Don'T you stress the flow it trying to pick the pace up? We should take it slow baby. Keep your focus. Don'T you make me change mama? If you love me baby, don't choose hey guys. It'S Simone here today we're gon na be working with a doula here and we are experimenting with highlights once again. So this is my second video doing this and honestly, I think I'm a little bit hooked on highlights and I love it and it's super trendy. So I want to show you guys how I do it using a box dye super easy. You could do it at home or on your real hair. So I'm gon na be using this tipping cap, which came with the dye that I originally bought. And if you look up close, you can see there's two types of circles on this. There are some highlighted by black circles and then there are some that are just regular circles on the cap. Now we want our highlights to be a little bit thinner, not as chunky and bold, so we're gon na use the ones that are not highlighted by the black circle. If you use the blends in a black circle, you're gon na have more highlights it's gon na be thicker, semi chunkier highlights and we want very skinny ones, so yeah. So now I'm gon na go ahead and just part my wig in the middle, make sure it's in the middle or side part whatever you go for and then tie down the cap really well. The box set that I bought came with the actual needle, which is perfect so that you don't have to go ahead and buy the needle by itself. But if you just go ahead and make small see like motions and scoop the hair out with the hook of the needle this process is super easy and takes only about, like maybe 10 minutes to get through all the circles. You can definitely go ahead and skip more circles skip every other other circle. If you want less color, so I pretty much just skipped every other circle, so it could be even on both sides. I kept the dye on the hair. I would say for about a total of an hour actually and just let it do its magic. Now. What I love about this cap and the box star that I got is I love the fact that you're really in control? If I wanted, I didn't - have to take out so much pieces of hair. I could take out as less as I want. I can take out more if I want, it totally depends on what you're going for the cap is reusable, so it's really easy to go back and add, or whatever the case may be, I'm going to be using this color from Revlon. It'S a frost and Glo kit and the hair is dark brown, as you can see. So it's technically supposed to look like the color on the opposite side of it so not as lifted, because we're starting off with brown hair go ahead and open the box. It came with everything that you needed: okay, guys everything the captain needle the gloves, the plastic bag, so he was super easy. So I think I actually did a great job choosing this one. When I went to CVS, follow the instructions um you'll get a cute little spatula like that, pour the powder and the mixture in the container and go ahead and mix until it's nice and completely mixed out there and lumps or bumps in the mixture and then just Simply apply the mixture to the hair, you can use your hands so the school you know to apply the mixture. You can use a comb. You can use a hairbrush. Whatever is easiest for. You do not paint the cap, it might leak to the cap and get on the hair underneath the cap, so don't paint the cap but paint as close as possible to the root that comes out of the cap. Does that make sense? This whole process was so so so so so super easy. I think I like this so much more than dying a full head of hair because it doesn't take as much time now the doula I've worked with them several times before. I will say they are on point with their hair, like if you want like silky extensions, that will last a long time, a silky wig, just silky hair period and the doula for me never fail now, with the hair that you have. The mixture on can go ahead and put it in a plastic bag which they also provides you with. So here we are half flat ironed, half blow-dried. This is the color, it's so beautiful. I love it. It'S nothing extreme! Nothing! Oh! Over the top. Look at the hair, it's so silky! I love, love, love it and you can just slide it right through it. Now I'm gon na go ahead and just finish my ironing, so I'll probably just skip through this part. So this is low-key, self-explanatory. After that, it's time for me to install now, I always tell you guys that the makeup tutorials are always gon na, be on my Instagram page. Now, I'm going to be doing my regular installing technique got ta, be glue, blow-dryer, simple, the lace on this wig. Oh Lord, it was so white that I had to put so much makeup on it see the thing was after you, flat iron and blow dry, your hair, you kind of don't want to go back once you realize that it's police is too light to go ahead And tint it cuz, then I have to pull dry the roots again so I'll, just like jeez. How am I gon na get through this? I just put a bunch of makeup on it guys so um just make sure you do tint the lace, because there was super super super. It was way too late. For me, it just didn't really look the best, so just make sure you tint it. I think if you do tint it, though it will be amazing and then cut the lace off as usual, so you can see the lace, it's just very white. This is exactly what I dealt with um again. It took a lot of makeup and work to get this to look appropriate in the daytime and around people. Now, for this type of wig you're definitely gon na need baby hairs. I just think you fit into it. Life will be easier, just make sure you tint. If you don't tense, you will be sitting here applying pounds of makeup onto the lace, so 10, the lace life is easier and then I went ahead and just added a few curls in there. For a more fuller look, and that was pretty much it guys, so I hope you guys enjoyed this video. If you did. Let me know down below, and I will see you guys in my next video bye, guys

Nancy Omachi: Thank you for doing a great demonstration!

abigailbolu: Which side of the stick did you use to pull the hair out! The bigger end or the smaller? And did you use the same side for all parts of the cap? I just got mine and I want to get subtle highlights in the back like you but more chunky ones in the front xx
