Hey guys, so i just want to put this claiming that this video is not intended to perpetuate the idea that my body type is the ideal body type or a gem body. All bodies can be gym, bodies and any body type can be healthy and strong. Skinny does not equal healthy. This video is for people looking to build strength and muscle. There are no diets no restrictions. This is about feeling good about your body. Link down below are some of my favorite gym, girlies of all shapes and sizes, who have amazing routines to build a strong body. Please check them out as well: hey guys what is up welcome back to my channel if you go trim back another video for you guys and today it is the infamous workout video that you guys have been asking me for all over instagram. If you don't already follow me on instagram, make sure you guys go, do that i'm gon na be giving you guys my full body workout, i'm hoping that this is going to help a lot of you guys out, and if you guys like this video, i will Also do a leg day, video going more in depth with my other, more intense leg, workouts as well as in upper body workout, i'm not a professional i'm doing what i've seen personal results from. So hopefully you guys enjoy [, __ ] i'll, see you guys at the gym, hey guys so a little pop-up video here for you guys. I was sent this from eula hair and i'm just gon na unbox it for you guys on here, and i'm also going to insert clips of me applying it and doing all things i do to prep a wig. If you guys are interested in this wig. All the information to it is linked in the description box down below. Thank you for sending me this all right guys. So this is what the package came with. I got a wig cap, some lashes, a rat tail comb and the wig, which was so soft, i'm showing you guys that this was 26 inches, it's 99 j, which means it's just burgundy, hair um. It comes with a strap in the back and it is so soft and the curls are so nice on this guys. So now i'm just showing you guys my process, i basically just take this wig head. I don't have to stand for it. So don't talk about me um. I just flip the wig like backwards, if that makes sense like just inside out, so the lace is like revealed and i'm using my quick blue bleach with my bowl and my spatula. I call it a spatula. It'S brush whatever the [ __ ]. It is and then 40 divide enveloper and then i just mix until i get a consistency that i like and then you just go ahead and put it all over the lace and make sure you're not doing it too hard. Um because it will seep through and then i just set the timer for 20 minutes, so this is after the 20 minutes has passed. As you can see, the roots are lighter on the inside, which is what you want. It helps it just look more like scalp and then i'm going to go in and show you guys my plucking. I have more in-depth videos about this on some of my older wig videos. If you want to take a look at those, but i basically just pluck a line skip a line plug a line skip a line, if that makes sense - and i just go all the way around ahead until i like what i have so now, it's time for The application i first i have really short hair, so i literally just i'm taking my eco styler and brushing my edges back in the back as much as possible, so they are not in the way. I don't know what that was um and then i'm taking my got to be glued and i'm putting that on top the eco styler using my blow dryer and making sure that everything is set. And then i'm going to go ahead and put my wig cap and pull it all the way down. As far as i can over my ears cut holes out for my ears and then spray it down, there's bow and then spray it down with got to be glue and dry it, and then i do that twice to make sure it's sticked down. Now i'm going to go ahead and trim the lace um. I pretty much know where my wig is going to go, so i just already know kind of where to trim, and then i put my wig on and go ahead and measure out exactly where i'm going to want it. And then i cut my lace according to that now i'm going to take my got to be glued and put it on the edge of the wig cap blow dry it down and then go over with my foundation, color that i prefer and just go all the Way around and you want to make yourself look bald, then you put it on the actual wig lace too, and now you're ready to apply your wig glue. So i just put it all around my lace. I will do two layers. I will put one layer: let it dry clear and then put another layer and let that dry, clear and that will help it stick down. Just gon na use a blow dryer for that and then i tack it down, tie it together and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then i do my edges and then tie down again for another five minutes and then i style it hey guys. So it's the next morning and i was - i went out last night and got super drunk. I forgot to show you guys me all made up. I'M gon na insert some pictures of me last night with how i started how i work, but this is what it looks like all installed: um excuse how the like hair looks it's i slept on it obviously, but the curls are like so nice and soft, like I said if you want to get this all the information is linked in description links down below okay, guys, so we're at the gym. Hopefully y'all can hear me. Hopefully i don't get copyrighted, because this is mad music. So the first thing that i do is, i just do like some stretches and some mobility exercises for my lower body and my upper body, because it's full body day. I just start off by doing like putting my leg right here in the front and doing like a half split kind of thing, with each side, which is really good with my hips all right guys. So the first mobility exercise i do are toe touches and then squats all the way down. You'Re gon na look really stupid. Doing this you're gon na look like a strange creature and no one's gon na look at you because no one cares. These are just some of my personal favorites. There are a bunch more mobility exercises. You guys can look up, but you need to do this because you do not want to have your joints locking up girl it ain't cute. You do not want to be the person that can lift heavy, but when it comes to lifting your leg up past your hips, you can't do it more of the story. Please do this now we're going to get into the right now. So now we're going to start off with barbell squats. I actually despise these, but they really are good for you. So first, i'm going to start off with my warmup set, i'm using no weight. I'M only doing one set of this 10 reps. This is just going to help me make sure my form is good and make sure i don't hurt myself, because that's just embarrassing now we're going to get into my working set. This is the real deal right here. I'M doing three sets 10 reps 10 to 15 pounds on each side, depending on how i'm feeling, on that day, the form make sure that chest is up make sure you're sitting low guys. This is something i made a mistake of when i first started squatting get that squat depth in brace your core weight in heels knees in line with toes your form is going to help you get the best out of your squat and help that booty grow. So now my overload set i'm only doing one set of these and i'm going until failure, which is basically about three or four reps for me - overload basically means i cannot lift this as a working set. There'S no way in hell. I mean look at this [ __ ], but progressive overload is how you get stronger. You don't want to stay at the same weight forever, alright guys so now we're going to go into our dumbbell rdos. These are super amazing for your glutes, i'm starting off with about 30 pounds for my working set, and i'm gon na do two sets of 15 reps. You want to make sure you're hinging out your hips. That means pushing your hips to the back of the room as far as they can go, have a slight bend in your knees. Keep your spine neutral, keep your chin tucked and your shoulders back. You really want to make sure you take advantage of keeping that form. Good because it's going to help you get the best out of your workouts, your ass should be on fire after this, as you can see by my face, i'm gon na go with 35 pounds and do my overload set and i'm gon na do 12. Reps of these, you should have the dumbbells as close to your legs as possible, guys and really snap up. These had my ass on fire and then i had a really awkward gym interaction, but the guy was cool, and so that was great. So now we're getting into seated calf raises our last lower body workout. You don't want to do what i'm doing right now, [ __ ]! Don'T do that! You want to pause at the top and stay on the balls of your feet. You'Re going to get the best out of the workout, if you do this, so this might look very weird, but turn your toes inward and do another set of 15. That is going to help you get your full entire calf and then you're going to look like a duck and turn them toes outward and do another 15.. I prefer seated calf raises over the standing machine because the standing machine it's hard not to shrug your shoulders. So i just prefer to see the calf raises instead, all right guys, so we're going to start off with a seated cable row. So i do like to superset my back, which means i'm going to do a different exercise right after this one, and that will equal one set, and i will repeat that until i get three sets of each exercise. Hopefully that made sense. These are really good for beginners super simple you just let that cable pull you forward, pull back quickly, pull your hands to your sides! Imagine pulling your elbows back to the room and then you're going to keep that spine neutral. So now we're going to get into our barbell rows, which is another favorite of mine. It is super amazing for your back, so this is the second exercise of our superset. You would do your first set of these right after you did your first set of your seated rows and repeat the cycle. I really need to stop explaining this, i'm doing a horrible job, i'm doing 15. Rest of these. The form for this is hinging at your hips neutral spine, pull your elbows back and bar all the way to chest, make sure you're feeling that tension in your back. So next up, we have lat pull downs. I actually despise these two. I do three sets of 12 of these and you want to make sure that your grip is really good on these beyond the curve of the bar lift your chest slightly up to the sky bar to chest and imagine you're pulling it down with your elbows. I'M not sure why my cameraman had this camera this close to my face, but we're just gon na go with it. So here i'm just showing you guys an up close of the grip and what i'm talking about, because that is super important for your pull down. So now we're gon na get into our alternating bicep curls. For these i like to do three sets of 20 meaning 10 each arm, and i am gon na superset. These i use about 15 pounds, but you want to make sure you have your elbows tucked in your torso. Do not move the upper part of your arm. Squeeze your biceps drop the dumbbell as low as you can and pull to your shoulders. So next we have dumbbell lateral raises - and i love these. So this is the second exercise from the superset of the dumbbell curls. These are one of the most challenging shoulder exercises, but they're super great for these you're going to want to have a slight elbow, bend, make sure you're bracing your core. Keep your feet shoulder width apart, don't shrug your shoulders, simply: lift your arms up until they're. Parallel to the floor and try not to drop them all the way down to your sides, even though i kind of just did it it's fine. Next up, we have hammer curls, and i despise these. I can easily curl the 15, but i have to use tins for these. I am going to use this as my first exercise of a super set. I'M going to hold my weights like candlesticks, so vertically lift the dumbbells all the way to your shoulders. Keep your upper arms tucked to your side and slowly come down next up. We have the overhead press, so this is the second exercise of our super set from the hammer. Curls i'm doing three sets of ten of these because they really hurt. All you want to do is lift your chest up slightly arch, your back push your bar above your head. All the way, bring the bar down to the chest and keep those elbows tucked. So i'm going to use trx straps. I never heard these before. I came to my gym and i literally use them for 80 of my ab exercises now, so i'm gon na start off doing trx crunches. I do three sets of 15.. You can go to the middle or you can go side middle side, but you're going to want to keep your legs straight out. Squeeze your core and pull your legs to your chest. Now i'm doing a pipe crunch and i'm gon na. Let you guys know this is very difficult. They hurt like a [ __, ] um, but they're super good for you. You basically just kind of have to think of pulling your hips straight up to the ceiling um and just keep those legs locked and squeeze your abs, and that's just about it, okay, guys. So that is the end of the video i hope you guys enjoyed. I really was filming for about. We were in the gym for about four hours. That was my full body workouts. That is like the typical routine that i follow for my full body workouts.
