That'S going around and see it all over social media and stuff like that, and I want to try it myself and see if it really works, I will be using this wig. Well, those are the boxes from Ollie bliss I'll show you the wig right. Now it's not a super long way. I just plan on cutting it depending on how the color looks so this is it right here it is belong, so it's already lightning. The main reason why I'm dyeing this wig is because of the roots, they're very dark, like very dark, so I don't. I don't really like it like that, so I'm going to diet a shade of lavender purple lilac like that's what I'm going. They also include a return and refund card in the box, which is nice. That'S the first time. I'Ve ever seen that the hair is in the color 1b slash 613, so the roots are one beam, so I wish the roots were lighter, then maybe it would have worked but um. It'S fine, I'm gon na dye it. It says here that the wig is a hundred, I'm not sure what that number is. It looks like a five. The number looks like hundred fifty percent, but if I'm wrong I'll put the correct density down below and the texture is straight, so this is the unit I'll try it on real quick for you guys. So you could see how it looks on also this unit is a lace front wig, so there's only lace in the front of the unit, and I can also see that the hairline has been plucked as well. So it has a very natural looking hair line. I'Ll move, so you guys could see through it so yeah, so it has a very natural looking hair line already pre plucked for you. So if you're like you, know scared to do that yourself, it already comes like that. So if you want to bleach it alot, you could do that or use foundation or whatever you want. Okay, it looks like I already had tried this wig on. Actually, I believe on a live stream and then yeah. It'S it's it's too dark in the roots. For me, you can see where the hairline is already pre, pre plucked for you, but it still has a very sharp edge around it. So I would have to do some extra plucking okay, so this is the wig, and this is the length it's not super long. The length 16 inches - this is what 16 inches looks like and also show you guys the back of the unit, hopefully my right here it doesn't peak through. So this is the back alright. So again, so I'm going to be trying the watercolor trend with this week. The first time I'm doing it so hopefully it turns out. Okay, alright guys. So I got my water. I got hot water from my tap okay, so I'm gon na use hot cuz. I feel as though the heat will help you know, get the color to penetrate better. That just makes sense in my head. You can wear gloves if you have to. I totally forgot to get gloves, so you know bare hands: okay, I'm okay! With that I'll get it off um, so I'm still undecided. If I want to do this a light purple or if I want to go in with this one, so I don't know - or maybe both maybe both - let's do both okay, like so I'm gon na use. The adorn me one one for violet gem, oh it's so creepy and then I'm going to use the lavender. So I just squeeze for about five seconds. Okay, oh it's so pretty, and you just use a spatula or something to mix it. Oh it's! So pretty! Oh! This is going to look good, let's just hope, the way that looks as good as this water, okay, so you're just gon na mix it around mix it around make sure all the chunky parts are out, it's nice and dissolved, or else you know a piece of You know a part of the hair could be darker than the rest. You want everything to be nice, and even I just love how this looks all right. I'M not gon na lie I'm kind of nervous okay, so I'm gon na start dipping from the top part of the wig in okay. So the water is hot, so use that to get it down in there you, oh, this, is gon na. Look so good, I'm so excited this is gon na. Look so good! You guys, I'm so excited I'm. I can't tell you how excited I am right now. Oh my gosh, I can already see the color look. Oh my gosh. The hot water definitely lets the colors. Stick on faster Wow! This looks great, I'm probably gon na add just a bit more of this one. I'M gon na add a bit more of that. Okay! Yes, now let everything go through also get an extra bowl. So if you want to take the wig out and add more color get an extra bowl okay, this is such a cool way to dye your hair without getting it. You know what I mean too harsh, so so so pretty so there are some parts that are still blonde, which I actually like it gives it kind of like this dimension. I really like that. Look: okay, so I'm gon na take this out and add a bit more color here you can see the color that it absorbed very, pretty very pretty okay, so a bit more of the door 9 0 and you can get these into Beauty Supply you guys they Work really well going a little bit crazy with that, but if you notice the water got lighter, so all of that color is absorbed into the wig and we're gon na go back in with the wig. This time. We'Re gon na put it bottom first and then submerge it. It'S getting more purple now right and we'll leave that in there for a couple of minutes and it absorb all the color and you can move it around. You know move it around sure that every strand is able to move around and get you know color and absorb the color, because if you notice the water is getting lighter, the color is sticking on to the wig over here. Alright, so see the water got lighter. I'M gon na check this out, so the blonde parts did get a bit darker. I do like that. It looks more like a pastel, I'm gon na add a bit more of the violent gem, and this will be my last dip. This color has more of a pink undertone to it. It'S very, very pretty, and this way you can easily die your wig. If you want a colorful week, you can easily die it like my hands, are not even messy or anything. So I do love that aspect of this way of dying, wigs. Ok, so we got that done. Dip plastic there. If you notice I'm moving to hair strands around so that every strand you know can get color the waters. Are you starting to get later? I am definitely going to do this again. You guys this is so much fun. I feel like a kid almost. How pretty is that you guys so pretty look at the roots? They actually look much better. Now you notice the water has lightened again. So it's not like you're wasting hair color. The color is attaching itself to the wig okay, I do suggest using hot water. This definitely works much better with hot tap water. Okay, put it on just hot and put your extensions or your wig or your bundles. In there I'm going to move the camera, so you guys can see a top view of how this looks all right guys. So this is the last step all of the color is in the wake. The water has turned light again. So now, when we rinse off we're gon na rinse off with cold water, okay, cold guys, all right, you guys. So this is how the wig looks now, really really pretty. I love how this turned out. There'S color all the way down to the strands very pretty and then on the inside. It didn't even die the lace at all, so you could still go in and bleach the lace if you want to okay. So now I'm gon na do is dry this units, so we can see the color dried, so heat protectant, I'm using this. This is the smooth and shine heat protecting spray from dove. So I'll just use this on the unit to dry it. Okay, just so it doesn't get any heat damage you, you aren't you guys. This is the final product, isn't it pretty? It'S so pretty you guys it's actually showing up a little bit brighter on camera in real life. The highlights are more of a pastel pink and the purple magenta shade or gem shade is a little tiny bit muted, but it still looks beautiful on camera and off camera. So I'm gon na go ahead and put this on. So we can see what it looks like all right, so that works. This is the unit so much better than the blonde. It'S still a little bit damp in the crop, not gon na lie, but I am just itching to put this on. That'S probably not a good word to describe that, but you know I want to put it up, so I'm gon na put it on for um. You know what let me cut the lace first and then we'll put it on alright. So the lace is off all right adjustments. Adjustments, ladies and gentlemen, oh my gosh, it's so cute, so you know you're gon na be able to see my red hair line, so I'm just gon na try and pull it down as much as I can so. This is the hair line now you're gon na see the knots and knots definitely need to bomb. The knots definitely need to be blended in and this excess baby here needs to be cut and adjusted, or you can just you know, put edge control on it and blend it in. But this is the final look. I'M gon na show you guys the back of the unit as well. All right, you guys. So this is the back of the unit, and I am so in love. This is like my little pony, unicorn hair. It'S just really really pretty so I decided to just do my baby hairs. I was gon na. Do it off camera, but then I did an on camera. Maybe here so you have to be like a master at this stuff. Okay, I used some edge control to do the baby hairs and then I went in with my contour powder. This is the Maybelline fit me in truffle, so I decided to add some fresh curls to the front to kind of frame my face after I did. The baby hairs because it looked off because I did the front part of the wig on the wicks, and so I did it on my head. So it looks a little bit better. I'M gon na hit this with a bit of hairspray just a little bit. Oh, my love alright, so now I can take out these. Hopefully they fall the way I want them to okay there we go much better, so I hope you guys liked how this unit turned out. I absolutely loved it. I'M just gon na put some more hairspray. Just to make sure that stays where I put it, it might not be the thickest unit, but with color. I think it just brought it together. I hope you guys enjoyed how this unit turned out.
