This is the one this is gorgeous, but guess what let me show you guys now. I know you saw that intro. This bob is a conglomerate of different styles. It already has the clippings installed they're easy to remove, and this is how it looks straight out of the box. This is a 14 inch, yaki textured bob. It has that lace that spans ear to ear for a more realistic look and, of course we have that preflect hairline and you already know this is equipped with an adjustable elastic band and adjustable straps and again here's a close-up of those clip-ins and i'll talk more About those a little bit later now, you guys know i'm like the customization queen. I had to go in and tweeze and pluck the hairline just a little bit to do it to my fancy, and i went in to just slick it down with the back edge of my hot comb which i'll have linked below. If you watched my plug and sip live, you know how integral this process is, and as always to keep things neat and organized. I love using double prong clips just to keep the hair situated away from my face during the install process. Now this unit is honestly the perfect length for beginners it's 14 inches and the texture best mimics, like a light, blowout yaki kind of feel, but the clippings themselves do have a bit more of a silky texture. You can distinguish it from the yaki texture on the bob itself, but it blends. But if i'm being honest, i have a discerning eye, so i do notice the difference and because of how the clippings are situated, you have to work a little bit harder to make sure that the hair near the parting space is super flat and you don't get That hump action, so that may be a little bit of a concern for those who have never really, you know, operated a unit in this capacity. Now i put the unit on elastic band. First slide everything into place and again i chose to keep the clippings in the unit because i am working as a beginner. I want to see how this feels like. What'S the functionality is easy now i had to go in and trim away the lace near the ear tabs. You can do this on a canvas block head or you can do this as i am. This is a little bit more scary if you're a beginner. So if you don't trust yourself and you don't want to cut your edges, do it on a canvas blockhead and be careful with your ears too. But you see how this lace is blending into my skin. Oh, my god, so i decided to create a small section in the middle towards the front of the unit and i'm going to focus on trimming away the lace and i'm cutting a lot closer to the hairline than i normally do. I'M trying to improve my processes. I listen to you all and so i'm working to trim closer to the hairline and i'm using a bit of concealer, as my indicator of where i want to place the gel i'm using the got to be spiking glue. This is in the yellow bottle. I'M laying a very thin layer, you see how it looks shiny, it doesn't look white, it doesn't look caked on now. The only thing once this starts to dry. You do not want to put anything on it as it gets tacky, because it will create that white kind of chunky. Buildup take your time and let that lace sink into the spiking glue use a little bit of water for areas that get a little tricky. But again, this transparent lace is everything it just sits into the skin. I didn't even use pressed powder. So, let's, let's keep that in mind and with my comb, i'm going in just to make sure that the hair has movement and flexibility and it's not caked down with the spiking glue. Now you know what here's a great time to talk about the price. Is it a little steep, but is this bob worth it? Oh, my god, do you see this lace, it sinks in to the skin, and i did not use anything to tint it. That'S seamless, that's how transparent lace works for how thin and just well crafted. This is you can't beat that, but i do have a coupon code, so you know what i'm saying: use the black 20 to get anywhere from 40 or 70 off your purchase. Okay check the details in the description box, but again this bob with this yaki texture. Bob is most definitely worth it. The quality is there. Now i'm doing my little swoops, you know mandatory swoops. These are adult swoops, you know what i'm saying. We don't do the baby hairs. We don't need the floaties we're not trying to be on swim. We'Re just trying to get our feet wet and you know we have to use this elastic band now. This is where we're about to speed things up, because i'm going to give you true tea about these clippings straight no tracer, and this is just how i feel now i got myself together now you see when i remove the elastic band again, the lace is sitting. Can you see the lace you really on it? You can't say this. Okay. Thank you now, like i said around the top of the unit, you can see those small humps like a little bit of height near the parting space, so i have to be very strategic, but sometimes you can still see the start of the clipping in the hair. Now you can move the clipping down, but then you may have to adjust the length of the hair of the clippings by trimming it and tapering it into a beginner. That could be a little scary and i'm just being real. So when you take the clippings out super simple, i honestly feel like the burgundy clip-ins are better crafted. They were super thin and not bulky, so they blended more seamlessly again. I still feel like the clippings were a little bit bulky near the top, which is why we had a little bit of height or that hump action. You get the pleasure of switching up. Your look, no bleach, no processing, no toner, no dye just install clippings. Now, with the blue clippings, i want to talk about that ombre. It is nowhere near as seamless of a gradient as the burgundy clip is, so it's a little bit more choppy, and these are not the same length of the bob. So i had to go in and trim it to make sure that it matches so again for a beginner standpoint. This is a little bit scary. Now. Do i like this color blue? Yes, now, when you are installing the clippings, you never want to put the edge of the weft closest to the parting space. You want to kind of pull it back a little bit. So there's you know a little bit of a better transition and you want to flat iron. It get it as sleek as you can but, like i said, the ombre blue clip-ins were super bulky and i'm not sure if it's due to the packaging how they were made, but they were nowhere near as sleek as the burgundy clip-ins, the color that this gives. This much more subtle, i think it's super beginner friendly and it's a lot less like noticeable and it just worked really well, but again, with these clip-ins that are not customized to be the length of the unit, you have to go in and adjust them and make Sure they are the perfect length, so it blends now. I still had to go in and do a little bit of work, but i'm just letting you guys know. I wasn't about to do all that at work. I prefer the unit with no clippings. If i were to do the clip-ins, i would really have to sit down and take my time, but y'all can't tell me that this bob wig isn't everything they did. They did the damn thing at least super sleek when you wear it as is, and this color is everything the hairline is perfect. The texture, it just mimics a blowout that you would not believe if you're interested in this bob and perhaps trying clippings because maybe dying and bleaching and processing, isn't your thing. Nor is toning. So you can skip all of that and just get your clippings and practice. So again, check out. Rpg show use the cold black 20 for money off and if this unit happens to be a little bit more expensive than what you're accustomed to spending make sure that you check out my wig playlist, which is jam packed with a different style. Inspiration, but i'm definitely interested to know from you all which clip-ins are you. You know more fond of. Do you even like the clip-in look, i feel like the burgundy is everything you know. That'S my signature color, but the blue. It offers a look that you might not think you'd like, but it looks bomb and the only thing about this is when you do this, you kind of have to remember where you place the clippings each and every time, and you have to designate a clipping for The left and or right side, because again it's based on how you trim them, because this bob is shorter in the back and longer in the front. But i do believe that there is room for improvement and i like this idea, this style technique. We just got to work to make those clip-ins a lot more sleek and less detectable and more user-friendly, because that's the name, that's the goal here. That'S the goal, but thank you guys so much for watching make sure you take care of yourself at the end of the day i'm going to slay, and so i hope you join me make sure you subscribe. Give this video a thumbs up share with your homeboys and your homegirls and meet me down in the comments, because we got a lot to talk about. I was two three with these clippings ready to take them out and just flex with the natural color bob bye. Y'All, you
