Hi you guys i'm jay so on today's video we're going to be talking all about this wig that i got from west kiss hair and i did purchase this with my own money. I'M excited to tell you guys about my experience with west kids here, if you're interested in getting all the details and oddity about this wig, please stay tuned. This is a 5x5 24 inch loose deep, transparent lace wig. This is the texture of the wig. So it's just like it's a closure wig, so there's five inches. It means there's five inches from here to here and then five inches back. This is my first time purchasing a closure wig. So i was really excited. You know just to get my hands on one of these, because it was just like a new experience for me. My wig did come in this box right here, the um west cake spots and inside the box. They gave me a wig cap, um and some brochures. They also gave me this head scarf that i've actually been using. I was actually really excited to get this out of all the items in the box. This is actually the best thing out of this whole situation and i'm about to tell y'all why first i'll talk about the price i paid 287 for this wig, and i believe that i was like with a discount because they had like some type of 15 off Discount going on right now so who's, two back in the day, spin like 300 and up for hair. But now, since i've been wearing aliexpress hair, just to do reviews for my channel, i basically been buying hair from aliexpress, and i have to say that that price is pretty steep to me, especially for a wig. That'S not a frontal! It'S! It is more lace than the conventional lace like a 4x4 closure, but it's a 5x5. So i didn't expect it to be that much, but i really wanted a 5x5 closure so, like i said, i paid 287 of my own money contacted westkids on instagram and i was communicating with somebody because i wanted to tell them exactly what i wanted. I knew i wanted 24 inches. I knew i wanted to be loosey and i knew i wanted it to be. A 5x5 closure wig. They sent me the link in my dms. I purchased the wig and i was communicating with them and asking them. How long would it take? I was told that it would take two to five days to process and then it would be shipped after that. Then i went back to the website and that was on the website. I didn't see it at first, but it was on the website and then i contacted them like three days later and i asked them has my wig been shipped yet and i was told that it hadn't been shipped yet and that they were communicating with the warehouse. This is what i was told so then i started getting a text message from a email. It was not a number, but it came in a text. So like an email, so i guess it was like an imessage and um. Basically, they text me the details of what i ordered and they said they wanted to confirm that this is what i ordered so that they can make sure that they send me the correct way crazy to me. I'Ve never experienced that before, because if i bought it i purchased it. I don't need any extra confirmation, mind you. This is three days later, so i'm like what's going on because usually i'm expecting my wig to ship, like you no place to tell you two to five days, but i'm like i'm, expecting it to ship. So i text them back and i told them. That'S fine! Everything is correct. They have my address my phone number, every all the information that i put in facebook and we were good to go. I text the number back like that probably happened like on a friday i'll take the number back on like a tuesday or wednesday to see because i still haven't received um shipping confidence. I ordered my wig like on a monday. So by friday i was thinking my wig would be sent out by fridays when i was just getting the text to get the confirmation that you know all the information is correctly. So i'm thinking okay they're gon na ship, my wig out because they're in china. So it was friday here in in the states but saturday like the the night. They texted me because they touched me at nighttime and i know that it's a time difference monday and tuesday. Roll around still don't have no no email confirmation and my wig is shipped out now we're a week in so i text the number back and i ask them like hey. I haven't got any confirmation that my wig has shipped out or whatever they text me back and say that basically i have to wait two to seven, not two to five but two to seven business days after the wig is confirmed after the details of the wig. Is confirmed what no no first of all, now it's a week, it's been a week, then the person in the dm told me that i take two to five business day. I communicated with the person in the dm to what i wanted so y'all. I didn't already told y'all twice what i wanted, because i told y'all in the dms. Then i told you guys on the website when i ordered my wig. Like i'm responsible, i should be made responsible for what i order and what i pay for, and that's just that like, if you want to confirm my address. That'S totally fine, but anything else just send me what i bought period because i'm the consumer and that's on me like i made the conscious decision to order the wig i put in the specs that i wanted. That'S that so basically to make a long story short, because it's getting long, they said that they still had shipped off and they had two to seven business days from when i confirmed the week. So now we're talking not monday, we're not the prior monday, because now this is like tuesday or wednesday, we're talking. This is tuesday, we're talking friday, two to seven business days from friday and we're talking business days like now. Needless to say, my wig didn't come for two weeks like. Why is it that you guys have this as in stock on your site? I can't order it, but the wig is not here, you're telling me that it has to get made. Why hasn't this like? So this is like you guys, didn't have this week in stock, so that was my mouth. That was my shipping experience and i really don't like that because, okay, i know coved and we can make an excuse for that. But it wasn't. It wasn't even a shipping because, actually after they after i finally did get the shipping confirmation the way it came within like three to four days. So basically, if you would have the wig on hand, then i would never have to deal with that flash forward to when i got the wig. So i didn't i'm filming unboxing, but i did take some pictures of the wig and i'll post them right here as well. I forgot to mention it's supposed to be 200 density as well, and usually all the wigs that i order are 200 density, just because i, like fuller, wigs, i'm pretty familiar with how a 200 density wig looks and i'm just not convinced that this 200 percent density. I feel like this is like 180 and i feel like that's just like really an insult to injury, because i could see if you had 180 and you was just sending it and passing it off as 200 density, but you set up here made me. Wait two weeks for this week to get made or two a week and a half for this week to get made just for it not to even be you know what i ordered on top of the fact that you wanted to confirm one two and three times Just for you to not see me without order, but i'll turn around, so you guys can see the wig. So the cons about this wig and i know it sounds like i'm not trying to bash them or nothing like that. But i feel like if i paid 300, i should at least get quality just right off the bat i didn't feel like. It was a quality i didn't feel like. It was like the sponsors, the sponsor videos i have seen as far as the texture of it. In the wave is really pretty, i love it a lot, but like the quality of the wig, don't feel like it's of quality. It was like pre-plucked or it had like baby hairs, and then i did notice. There was a ball, so i didn't even really explain it, but basically it was hair missing on one side the hairline started up here on this side and then on this side it started backing. So it was just like not a straight line but i'll post. A picture, so you guys can see what i'm talking about and then, as i told you guys so there's lace from here to here, and so this is where the lace stops and, as you guys can see how this comes out right here is very awkward. This like to me, look it's extremely awkward like it's not made of quality at all, and i was i was pissed off when i got it, i'm not gon na lie. I wanted to send it back, it's just so anxious to get this wig and one in this wig, so i didn't send it back on. I had already spent the money and it was just like i could come on here and give you guys my experience just to tell you guys um to beware or maybe, if they see this video they'll step their quality up or something like that. I don't know about y'all, but i round 287 dollars up to three hundred dollars, like that's thirteen dollars. What what imma buy with that chipotle and probably chipotle, is more than that and i feel like they need to step their quality up and the reason why i did want a five by five closure. Wig is because my edges are starting to actually thin. It'S a long story girl, but basically, on this side i got ta work on these edges right here and so basically, that's why i wanted a five by five, because i didn't want to wear closure because i'm trying to grow this side of my hair back and I just thought that i was about to get me this 5x5 wig. I was about to order me a couple more, and this was really just going to be my go-to, because it's real convenient with how you can throw them on and stuff like that. But unfortunately, this didn't pan out the way i would have wanted it to, but all in all it's a learning experience i'm still going to rock it. I do want to say that i really do like the texture of the wig in the curl pattern. It'S really pretty especially like in the inside. I feel like the pattern is more prominent than it is up here like i have a little bit of an issue with. I guess the closure being a little looser.
