Plucking Tutorial For Beginners

For me we're going to go ahead and get straight into the video today, i'm going to be showing you guys how i customize my frontal units. All the info on this hair will be in the description box and if you haven't already seen the install go ahead and check that part out, i will link that to this video, i'm starting off with a already wet wig. I just washed it. So if your hair is dry issue, a spray bottle and saturate the hair and comb, it back make sure you part the middle part. So you can know where the middle is, if you don't over, pluck the hairline. So i'm going to go ahead and comb everything straight back and separate a little thin layer of hair. So you just don't pluck all out the whole frontal and bald it i'm going to go in with some slanted tweezers and you want the slant to be in the direction of the head. So the pointy part is going to be down and you're going to be plucking at an angle. So what i do is, i pluck very slow, don't feel like you need to go fast, and i eyeball where i want my like comb as if you would comb your hair those little spaces in between. I eyeball it. How i would want it to look as far as that goes so you're going to tweeze a section, leave a section tweeze a section leave a section and you want to make sure you're either combing back the hair or rubbing it back like. I am with my thumb, so you can see what you're doing so. Pluck a section rub, it back leave a section. Pluck a section rub it back, so you can see what you're doing you're just going to repeat this process and make sure you're pulling from the beginning of the hair strand for this first section you're going to make sure you're pulling from the beginning. So you can create that space in between the hair sections. Now i'm just doing the same exact thing as i did before i'm going back. I went down and now i'm going back and i'm just eyeballing it where i feel like there needs to be more spaces. Like i said, this is all going to be on how you want your hairline to look and what your desired outcome is. So please keep that in mind as you're plucking, the hair out. So, like i said, i go in pluck a section and if their sections are too far apart, then i go in and i pluck more. This is just to ensure that it doesn't have like a uniform look, because i am parting slow. It can make it look like very, very uniform and very very repetitive, so i just go in and make it look a little bit more um like natural all right. So now i'm going back in for the second time now is when you're going to want to pluck behind the hairline. So as before, you plug straight from the root on this one you're going to be wanting to pluck behind that section. So, where you see the spaces at you're going to pluck in the spaces, but not straight from the root, that way is going to give it that faded effect. The gradient effect where it's going from thinner to a thicker hairline. But it's going to give you a more a bigger space of that fade area, so, just depending on how much of that area you want to have, like, i said, is going to be the desired outcome that you are going to be trying to achieve. So if you want it to be more of a thinner, hairline, then you're going to pluck more into that space. If you want it to be thicker, then you don't have to do it as much as i did, but i do prefer to have that more thinner, hairline. Now i'm going to be plucking out a little area of the widow's peak part. You really don't want to mess with the area around the part that much because you don't want to have a really big part or to bald that actual widow's peak area, because naturally in a person's hairline, that is a thicker area. So i did go in and i just did a little little bit just to blend it in with the rest of the hairline and to have that comb effect, like i said um but like, but also again, don't try to pluck too much because you don't want It to become too thin in the area that you're going to be parting. Your hair in i went up now, i'm going back down again you're going to want to pluck behind the hairline in this pieces and you're going to be plucking straight back in those spaces. Like i said again, this is for, if you want a thinner hairline, if you don't want a thinner hairline, you don't have to do it as much as i did. I think i went back like like back and forth as one time, so i think i did it about three times to get my desired outcome, so it totally is up to you and how you want your hairline to look, but that's just what i chose to Do now i'm going to comb back that little section of hair that i left out. This is just to stop it from having um like a line of demarcation of where you plucked that so i'm going to comb all that hair back and i'm going to go in and do the same exact thing i did on the first go-round i'm going to Be plucking straight from the root and areas that i want there to be a little bit more of a defined space. If you want it to look more like a natural hairline or more like it is spaced out coming straight from the comb more like scalp, then you're going to want to pluck a little bit more space in the front. Don'T overdo this part because it can cause balding. This is also very important for your baby hairs. If you want thicker baby hairs, then don't do this part. Also, if you are a beginner, i do not recommend this part, because you can very easily pluck too much of the hairline, but if you're feeling confident go ahead and try this part out pluck some spaces in there and just give it a more stronger hairline. Look. Alright, moving on to the other side, i am going to go ahead and speed through this part just watch along with me as i go through this side, i'm doing the same exact steps that i showed you guys on the first side, so um yeah, just watch As i go through, the other side is when i think you might be with me is baby. I just can you focus on me? As you can see, i did not pluck out that much hair at all. This is all that came out on the whole head, and this is the end result.
