Wonder what she had on me, hi Queens, welcome back to my channel. This is be the beat if you didn't already know, and if you didn't already know that means you are new here and I just want to say, welcome, welcome on into the watercolor wig party. Okay and if you're not new, here welcome back friend, I'm so glad to have you make sure you're subscribed you like, and you share this video, but anyway we're going to get into water coloring a wig today, okay, so we're gon na turn, an old like drab Wig into a nice some, not summer jail into a nice fall color, and I know all of y'all have been seeing the auburns, the like reddish brown, wigs that the girls been wearing. I am about to do the thing: okay, I'm about to do a thing and we're gon na go ahead and use our adore. Colors. Don'T worry! All the adore colors will be linked in the description box for your shopping pleasure. If you want to recreate this look, as you see, I use the colors, copper brown, paprika and cajun spice for this go around of the watercolor I put in copper, brown first and then I put a lot more Paprika in, but y'all y'all got ta think about It this way it's easier to make a color darker than it is to brighten up a darker color. So I really should have gone in with Paprika first and then added a dash of copper brown to deepen it up a little bit, because I did want paprika to be my more dominant color. But it's a learning process is um. You'Re gon na have to play around with it and get the combination you're going for, but you see how dark that water is. It kind of scared me at first, because I'm like wait a minute. I don't want my weed to be black so um. This was my first go-round, but it's all a learning experience so just take your time with it maybe play around with it do a strand test if you want to, but I don't got it type of time, so I dumped the whole wig up in there. So this is the before of the wig and I'll also insert a picture of what I'm actually going for for the look but yeah. I just want y'all to see the transformation it's kind of hard to tell in the clip, because the wig was wet but yeah. We'Re going from this to that and I'm just dunking it kind of swimming it through the water. Remember. I was a little bit scared because I put a whole lot of copper brown in this one um, so I was kind of hesitant to just dunk it all. In there, but I eventually dunk it and then I'm going to you know you'll just see just watch, I'm gon na shut up see I can watch foreign got this bag from but um I didn't have my nails done. I didn't want to get my nails tinted from the die, so I was just doing anything I could to not tint my nails, because I was out of gloves so just don't mind that big old plastic bag, but anyway um I'm just taking the wig out taking A look at it and it is starting to look a little bit darker than what I wanted to like. I feel like it was just not pulling enough red, I feel like it was pulling just Brown, so I heard if it took the wig out and I'm gon na just dump the water out and refresh and redo the color and we're gon na. Try this thing again all right, so this time we're starting with fresh water and we're starting with Paprika. I'M gon na put a whole bunch of paprika. Well wait a minute: they don't like a lot they're. Okay, there we go. I got a whole bunch of paprika. I had two paprika y'all and I filled use the other one, the first time I forgot about that. So this is my second paprika that I'm using and I'm just gon na fill a double paprika and then I'm gon na add a dash of copper brown sink girl. I don't remember just watch, I'm gon na show them okay, so no! I just did paprika by itself this time, because, if I remember correctly, my thought process was on this was that I already used copper brown last time and it got a little bit too dark. So I just want to go straight in with Paprika only this time to try to get a little bit more of that reddish orange color to take on on the wig so yeah. We just soaked it in paprika by itself for a good while and then I actually went to put water down for his nap and I completely forgot the wig was sitting in there. So it's sitting there for a good like 20 30 minutes, which usually you don't have to really keep it in there that long, the color takes pretty quickly so, but I mean it didn't, hurt anything so yeah here you can clearly see that the wig has soaked Up all the color out the water, because you can see a clear difference in the water in this clip, it's getting to be a lot more clear. It'S just a very you know. See-Through Orange here is the wig after I've colored it and it's dried. I actually did one curl it off camera. I didn't film that, because it honestly wasn't much to it, it wasn't nothing special. I literally just wine curled it and I didn't like the wine curl I was using. So I just I didn't want to film that part, but anyway, this is the color. You see all the dimensions. We got a really good orange patch right here in the front, then we got some good, like kind of burgundy-ish paprika, looking colors towards the bottom, the color turned out beautiful. Like do you see the dimension, and the dimension came from the fact that I had bleached this wig and put highlights in it beforehand, so it already had Dimension to it. Oh, it just looks so good watch for the install all right y'all. So I'm not gon na go into Super detail about how I installed my wigs. I do have more detailed videos on that process on my channel so check out my hair playlist if you're interested I'll link it above, but this was just more so about the coloring process. So we're going to slap this wig on our head, real, quick and take note. This wig is old. Y'All like I've had this wig for years, and it still is going to look great in the end result. Um now my lace has been through a lot, but we're gon na make her work okay and follow your girl on Instagram period. Please - and by this point I got myself shook y'all like look at that that color looks so good. I'Ve never worn a color like this before so it was very exciting to me. I actually am really in love with this color like I can't even deal right now, but anyway, I'm just gon na finish up styling the wig and then I'm gon na prep. To do my makeup and we're gon na come back with the finished result. Ah, it looks so good. Okay, bye foreign foreign, like I think it turned out really good. I love how you can see all the different tones in it and the curls actually came out a lot better than I anticipated, because I curled this hair like weeks ago, maybe like a week ago, and I just combed them out today, and it gives a really Nice voluminous look like I am in love like this is like the perfect fall. Look, I'm so happy. I decided to turn an old wig into this new stunner piece. I am loving it like. I can't get over it like. I can't keep. I can't stop looking at myself like I look so good, and this wig is so old y'all and look at how good this store looks like are you kidding me investing you, some good hair and, let's use some good hair, take care of it and it will Do right? Okay, like I look so good, like look at the curl, let me back up, but it looks so good little pink. I can't get over it. How can I get up early? It'S very wearable, like it's very wearable, very much every day, very much you can wear to work um. I actually might wear this to work like I don't usually wear hair to work, but this is just so cute but, like I feel like we're. A little beat with it, you know it's Thanksgiving up in the bag, yo man, okay, fight with the one taking men over here I was just joking, but, like you know seriously, this hair is it's giving about so keep in mind. This is such an easy thing to do like watercoloring is so easy, that's why I went this way this route and so pleased with it, I'm so pleased with it so happy with the results anyway, thank y'all, so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed this video. I hope you learned something: don't forget all the colors and everything I used for this hair will be down Linked In the description box, so go ahead and check that out give this video a big thumbs up.
