How To Cut Fringe Bangs On A Closure Wig | Quick & Easy Fringe Bang Tutorial For Beginners

Hey: what's up you guys welcome back to my channel, it's your girl destiny. So today i'm going to be showing you how i transformed one of my old wigs into this cute little fringe bang unit. So if you want to see how i got this look then keep on watching it's really not that bad. It just needs a little shaping to the salon. All right, you guys so before we get into cutting the bang, i'm going to straighten my hair on my mannequin head first, because it's a little bit easier for me to you know style my wigs this way. So i'm just going to pretty much just press out the hair. Before i put the wig on my head and start cutting my bangs and stuff like that and y'all, this hair was sitting in a bin somewhere like for months like it's. Just it was just a mess y'all, and it was time for a change. And if you have any old wigs, i would definitely suggest you know finding ways to revamp them or just you know, get better use out of them because, as you know, the price for hair is just going up. I don't know what's in the air, but these chinese vendors and hair companies are not playing they're finding ways to get their money. You know the quality is going down, but the price is going up so make sure you are getting good use out of your wigs y'all, and this is honestly the perfect way. So once i have my wig all straightened out and i'm good to go, i'm pretty much just going to begin putting some makeup on my stocking cap because, as you can see, that stocking cap was really really light and i just wanted to be on the safe Side, even though i was going to have lace showing i'd rather be safe than sorry so y'all look at that. Look at that. The wig is definitely wigging. Okay, like she is definitely wigging and she is not playing so first things. First, i'm just pretty much going to be sectioning off the hair that i'm going to use to cut my bangs. Now, when you're doing this, i would definitely say: don't section off um a wide amount of hair, because when you cut your bang the hair is going to spread out. You know it's going to spread out, so you don't have to cut too wide or anything like that, and i would definitely say it's best to you know: take small sections at a time. If you're, you know a beginner, or this is your first time like cutting a bang, you can even take like small sections and just you know pretty much work at your own pace. You don't have to rush. You don't have to. You know, speed through things. So now i'm just taking my hot comb to hot comb, some of that hair out of the way, so i can kind of get a better view of how much hair i have sectioned off. So once i pretty much get a good amount of hair, um sectioned off that i like and i'm comfortable with, i'm going to pretty much begin, cutting all right, you guys, so we are at the best part the cutting okay. So, as you can see, i'm going in and up down zigzag motion because we don't want a blunt cut. We don't want. Like a you know, a chinese bang like a straight across cut bangs, so i'm going in an up down zigzag motion and you can also use a razor it'll. Give you the same effect, but i just use my scissors because that's what i had in front of me at the time so now that my bang is cut, i'm pretty much just going to take the clips down just to see like you know how much hair, I'M working with do i need to cut any more. Is my bang? You know wide enough. Do i have enough hair? So that's pretty much. What i'm going to be doing, i'm pretty much just going to be tweaking it thinning it out and just seeing anything that needs to be perfected. My all right, you guys so now, i'm going to be taking my nairobi, foam and mousse, and i'm going to use that to put on top of my wig just to make sure it's extra flat. Now, normally i would use a wax stick but because i had the bangs um i didn't want to risk like the wax you know making the bangs too, like you know, clumpy or it like, sticks together, and it doesn't give like that real. Like nice little flowy. Look, so that's why i'm going to be using the foaming mousse to flatten the top of my wig, all right, you guys so once i have enough hair, um cut out and sectioned out for my bang, i'm pretty much just going to start bumping it just to See what it looks like and also to give my bang a little body out of your body? Okay, so that's pretty much what i'm going to be doing and then you're going to see me taking my scissors and i'm going to begin cutting in an upward motion and that's just to thin out some of the hair and also to get rid of a little Bit of that length because, like i said we don't want to blunt cut, we want that fringe. Bang look so to avoid um. Having, like you know, bangs that have a you know, a blunt cut. Look to them, i'm gon na be cutting it in upward motion to all right. So now i'm pretty much finished with my bang, but i want to thin it out a little bit. I want my bangs to be real wispy and real fringy. Okay, so i'm just taking an eyebrow razor to thin out some of those hairs, because i did not like um how thick my bang was looking now, if you like your bang, to be more on the fuller side, you don't have to do this step, but because I wanted like a real like wispy, looking bang, i went in with my um eyebrow razor just to thin um, some of that hair out all right y'all. So you know me, i got ta use my hong kong on every install regardless of what it is. So i'm just going to make sure the top of my wig is super duper flat per usual. This only took about an hour between straightening the wig and you know cutting the bangs, so you can definitely do this at home and, as you can see this fringe, bang it's just it's just it's just everything. Okay, screams fall, it screams back to school, okay and we are not going for the 09 nicki minaj chinese bangs.
