First next video, i want to give a shout out to all my new subscribers. Thank you. So much for subscribing means the world to me before i get to the purpose of this video. I just wanted to quickly share with you guys and apologize for late videos. I had my screen cracked on my phone, but yo like check out the skin case. Hey full screen crack on me, so i had to get it replaced. Unfortunately, i did not back up my stuff. My phone had to get reset it or reset. However, you want to say it. I have to do all of that. All my content, i'm talking like a month worth of content. It was traveling within canada. I had reviews of skin care products that i wanted to share with you guys so did like day to day reviews of hair that i purchased. All of that just went through the window stuck like starting from scratch. So i just kind of wanted to come on here and show that so, let's get into the purpose of this video, it's a long-awaited video about the uk hair vendors. I don't know if you guys have checked out two of the videos. The first one was about best and worst hair vendors from around the world, which included the uk, america and canada. And then i made an update video to the uk brand because i ordered from two companies which were harassed and capillary and more forgiving. If i'm not saying your name right, did a video updating you guys on the harris way that wig was terrible. I literally hated making that video, because the first video where i was talking about the best and hit worst hair vendors i had big up to you know i had talked so much good stuff about the uk vendors. Just for one of them to kind of disappoint me, so it's kind of like a slap in the face me personally. I wouldn't encourage you guys to order from harris. However, this video is not focusing on the negative. This is a positive video, we're going to be talking about the capillary of more hair, quickly, also state that i got the hair installed by a toronto hair stylist, which i'm not going to name. But let me just say this: i didn't like the install at all and she used the erica j glue. I was going to do a review on both products, the wig, the install and the glue, but unfortunately i hated the install so much that i came home and i removed it off of my head. Okay, so you guys, i am done installing the hair. I don't know i thought and oh anyways um. This is how it's looking it's like. This is a transparent lace that we have on. I went for the wet look on the hair. This hair feels really really soft, really really nice. I like it really really long. Like 30 inches, i don't know about the install it starts too far back my hairline does not start all the way back up. Sorry, i'm not going to be able to give you guys a full review on the erica j glue and all that, because i'm gon na take this thing off. It'S bomb billy, more you're, gon na see, can have my money compared to the harris wig. I had installed the first day. This is killing it. You guys posted so i'm gon na take this off and i'm gon na fix it. I didn't know how to leave it on like i was just like yeah. I can't rock this about the erica j me personally again, this is a disclaimer. Before i start talking about the glue, i didn't find it hard to remove. I see on instagram where girls are like trying to advertise the glue and they're struggling to take the glue off and there's water resistance. Again, i can't speak on water resistance and the other properties this glue claims to have, but i will say this: it was so easy for me to take it. After only having the install on my head for two hours now, i was very shocked. This olive oil foam wrap, as you can tell it's almost gone, because this is how i remove all the glue off of my head when i'm taking off my way, but i literally take this and i spray it on the lace. I let it sit for not even up to a minute and the glue comes right off. It usually works for all my glue, so i thought this was not going to work for removing the erica j glue, install that i had one of the toronto hairstylists. But honestly you guys it came right off because i was like huh. I thought this glue was meant to be one of those hard to take off glue again disclaimer. This is my opinion about that glue. I did not wear it for more than two to three hours only speak on how it was when i was removing it and, like i stated it was very easy really. I was telling you guys how i did like a day-to-day review of the hair, so i did that with the capillary and more wig. Unfortunately, i lost all the footage going to the wig, so in this video i'll be sharing with you guys customer service, the product, how it wears and all that kind of fun stuff. Let'S first start with the customer service, if you guys remember in the other video - and i keep referring back to that video, it was all there, but i'm just repeating for those who haven't watched. Remember i told you guys. I had an issue with the customer service in regards to the fact that they sent me a full lace wig instead of a six by six closure, wig, which i wanted at the start, but they were nice enough to pay for my shipping back, i sent it Back and send me the original way in terms of customer service, i give it a 10 out of 10.. Yes, things happen, but the fact that this company was able to rectify it to win in my book now. Let'S talk about the hair, i ordered a 30 inch and this is what it looks like 30 inch natural way for nice. I believe i'll put it here. So you guys can follow with me: cost me over 900 canadian dollars and usd it would be about 700 usd bought it on their sale. Clearly enough, they do have sales throughout the year. You can save a little bit of coins here and there this hair wears beautiful, very minimal, shedding. I also washed it and insert the clip so that you guys can see this is the capillary and more wig, i'm washing it, because i wore it the other day. So far, i've used the shampoo, as you can tell it's washed very minimal shedding. This is all that has come out the wig. I am so shocked. Of course, there is shedding but see how minimal this is. It'S crazy and i haven't even conditioned it yet and stuff. I'M impressed the hair was perfect, minimal to zero, shedding. I have not put any product into it and the fact that it still flows moves. I rub my hands fingers through it and there's barely any shedding. It did not come with the smell now. Let'S talk about the inside of the wig ordered a transparent lace. Unfortunately, this is another con. During the time that i purchased this hair, they didn't have the hd option, went ahead and got the transparent lace. Honestly, if i could go back and reorder this wig, i think i would have stuck to a medium brown lace, because i noticed that with my kendra boutique wig, when it was medium, brown lace worked so well like it was so good, unlike transparent lace, i feel, Like you have to do so many manipulations to make it work with makeup, it's just i don't like it. I feel like transparent lace, yes works for all skin tones. I find that if you're lighter, it works better. This is how it looks avoid it. I like that, the material is thin, comes a little bands that you can adjust. It did come with little bands inside the hair. Unfortunately, i don't like the bands that all these companies put in their hair, so i always just cut it off. I like again that you can adjust it quality. I would definitely rate a 10 out of 10.. I am not disappointed, but my subscribers also entered my dms to tell me, it was very, very good here ordering again from capillary more. I am looking at ordering the 40 and see if they can make it to a wig for me. Keep you guys posted on how that hair wears. So, let's summarize everything about this wig that i already talked about one, i love the customer service. I get to 10 out of 10 in my book. The wig has its own self if we're actually rating like the combs and stuff i'll, give it an 8 out of 10 only because it comes with personal preference of what i like. I, like my wigs without the clips and the adjustable bands with, like you, know those full-on black caps only wear this hair on special occasions. I forgot to also mention moisture in this is crazy. I don't even put any products in this wig when i wear. I literally just put water yeah you guys. This is still the capillary wig on my wig stand because it deserves so much. You know respect, but i really wanted to show you guys that i put water and like there's conditioner stuff already in this wig and look how it still retains its moisture. My most of the curly wings that i have purchased will start getting like fizzed up, but this wig literally still has the curls and being that this is the next day that i've put like water. This is like the best way i have had so far. I ended up also fixing the lace and styling it how i would want to do how i usually style my wigs anyways, because i didn't like what the hairdresser did when i went to hair with this wig. So i feel like i'm not giving this hair. Do justice that it deserves literally it's it's holding all his curls. The only advice i would say is i usually like hd laces. This is transparent, but you can barely tell because the lace is so thin. I plan on wearing the wig today. I have nothing but good things on this wig, even when i wore it for one day. The moisture on this was awesome. If i was to wear this, all i have to do is put water in it. Finally, a sigh of relief - and i think that's why i'm just so happy and so giddy because, like i finally spent a good amount of money and it's actually what it said it was going to be more. You have a customer for the rest of my life. Oh god, willing that i live till i'm like 100 years old. I will keep buying hair from you guys on sale, so keep bringing those sales girl keep hugging us with them sales, because you know your hair is a little bit pricey. I have nothing but good things to say about this hair. You guys you are looking to invest or purchase good hair. My recommendation will be to get from capillary or more, but i will say this: i only ordered one hair. I have not tried their straight hair. I'Ve not tried their body wave here, i'm not trying any of that. I can only speak on their natural wave hair fact that, like you, can message the number and they can advise you on what to buy so you're, not just left alone, to purchase hair that you're, not you don't know nothing about.
