Rooted Wig Colors Vs Nonrooted Wig Colors

Hi, I'm Rochelle and I'm Danielle and we're the owners of Godiva secret wigs. Now this video is all about the difference between routed, colored, wigs and non-rooted colored. Wigs, so Rochelle is wearing a freedom Wiggins spring honey, which is a non rooted. Color, I'm wearing a freedom in sugar cane are are meaning rooted, so see how there's this darker hair at the base of the wig. So that is what we mean by rooted. It'S actually the look of regrowth we're in the spring honey. That'S not rooted. You'Re gon na see the same color all the way to the base right. No Ruth! So look you see the difference rooted now I'll show you the back. Just you can kind of see a whole difference, so in mine you can kind of see the dark showing through it adds a little bit of dimension as well. So when we say a wig is rooted, that's what we mean now we're gon na show you a rooted first non-rooted red colored, wig. Alright, so Rochelle is going to be putting on another freedom wig in the chestnut color, which is a beautiful non-rooted red and I'm going to be putting on the freedom with roots in a terracotta color, which is routed, get all my hair in here. Oh yeah, you're. Getting here, thank you, so you can see Rachelle's. Is this beautiful chestnut color? It'S a beautiful, rich color by the color. The same color is going all the way to the roots from the root out. No change so I'm wearing terracotta, which is a rooted, color and you'll, see here at the base. You see that darker brown color and that's the roots and then it just blends into the right also up here, yeah and it's all throughout. So every strand has that rooted color at the base. Right so again will show you here's the back. So again, Rachelle's is the red all the way through and mine is gon na. Have that darker color at the base now we're gon na show you a brown color so Rachelle's putting on art and medium brown, which is just a medium brown color all the way through and I'm gon na be putting on the almond spice, which is a brown With some blonde highlighting but also you'll see it has those roots and obviously any color much darker than this is not going to be rooted if it doesn't have blondes or the lighter tones. So it's like you're not going to get a dark brown rooted, but you might get a mix of different color blends, but the base won't look like darker roots, so I would need a little bang. Yes, you would but you'll see here and the base here. You'Re gon na see that darker color, wherein Rachelle's you're, not gon na, see it so with the darker Browns, like she said, you're not gon na see a root. There are some wigs that come in the coffee latte, which is a little bit of a highlighted darker Brown, and that does sometimes have a root which isn't gon na have the highlight in it. But the dark expresso of cappuccino, dark chocolates. Those are not gon na have a root because technically wincy roots they're too dark yeah, and so how does a client? How are they able to tell if it's rooted or not when they're reading, so I'm just gon na switch this one, because I just love this color okay, this is this terracotta terracotta h/h are distinguished okay, so you're gon na see on the website. Excuse me on the website: you'll see such as freedom, you'll, see freedom, wig, and that would be the wigs without roots and then you'll see freedom with roots. Those are the with roots colors, so you may see the same wig name twice next to each other, but one is non rooted, colors and the other is rooted. Colors right and one last point, I'd love to show for this freedom and sugar cane, especially if you're a blonde the rooted wigs are so fantastic because they just give you dimension. They don't fade you out as much as just a straight blonde way. We'Ll do many times and you'll see the brown will work with your eyebrows if you're dark, also true so like for me, I have really dark eyebrows, so if I was to wear just a blonde wig I'll show you where so it shouldn't. So if I wore the spring honey color, which is a blonde without roots, excuse my Hagar come in here, so you can see so here I am in a spring honey. So this is a blonde without roots, so you'll see it doesn't really make that much sense. With my eyebrows right, because my eyebrows are dark in the way is light. So if I wanted to go a lighter color, I would do something with roots in a blonde, because the roots are gon na match. My eyebrows and they'll make more sense and just look more natural, which also means if your hair is naturally darker, but you want something fun. You know our clients on to 220. Wigs, if you want to be a lighter, color blonde, a light redhead. If you have naturally dark hair, then go the roots, it will look most natural, we promise and so again I'm on the website.
