Fabulous gone with the wind fabulous, hey guys. Today'S video is a step-by-step detailed wig tutorial on how i got this lace. 5X5 closure wig to look like a complete scalp, so go ahead and stay tuned if you're interested. So, starting with this 5x5 lace closure from wigny hair, this is what it looks like up close. You see the black knots that i did have to bleach off camera and it has the combs for security. So before i cut the lace off, i'm going to go ahead and start to customize. This part is going to be very quick. All i needed to do was just apply water so that the lace can slip out of well. The hair can slip out of the lace follicles and i can kind of do my placement. I decided to do a side part, but you could do a middle part. If you want to, you could still have room to make it look like a frontal. So, to get everything to lay down in perspective, i tried to do this method first. This is just hot combing it down, so that i can pretty much place where i'm going to do my baby hairs. I'M not going to do much baby hairs just on the side, because that's how my natural hair lies, but it's all up to you and how you want to do your hair and how your natural hair lies. But what i found is that, with these closure, wigs, you really don't need to do baby hairs like it applies like scalp. It looks really good without baby hairs, so yeah. This is just a regular 20 tool from walmart and i'll link. Everything in the description box. So honestly, as i mentioned before, this wig is honestly like a throw on and go type of wig. But i did want my natural hairline to look a little bit more natural, so i'm using these flat tip tweezers to go ahead and pluck more of the fibers or the hair follicles. Of course, this is a fake wig, but this method is really easy, especially once you dampen the hair. It makes the follicles literally fall out so yeah, but make sure you don't over, pluck a hairline and so to avoid over plucking. I tend to part a couple sections back and then pluck extra pieces, and that makes it look more natural, more sparse for my hair. But if your hair is more dense, then you can just leave it as is either way the wig will look natural, so the best trick is to put put mousse on the hair and completely tie it down. It will look just like this. The mousse that i use is super. It'S really super fire like for real. You see how the hair is not even moving. All i have to do is like lightly comb it out and it will be like silk again, but you see how hard it is like. It'S in place and that's what we want for natural lay so now it's time to apply the unit, and this is what i did to it just to make it blend. I added my foundation color to the bottom and it matches perfectly, and so you can use any type of powder brush to apply that at the bottom and then i just simply put it on and look at that scalp. I was like shocked when i saw it in the mirror. I was like. Oh okay, yes, like you, could really just cut the lace off and rock it like this, but, like i said, for extra security, i'm just going to lay it down a little more, but you can tell with the plucking that i did the little plucking that i Did it looks even better, so i would just start lightly if you're going to pluck extra and then go heavier if you want, but this wig really doesn't need it. So let's go ahead and lay these edges down, so i do not use any glue. I don't use any tape or anything like that. I just simply use mousse. My favorite is the tresemme hands down, even though the nairobi is pretty good. That can be found at beauty, supply stores, but this one is everywhere from walgreens to walmart and it does the job, also my edge booster, to lay it down even more. If you don't have one, you could use the other, but sometimes the edge booster does cause a white cast. So i only use this underneath my hair to like stick it down and believe me. It stays in place, so i add the mousse only on top. This is just a simple tip: never apply the mousse underneath the scalp, because it's gon na get sticky and it's gon na move around, but with this tresemme mousse it is like level four like it is a super super hold and it holds your hair in place. Really quickly, so you have to know what you're doing in a way you don't want to make mistakes, but you see how the hair is just like laying down and then after that, i just simply tie it down, and it is everything now honestly, there are some Times where a quick lay down, i don't have time to actually apply the moves and lay it down. So i just apply the mousse and it'll dry on its own on my way to wherever it'll be dry and in place. So when i say go out and get this stuff, do it's linked in the description spot, so i'm just tying it down for video purposes, of course, and then i'll go ahead into the styling. So i decided to do a lob, which is a long bob just to try something different and then i'm just going to apply simple barrel curls and for those of you who don't know how to get like the loose curls i'll go ahead. And do this little tutorial for you, i like to take chunky sections, but i do at least top and bottom so that i can have body at the top now, if you do not like body at the top of your hair, then avoid this chunky piece at The top just gather all the hair, and just do the bottom sections like i guess, curl your hair towards the bottom. If that makes sense start at the bottom and only go halfway up like don't go all the way to the roots. But if you want your roots to have body then barrel, it all the way towards the roots, and if you want even more body and longer lasting curls use flexi rods, i promise you the curls will last for more days. So yes, this is just a quick method and yeah the rest is self-explanatory. So let me know in the descriptions box, if you guys think that this hairstyle is cute, if you want to try a blob or a bob hairstyle or whatever. Thank you guys for watching and please shop all the links in the descriptions box for wigny hair products and yes get into this fabulous outro. Thank you guys again comment below for real. If you guys think that this was a cute job, let me know bye.
