How To Make Your 5X5 Closure Look Like A Frontal | Side Swoop Bang Wig Install | Ali Pearl Hair

Oh hey, y'all, welcome back to my channel today's video is by ellie pearl hair and in this packaging they give you a ton of little goodies, which i love. When i put this stuff in packages, i love these little toothbrush, not toothbrush with these little edge brushes. So, of course, this is the wig. This is a 5x5 closure, wig y'all. Yes, today, i'm doing a closure week, but i'm making it kind of like frontal style. So i'm doing a side part. I wanted to do like a side, part swoop, bang type of style, and i really want to try with a closure. I'Ve never done this with the closure before i was really nervous to try this, but it actually came out really really cute y'all. So this is how it looks, though the lace is hd, lace and yeah. I don't know if i mentioned it, but this is 24 inches. So, to lay my wig, i am going to be using this olive oil, wig grip gel, so i'm basically treating this closure closure. How i would my frontals, so this is how i lay my frontals. I use this wig grip gel with a popsicle stick and i just lay the gel on my edges on my skin kind of on my edges, but more so i'm putting this gel on my skin and you definitely want to let this dry will not completely dry. But get a little bit tacky before you lay it. If y'all can tell i kind of just put my finger in it to make sure it was tacky enough and not completely wet. So once it's good enough to lay your wig, i'm just taking the lace and pushing it into the glue, i'm putting like the hairline of the wig on the outside of the gel. If that makes sense - and i'm just taking this blow dryer on a warm setting and i'm making sure this is completely dried and intact, now i'm pulling out some baby hairs and i actually did this step wrong like i did it wrong? Well, not wrong, but i did it how i normally wouldn't do it. I actually recommend cutting the lace first and then pulling out your baby hairs, because the baby hairs was in my way when i was trying to cut my lace. So i would not do it like this anymore. I don't know what i was thinking. I don't know what i was on, but don't do this y'all cut the lace first and then pull out your baby hairs. That'S a little tip so to add an extra step of protection to make sure this wig goes nowhere. I'M using this olive oil fix it super hot spray. A lot of y'all asked me: what's the name of this spray and i put it in every single video but um i'll link it down below somewhere, because i get a lot of questions about it, so it's bomb yeah, i highly recommend getting it and now i'm Cutting off my lace, i should have been cut this lace off before doing a lot of these steps, but it's cool. It still came out really cute, so i'm using this um slanted eyebrow razor to cut my lace off. So some of the pieces didn't get completely laid so now i'm taking this olive oil pieces spray again and i'm just laying it so that i don't see any lace, kind of sticking up or any white lace parts if that makes sense. So now i'm cutting off my baby hairs and instead of using a razor like, i normally do um. This is still eraser, but it's a comb with a razor in it. It'S called a twinkle razor. I believe this made cutting the baby hair is so much easier. I will never go back to using those eyebrow razors again to cut my baby hairs and i got this method from arrogant, tay y'all. He is the goat he'd be coming through with the hair tips, and i love him so much for it. And now i'm laying my baby hairs with the olive oil fixing spray on that olive oil fixing spray. I use it for almost everything when it comes to hair. I love it so much and another tip i got from eric and tay was to use this little pencil flat iron and kind of curl. Your baby hairs before you lay them made it so much easier. I love him so much like he'd be giving out the gems so, like i said, i kind of didn't want to do a little swoop and later on, i realized i probably should have had this bang a little bit lower, but it's cool, it's cool um and I'M just combing it to make it to my liking, how i want it and yeah so cute and i'm taking this olive oil fixing spray again. Y'All know this is my best friend and i'm just laying it and making sure it's super sleek and in place. So obviously this is a closure, so you only kind of have lace on one side of your head and not the other. So i kind of tried to have my little sideburn mimic the sideburn on the wig, so i flat ironed it just like. I would the other one the other side, and then i lay it with the spray again now, i'm about to make this part straighter, i'm taking this angled brush this um. It looks like a small angled brush and i put a little bit of concealer on it and i use the color warm honey and the l.a girl color. The la girl pro conceal and i'm just straightening out this apart a little bit as you all can tell you, can kind of see my wig cap a little, so i'm just covering that up to make sure you can't see it anymore. So this is the finished product y'all. I think this is just fun. Can y'all believe this? Is the closure can y'all believe this is a closure no frontals was used in the making of this video. Like i'm, just shocked. I was so nervous to do this because i did not know what to expect, but i think it just turned out flawless.
