I have been asked a lot of times. How do I wash and care for my synthetic wigs? So this is how I do it. You want to make sure that the wash basin is very clean, so make sure that you use clean water, I'm going to use the Revlon texturizing cleanser. I usually do a cap point. Take your synthetic wig, that's been brushed out tangle free and you submerge it completely. In the water inside the cap is where you can trap a lot of odors, and this is where, if you use any kind of adhesive or anything like that, so when I get inside the cab, the clothes Pat, I just take my fingernails and I give that A scrub inside the cap, I'm not getting my fingers in between the tracks just on this side on the fabric side of the tracks - and this is for a closed a cap with not a monofilament top. There'S no lace front. So you can. You can give this a scrub, you don't have to be afraid of that. You really want to take care not to damage monofilament top or silk top or lace top. I have been careful to place it in the water so that way that you keep the strands straight, you don't want to knock them. That'S very important! Can you see that water very cloudy this way definitely needed definitely needed a wash. So I'm going to lift the wig out careful, you can double it gently. You fill your Basin again cool water. For your synthetic wigs. I told you about my fabric, softener my weight conditioner. You can also use wig, conditioner, rinse and condition. This is my next step. Just for a second not a long time, just to make sure that I've gotten all the shampoo out once off the cat, and you can just give it a little squeeze to try to coax a little bit more that water out. So I let your out and just Pat it dry, do not brush your wet wig, so this will be the new extent put your wig over a wig stand. So then you want to let that sit and dry just like that. So after your wig is dry, you just go through and brush all of the tangles out and she retains her shape and her wave and her memory beautiful, and I wish you could smell it. It smells so good, so she is right back to the way she was when I got her, and I will put the review video for Carrie and my new way to Lisa that I just got out give me a thumbs up if you like my content, guys And thank you so much for watching.

CandyHairCompany: Great video! Just a suggestion for your own health and safety. After you add the shampoo to the water you filled the cap with water.... if you don't dry the cap, water gets back into the shampoo bottle.... bacteria can form and multiply in the shampoo bottle. Same goes with the fabric softener. Just a heads up to keep you safe.

trippy777loves80guru: What kind of foundation are you using? You have a smooth, beautiful glow to it....very pretty. :)

K. Popper: Hi and thank you for this video, sincerely it was really helpful for me. I'm a little confused because some people say not to use any shampoo even a wig shampoo because it dries out the fibers. But I'm thinking if the shampoo is made for wigs wouldn't that make it okay? This one person just uses fabric softener only and doesn't even switch it around or anything to kind of get it clean. What do you think do you think it's safe to use a wig shampoo? I understand using the fabric softener for the conditioner and if anything that was just save a ton of money but I'm worried about what to do to cleanse it because I don't wear a wig cap. My wigs are double monofilament so I just shave my head. But, I do want to keep my wigs in good shape. Also, do you have any recommendations for how often you should wash your synthetic wig? Thank you in advance for any help.
