liquid Gold, but I think she all right. I did 18 minutes okay y'all, so I made this wig in 18 minutes on my sewing machine online and all she need I'm gon na cut it into a bob. Do you always recommend using a wig cap? I just my braids look bad. I don't always wear wig caps, my braids look awful, so we're gon na cut this in a box like before I cut it a lot of times I'll cut out my little. Let'S see before I cut it I'll. Have it on and decide like how long I want it. I think I want this kind of like I'm just a little straight, but I don't know - maybe here I want this here and then I'll probably have this uh shorter. That'S how I cut mine - and I put it on a mannequin - then I finished cutting it, but I'm gon na go ahead and do that for y'all and I'll put it on tomorrow.
