It'S the hair for me, it's the inches for me. It'S the other thing, hey guys and welcome back to my channel. Today'S video is gon na be super exciting because it is completely different. It is not related to makeup what yes, if you guys want to see. My first attempt of wearing a wig thank you for watching. Is it going to be an epic failure, we're about to find out right now before we jump into the video please subscribe to my channel if you haven't and give it a thumbs up if you're loving this wave this way the first and for most, i would Like to give a shout out to yolova, they reach out to me about doing this video doing a review, and you guys know i mean if you don't know, i'm telling saying right now. I always wanted to try it away. So when i was given this opportunity, i was literally so excited about doing this. I'M gon na tell you right now: there's been a lot of hiccups throughout the process of installing the way, because again, this is my first time so please cut me some slack just in case one morning i was like girl. What are you doing? I asked you guys a couple of weeks ago about two weeks that i was thinking of possibly getting. It was between this one and there was also another one, but it was just like black, which is you know, longer inches and based on that quality. You guys voted for this, so you voted for this. I'M gon na give this to you. I wanted to channel my inner jail now, i always say to everybody: i don't have the booty, i don't have the silhouette like her, but if i can just for one second think i am her, i'm all about it, so i try to recreate a look that Was the makeup look was done by her makeup artist? I don't remember the name right now, but i will leave the picture somewhere here. So you guys know what i'm talking about. Ideally, i wish i could have maybe more clip-on extensions, so the hair looks fuller, like in that picture. I was gon na do an unboxing, but i was so excited that i just wanted to jump on and just show you guys. This is how it looks like, and it did come obviously with a little fishnet to obviously protect the wig. It came with this beautiful bag right here, love it and inside it came with some tweezers. Just if you wanted to like pluck a little bit. Some of the edges and whatnot - and they were generals enough to give me a nice pair of false lashes, but these are cute and it actually does come with the blush. So i watched a lot of tutorials on how to install a wig for beginners. So this is probably under beginners. I could have easily wash it off before using this, but i just went straight ahead. I didn't do that. I just was like this is 100 virgin hair, the more density the hair is the higher the price is gon na get. This is also by the way 24 inches. What i can tell you about this is that i like the fact that it was already plugged. I did go a little bit more and then also i did like the fact that, as you can see, it does have some baby hairs that if you want those little like baby hairs to be through, you could absolutely do it. I just didn't want to do it because judo didn't have that on that picture, so i was like fine. I want to do it. The hair feels really really really soft and, as you guys can see, you can style it. I did use my curly wand and i also used this heat comb as well. I actually ended up getting it on amazon. I even added a little bit of my hair oil just to add a little more shine. Another thing that i did to this hair. It starts from like thicker to like towards the end. It gets a little bit thin. I cut maybe about half an inch to an inch just so it looks more even, and i try to do maybe a little bit of layers in here. The only thing that i would probably say that i wish it could have changed was the net for the edges. I felt like it was a little bit too light for my taste, but nothing that under the foundation could come to the rescue and also i ended up not using the um wig cap that they sent me, which was this color. I actually ended up going to my beauty salon and getting something more similar to my complexion, which this one is in the shade dark beige, so you guys are definitely going to see everything my mistakes, my mishaps, everything that went throughout this process for me to literally Keep this on, please, let me know down below what are your thoughts about this also, what do you think of the hair color? So without further ado, i'm just going to take you on this week. Installation journey right now, i'm going to start with my got to be glue, freeze, hairspray and, as you guys can see, i'm spraying very, very close to my hairline. I'M going to part my hair in half and, as you guys can see, i am brushing it and make it as flat as possible, and then i'm gon na also focus that spray on the back of my head, because i have a lot of baby hairs right. There i'm gon na continue to brush my hair and i'm going to grab two hair ties and i'm going to make it as tight as possible. As you can see, i'm grabbing every teeny tiny little hair baby that i have. But that's too that's the look that we're going for and we're going to go ahead and do the same thing. On the other side, once those ponytails are looking tight and ready, we're gon na start braiding the hair, yes, we're gon na do one side grab another hair tie and do the same thing on the other side, and this is how it should look like we're going To go ahead and move on to some hair pins and i want to make sure this hair is as flat as possible. So this is why i braided my hair, i'm just going to make it into a crisscross like x, shape and i'm going to secure them. As much as possible - and you know these baby hairs - they they really want to like make me work so just make sure it's flat, but yeah. This is how it should look like all right. This is how i want my hair like to look like in terms of my baby hairs. I want to make sure i push it back, which means we're gon na go back to that got to be hairspray, i'm going to comb it to the back. I'M going to add some cool air to make sure this is set, and i'm going to do the same thing on the other side. Now this literally my hair felt like a gascon in spanish casco means well in english means helmet. This thing was set, but these baby hairs were really trying me like she was like i'm gon na make you one girl and it they definitely were now. I want to make sure that the hairline is clean. There'S no excess product, there's no makeup, so i'm just going to grab a little cotton brown and just spray a little alcohol and make sure this is ready for the wig cap and the wig. Okay and these babies are still trying me. I can't all right we're gon na move on to the wig cap. This is the one that i was sent by yolova. This is more of a light beige, but i liked it. Instead, i went to my sally beauty store and i got this one in the shade dark base. That is a little bit similar to my complexion. I like this, a lot better. This is just me you don't have to, but you know here i am stretching it trying to make it fit on my big old hair in here, and i started from the back, which i wanted to make sure that my braids are like tucked in all the Way and then i noticed girl, you got ta, take your earrings girl. You can't do this with the earrings. I'M gon na go back with my got to be hairspray, and i am literally spraying this on my hairline. I am using my rag tail comb because i am pressing down and i want to make sure that the cap lays flat around the bottoms of my face. I'M gon na use my hair dry juice to set this and let it dry - and you know this thing - has to be glued in and also i'm gon na go back with my rag tail comb to press everything down, i'm going to make small incisions to create Holes around my ear now just be very, very careful doing this, because i was struggling here and i'm also going to cut right in the center of the wig cap, getting very, very close to the hairline. Now this is not as perfect as i wanted it to be, but you know it's been a learning process. These are the tools that i used to attempt to cut the wig lace. I had a curved scissors straight scissors and i brought razors. Then i decided to add my wig and put the silk rub so my hair doesn't go forward, then i cut it in the center of the wig lace and on this side, which is something that i shouldn't have done, because the struggle was real later on. Here. I decided to remove the silk wrap because it wasn't too tight for me, so i was getting already a little bit annoyed and frustrated, but i'm using some straight scissors that didn't work so that i was like. Let me go on to the eyebrow erasers. I was like okay, i think i'm getting the hang of it, but still i am cutting very, very close to my hairline without cutting your own hair. Please be very, very careful, and then i went back to the scissors again because yeah you could tell. I was struggling, i'm taking my foundation shade and i'm using that to tint my lace in my wig cap. Now, as you guys can see, the edges of my wig cap on the edges are an effing hot mess, they're not as flat as i wanted it to be. But at this point there is no turning back. I was literally cringing when i saw it, but i was like you know what this is a make it work moment. This time is for real, i'm gon na apply the wig. So, as you guys can see, this comes with the comb and the elastic strap. I'M gon na make sure this is tucked in right under my braids now i don't want this wig to move at all, so i'm gon na apply more hairspray because got to be spray. Is our hero product and i'm going to blow dry? The primers of my hairline, with the cool setting, unfortunately, the hair silk wrap that i purchased did not work for me. However, i used something. Instead, i used my men's blue bandana and i applied it on my hairline, so i'm going to let it this sit for at least 15 minutes until it's completely dry. Now, let's remove the bandana off and voila. We love it. I love it now. We'Re gon na style this wig now i have previously done it before, but i wanted to touch up by using my bellamy, curling one, which is half an inch now i did curl it away and towards my face, but once i get close to the top of My hair, i really like to stick to one direction which is away from the face, so it gives you that that luscious look. I am going to leave all the information on this particular wig that i'm wearing right now. I will also leave a coat over here and also leave it down below as well, so you guys can see with the money. I can absolutely see myself using this wig. I feel like this is going to be my alter ego in case. I just feel like some type of way. You know if i want to be changed again, i'd be like okay.
