Beginner Friendly How To: Bleach Your Knots + Plucking A 4X4 Closure Wig | South African Youtuber

NEW TO MY CHANNEL?

Hey there, I’m Felicity and welcome to my world! I love beauty and am a lover of finer things in life - “soft life” . Come along with me as I open up my world to you.

In today’s video I will be showing how you how I bleached and plucked my 4x4 closure wig.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

•Plastic bowl

•Kiar Blonde highlight kit (bought it at Clicks, it retails for around R100)

•Plastic knife

•Newspapers or anything to cover the surface you’ll be working on

•Silver Shampoo (any purple shampoo will do)

•Tweezers

•Spray bottle with water

•Rat tail comb

•PATIENCE

-I left the bleach on to process for about 50 minutes. The duration you leave the bleach on will depend on how quickly your lace can process the bleach as well as the desired tint (the longer it gets left on, the more “yellow” the lace gets).

-Wash the lace thoroughly with warm water and then wash it with purple shampoo for at least 5 minutes.

Field hi guys welcome to my channel if you're new here hi my name is felicity and if you're a returning subscriber. Thank you for coming back and i hope you stay and be part of the family make sure to like comment and subscribe. So in this part of the video i'll be showing you how to bleach your knots just follow the instructions on the bleaching kit on how to mix the developer and the powder. The quantity that you'll need will depend on whether you're bleaching the knots of a closure or frontal. So, for this part, you need to make sure that all the haze out of the way so that you don't get bleach on it, make sure that you apply the bleach in thin layers and in sections so that you don't over bleach it and don't get bleached Onto the front, part of the closure or frontal make sure to take your time on doing this, because it's better to take more time while applying the bleach than having to go over with black dye to fix your mistakes once all the knots are evenly covered. I use foil to to make it develop faster, make sure that you don't have any bleach onto the hair if so take a damp cloth and wipe down any bleach. That'S on the hairs. First, you need to make sure that you wash all the bleach out before using any products. The shampoo that i'm using is purple shampoo. You need to use this to make sure that you get rid of any brustiness that might come from bleaching. You can get this at any beauty supply store when plucking the hair make sure that it's wet so that you'll be able to have more control on how much you pluck and be able to see the amount of hair you're taking out just so you don't over. Pluck and have bald spots take your time with this and comb your hair directly open lines of your hair as you go so that you don't pluck in one spot on the left is where i plugged and on the right is where i been plucked, the difference Is clearly visible, bye,
