Hi girl, have you guys ever wondered how you go from bundled hair to a full-on glam. Look like this or how you get your wefted hair, to look something like this today, I'm going to go ahead and explain to you guys my highly requested way of how I construct my full closure. Wigs, let's go ahead and get started so I'm gon na start. I personally like to start off by attaching my closure. First, I line it up with the front of the dome cap that I'm gon na be using and then just sew around the perimeter. I like to do this first because then it'll ensure that I have enough room once all the bundles are applied later today, I'm using a regular lace closure with a reinforced edge and I'm attaching it to a mesh dome cap before I start sewing, I like to Go ahead and braid up the whole closure so that the hair doesn't get in my way. While I'm sewing, there are many ways of constructing wigs, you can use glue and you can use thread and needle. I prefer the sewing method, because, although it takes a little while longer to construct the wig, they prove to be much more durable and lasts a long time. With that being said, using a sewing method, you do have to have a basic knowledge of sewing using simple knots and simple stitching right now, I'm going to go ahead and attach my closure using a still simple knot and then I'm going to go on and use A simple stitch to connect the rest of the closure, as you can see here, by wrapping the thread around the needle a couple of times anywhere from three to five times. I go ahead and create a simple knot so that my closure attaches to the dome cap. Try not to use too long of a thread as that might cause not Strout your sewing process. I'M performing that initial knot. I then move on to using a simple blanket stitch to connect the rest of the closure down to the dome cap. I prefer to use this type of stitching technique because it's really simple and it really locks the closure and the bundled hair onto the dome cap, making the wig very durable and lasts a long time. You'Ll see me using this stitching technique throughout the entire wig construction. Some people like to sell one side than the other and in the back of their closure down, but I prefer to just sew on one continuous line, because I found that the other method actually gives me more bumps and lumps in my closure. As you sew down your closure, make sure you stay on the reinforced edge if your closure does have one and make sure you pull on the edges and keep it very taut as you sew down, so that it stays very, very flat, don't use any excessive tugging Because I may rip your lace, but just make sure you keep it nice and taut. So now I'm going to go ahead and move to the back of the wig and start sewing on my bundles of hair. I usually like to start in descending order with the longest bundles in the back and working our way up to the shortest bundles that will apply in the front. This will give you a naturally layered look. I also have to go ahead and double my weft in the back, but that's really gon na be dependent on how many bundles you have. If you have anywhere from four to six bundles that you want to put or more then I would suggest, but doubling your bundles so that you can get that much hair on your wig. If you only have two to three bundles, then don't use this method because you probably run out of here when I first attach a weft to the cap. I actually like to go through the weft of the charkh of hair and then afterwards I like to go around the web. This will ensure that I cut down on some of the shedding, because the weft will remain more intact. The only time I like to go through the weft this when I'm starting and stopping a track up here when sewing on the elastic band portion of the wig cap, I like to actually go through the fabric and that all the way through the elastic band. This will make sure the fit of the cap remains intact and that you won't get a smaller fitting wig. So are my bundles to the back of the wig I like to use the fold-over method. Once I get past the first row, I really like to use this method because it contributes to less shedding in the hair, and it's also good if you want to reuse your bundles in the back of this week, in particular, i spects my Strax about a fingers Width apart, if you want to add more hair to the wig, then you obviously want to use the less space and if you have less bundles of hair - and you want to space the hair out apart further then go ahead and use a fingers with two two Fingers with in between each track space when stitching my wigs together, I like to make sure that I'm nice and neat, and that I don't have too much of a space in between my stitches. This will make sure that your wave is nice and well-constructed and it'll keep your comb from slipping into any gaps when you're coming your wig later on so cut down on the time in between changing needles, I like to go ahead and have at least five needles Already threaded, so that when I run out of thread on one needle, I can just quickly pick up another and continue sewing and cutting down on the time in between changing needles. Once I reach the front of my wig or the hairline area of my wig, I'm gon na go ahead and start cutting my webs and carving the tracks at the front. This really contributes to the wavelength very, very flat. I used to fold the West at the front of my wedding too, to avoid cutting my West, but that just made my weight bulky so now that I cut them at the front. My wig lays extra flat. If you aren't concerned with the shedding that you might get from cutting your weft, then you can go ahead and seal your weft in a wig cap or you can go ahead and seal the ends where you have cut these webs at the beginning and ends of The track, also, all the trucks that I put towards the front of my wig - are going to be spaced very very closely together. I don't even have a fingers with of space in between these trucks, because I want my weight to be really cool when applying your last track. Make sure that you put that track right up against the closure so that when you take the closure down, you'll have no gaps or spaces if the wind blows or anything and you'll have a seamless connection between your closure and the bundled hair. Here you can see that I placed that last track as close to the closure as possible and I'm actually utilizing some of the closure border to actually sew on the last track of the hair. Again, this will make sure make sure your wig lays super flat and everything will be seamless, and if the wind blows, you won't have any gaps or see any contracts. Here is your finished product after you saw them on your closure and all of your bundles go ahead and then take down your closure and start blending it in with the rest of the bundles of hair, so that it looks like, like one cohesive unit, also once You'Re done constructing your wig, go ahead and comb out all of the hair and the closure so that it becomes one cohesive unit and you get all the extra hair that has shed it out. Now that you're done constructing your wig, you want to make sure to cut off the excessive fabric that is now located below your lace closure so that you're able to get that nice natural parting. That lace closure is give. I like to go ahead and flip mine upside down and then just make sure to carefully cut off any of that excess fabric. That'S located right, underneath the closure be careful not to cut through your actual stitching. Now that the cap fabric is gone, you're able to see straight through the lace closure and now it looks a lot more natural. Now, it's time to apply your finishing touches here, I'm going to go ahead and demonstrate on another wig how to apply an elastic band. Make sure that it's facing the right way, you want the elastic band to be basically facing outward from the closure, so that, when you put it on its gon na pull that closure taut and make it lay really really flat. I usually always have to put in elastic bands just to make sure that I'm comfortable and that my wig is nice and secure, but using the actual mesh dome cap that I use for this wig tutorial, I did not actually have to use any elastic bands. So that's why I'm demonstrating on a different way. Many people use just one elastic band, but I actually like to use two so that it tooks on all four sides of the closure and makes my closure lay extremely flat after you've added your finishing touches here. Is your finished product? If you guys want to see how I actually stopped this wig and how I cut and layered it then go ahead and stay tuned for the rest of this 101 series. Hopefully this was helpful thanks for watching even more crazy. Over brows, like brows, will always be a very, very important subject and an important part of the face that needs to be absolutely correct.

t Galloway: Can you please please please post a link for where you purchase your nylon thread. I cant find any good quality!

Kim Cody: Niobe and easy thanks

Geneva Nicole Beauty: @fiercelyChocolate would you suggest this wig cap for someone with a big head cause even though I customized the size of my mannequin head with tape to match the exact measurements of my head and I sewed down my wig it didn't fit once I put it on. And the cap fit my actual head prior to me sewing the hair down. It seemed as if the sewing caused the cap not to stretch. Plz help I'm about to restart my wig over and I need some help.

ru.talaa: I have a question I made a wig using virgin hair 14,16 ,12,10 inch and a 10 inch closer when I apply them when I made the wig the tracks are so close togetherthat once the wig was completed the wig still looked thin not full it very nice but not as full when I would use beauty store hair how is it that other you tubers can use six bundles and get a full head of hair and look full like yours when I only use 4 bundles and a closure and my hair looks thin I wear it straight 98% of the time I barely put any curls and why is that. What am I doing wrong :(

Deseree Williams: Where you get that think to hold the head still?

Betty Blount: Hello the unit came out nice how did you achieve the color

minorbrianna: Is this a middle part or free part closure?
