Welcome back guys, let's just get right into it. First, you will need the colada colors powder Lightner in the violet pack. I would recommend getting the violet pack over the blue pack, because it's ideal for dark brown hair and it lightens up to five levels and adds no drooling beige tones. So it's really good. If you don't want to get your closure too light, I'm going to be using this with the Clairol 20 developer. Of course, you will need scissors, some tweezers to pluck the closure, a mixing bowl and I like to use this parm brush just to help me mix everything and apply the mixture to the closure. So this is what my closure looks like fresh out of the pack. Unbleached uncustomed, if you look very closely, you can see these black dots at the roots, and that is just the knots that the hair is attached to. These are the knots that I'm going to be bleaching so that the closure can look more natural and it can look like the hair is actually coming out of my scalp. So at the end of the video you'll be able to see the difference between a bleached closure and an unbleached closure, so I'm basically just putting the powder in the mixing bowl and I'm adding a little bit of developer at a time very slowly. Until I get the consistency that I want, of course you want it not too thin, because if it is too thin and too runny, it will run through the closure and it will bleach the hair and you don't want it to bleach the hair. You just want to bleach the knot, so you would like the mixture to be somewhat thick, so they can just stay on the knots and not see-through to the hair. So now I am going to apply the mixture to my closure, so be very careful with this. It is very easy to mess up take your time, although the video is sped up, I did spend at least 15 minutes applying this to the entire closure. You want to make sure to on the closure and not press it into the closure, because if you press it into the closure, you could bleach the hair which I actually did. But I will show you how I fix that in the end, but just be very gentle with the way you put it on there and then let that process. I let my process for about 45 to 50 minutes, but I checked it periodically. After the bleach has processed on the closure, you can rinse the product off of the closure being sure not to get it on the hair, even though, as soon as the water hits it it should, the chemical should deactivate anyway, I'm using a neutralizing shampoo from new, Not just to wash the closure make sure all of the bleach is off of there and to wash the hair, and as you can see, you can barely see any black knots I'll show you a little closer in just one second, so I have let the closure Dry, so that I can see all of the hairs to begin customizing it. As you can see, I accidentally bleached some of the hairs in the front of the closure. I'M going to show you how I'm going to fix that because I'm going to customize the closure to fit my hairline, so those blonde hairs in the front can just be plucked out if I were to have bleach other parts of the closure like like hair throughout The closure, I would have to actually read I, the hair, which isn't a problem, but luckily I didn't do that only bleach like a few strands in the front, so this is easily fixable and I'm just really just going to pluck all those out of there. But you'll get to see that in just a second, so this hair is really fine and its really fly away. So I kind of just had to put a little water on it just to control it so that I could see what I'm doing and begin plucking. The hairline I looked at a picture of my hairline just trying to get it as close to it as possible. This is not a fast process. It takes quite a bit of time. I only have a five by five closure and it took me about 45 minutes to an hour to actually customize it. How I like it, I can only imagine how long the frontal would take like this took quite a bit of time, but you do want to make sure that you're following the natural flow of your hairline, and that you aren't plucking out too much hair. Because you don't want big spots of just bald lace, you want to look natural and you want it to just fit nicely on your head to get the full effect of the hairline. I parted it a little bit behind where the closure begins and plucked hair. Just to thin out the hair in the front not to necessarily take it out, but just to thin it out, so that it looks a little bit more natural. So the closure did come with like little baby hairs intact, but I think I plucked all those out when I was trying to remove the blonde strands. So I'm just kind of somewhat recreating not baby hairs but just short strands just so that the closure will look. A little bit natural and it will kind of mirror, you know someone's real here, and so this is what the hairline looks like and, as you can see, it looks pretty much like a natural hairline and you can see no knots. The knots are completely bleached. It looks like someone's actual scalp, and you can see the difference, then how from how it looked in the beginning, but that's pretty much all there is to it. I hope I gave you guys some insight. I hope this video was pretty helpful if you have any additional questions, comments or anything, leave them down the description box below that's all I have for you today. Thank you guys so much for watching and see you guys next time, bye,

Queen H: Yessss THANK You Finally I can wear wigs like I want praying it comes out looking as good as this

Its Bry: This was the best tutorial hands down thanks so much

Samantha Haughton: Did you need to spend that much time plucking the baby hairs since you ended up putting the closure behind your hairline?

Max Ramsey: Great tutorial!! You make it seem easy but it takes a long time scared of trying bleaching. I want to try the sally Hansen leg make up 1st since I'm a novice. If I try that and I don't like it can I then bleach the knots? I'm asking as now the lace would have the product from the leg lotion or spray and its brown so would it affect the closure if I bleached it after. Thanks

ladynefertitibk: Great video. Thanks.

La Lu: Love your video . I have a question: Is it possible to cut a fringe in this kind of piece?

Ty Sa’La: Do you have a video on how you got the curls ?

sassyblack100: very nice tutorial ty

Lokenya Mccorvey: hello, How was the hair quality of the closure ... Is it still holding up good?

GreatSpiritRenew: Wow! I didn't know this was possible. I feel like I want to wear wigs now.

Kaia: Can I buy a wig from you that's already customized?

TheOneHit Wonder: How many bundles did she use

tia griffin: Best tutorial on YT!

Banke: Does bleaching the knots change the colour of the lace?

Rochelle Cadogan: Can I use a clarifying shampoo instead of neutralizing?

Max Ramsey: I also hear bleaching the knots will make the closure not last as long, is that true? I don't want to have to keep replacing it

angelrockstarmysterygirl9232: i have extremely pale skin and the lace on the wig i ordered is way too dark for me, is there any way i can lighten it to match my skin tone? i dont mind bleaching or using dye remover, i just need it to be extremely light.

famous cash: hey is this a free part or a side part?

Nellie Sewell: Looking forward to your next vido

Sunrise Guru: where'd did you get the purple packet?

Ling Autum: Still confused on why my violet kaleidocolor did not turn out as purple as yours and i have the same pack..thats strange

Breezy C: Nice results Hun.. Please tell me what camera and lense u use

EASTER DOZIER: hi the wig look like your own hair you did a good job. Jessica from Chesapeake Virginia

dameon robinson jr: im guy i want sew in intead of leave out i want to use free part closure but i want to be able to still have line up and get taper, what should i really do?,

Nicole Alford: Can u use a honey blonde box dye to do the knots instead of bleaching them?

Venisha Butler: I'm so confused. Some tutorials say use a 40 developer, some say 30, some say 20. I'm a first timer and the knots on my closure are slightly bleached so should I use a 20??? I'm light skinned so my scalp is light but it's not white. I want to do it right and I'm confident I can but I want to be politically correct. Somebody? Anybody? Please be of assistance! It will be greatly appreciated.

Stephanie Williams: So can I bleach my knots twice if they didn't all bleach ?

Christina Allison: Why you leaving your hair out?
