Summer Inspired Highlighted Glueless Curly Closure Wig | Junoda Hair

Okay, guys, so this wig is from junoda hair. They sent me this highlighted wig, and this is how it looks. I'M just gon na install it for you guys, um. The first thing i'm gon na do is actually show you how i pluck the closure so because this is brown hair, the knots don't have to be bleached, and now i'm going to show you guys how i pluck the closure. The first thing you want to do is you want to wet the hair. This just makes plucking easier um. You could pluck it dryer, but i prefer to block it when it's wet, then you want to um, take a small section like this and then you can go as far back as you want, but i don't like to go too far back. This is how far back i like to go on closures, because it's not like i'm going to be putting it all the way back, um and i'm just gon na start back in and then i take my tweezerman teasers. These are my favorite type of teasers. I have this in like two colors and i just love these tweezers. So when you pluck, you want to make sure that you latch onto the roots so do not the actual knot, which is this black thing with this black dot. You want to latch onto that. I'M not onto the hair or she's just gon na cut the hair and not actually pull the hair out of the route, so you just want to pluck sporadically there's no like set way. I just put random places until i find that that section is has thinned out, and you want to make sure you're plucking on the slanted side like this and not like this, because that is you're more likely to cut the hair. With this way, you're more likely to just trim the hair, rather than pluck out the root you're more likely to create holes, if you pluck that way, so make sure you're always on the slanted side, and just as you can see, the hair is thinning out. Super super super easy gon na. This is how much hair i packed out not too much, and here so the more you pluck the more natural it'll look, but you don't want to over pluck yeah, especially with the hair sheds, then you're likely to get bald patches, but yeah just try it up To overclock just pluck um reasonably so like that is nicely done so so this is how the two sides look, this one's plucked and this one's unplugged. I'M just gon na go ahead and pluck this one off camera and then i'll be back to show you how i add on my elastic band. So i'm just going to put this band here and obviously you want to measure the band to your head. Make sure it fits um make sure it fits your head snug, but not too tight. If you feel like it might be a bit too tight leave a little bit of space, it's better to have no headache than to have a headache. Please and then i'm just going to pin it and now i'm just going to sew that on using my even thread. First, i'm going to sew into the actual band and i'm going to start sewing into the lace. Take a bit of the lace: try not to hook onto the hair, just try to grab the lace, and then you sew into the band and when you sew into the band, try not to get the tip, because that area might be a bit loose and it'll. Just come loose quicker and then i'll turn a little more yep. Let me show you again properly so go a bit lower and then, when i go through, i take a little bit of a knot and then i pull it through. That creates a knot like so through the wrap around the needle and then you pull through, as you can see, it is secure, it isn't going anywhere and then i'm going to do the same thing on this side. Okay, so the first thing i'm going to do is i'm going to apply foundation onto the lace that way it just blends into my skin nicely. I just prefer to use foundation over lace, tint and then i'm going to take my care care wax stick. This is just to smooth out the front of the closure and make sure the closure is leasing. Nice, i'm laying nice and flat um and then i'm going to go in with my hot comb from papa chichi's dial to just hot comb, everything into place um with closure. Wigs is so easy to install. So now i'm going to take my eyebrow scissors and i'm just going to cut the lace in a zigzag motion and because this is a glueless install, i'm not using any got to be nothing no glue, i'm only going to use mousse. So this is the afo g mousse and i use that to act as a hold on to my lace. So i'm going to take um a layer of that and just apply that onto my lace and then tie it with a band. It'S tight, i'm just going to take my spray bottle to just define the curls wet the curls and some hair mousse and personally i love the color. I love highlighted wigs so much. I feel like they compliment my skin tone. I feel like they're. Just you know for people that want to do color, but don't want to go all the way. This is like a perfect wig for you, because it's curly it's really summer time springtime inspired, so i would recommend because of the color now i'm going to go in with my mac mineral skin finish in the shade dark to just define my part, and i'm done This is literally it guys. This is how easy it was to install this wig. The ends are a bit frizzy, so the actual ends of so that is kind of like a put down. But besides that in terms of the color and the actual density of the wig, because the wig is actually very full, very thick, it fit comfortably on my head.
