First Time Using Glue To Apply A Lace Wig! +Red Carpet Ready Hair Tutorial Holiday Friendly

Hey guys, I made this wig out of three 26 inch bundles as well as one 20 inch 360 frontal. This hair was sent to me from Ally Annabelle on Aliexpress calm. All of the information and links will be down below in the description box, so make sure you check that out now, I'm just gon na grab my flat iron and flat iron through this hair. Now that I'm done flat ironing this wig, I'm going to begin cutting along the hairline very carefully, making sure that I'm not cutting off any of the knots. So it's very helpful when you have like these clips that I'm using, I think, they're called butterfly clips. If you have those to hold the hair back while you're cutting, so that you can see and because the lace is see-through, I'm using my fingers to guide my way through the hairline I feel like with this 360. It was a little bit too long for my head. If that makes any sense, the frontal portion of this 360 was too long, like the sides of it came down too much and it covered my entire ear. So I'm gon na have to cut out an actual ear shape onto this wig. So I'm just gon na grab my comb and carve out where my actual ear is on both sides of this wig and then I'm gon na grab my scissors and cut that shape out, and this is basically gon na give me a perfect fit and because of That I will be able to have more versatility as far as styling with this wig. Unfortunately, the adjustable strap in the back was literally where my ears lay naturally. So when I cut the ear shape out of this wig, it ended up cutting off some of that adjustable strap so because I no longer have that adjustable, strap or I can no longer use it. In the back of this wig, I'm going to just grab a comb with home and sew that into the back of this unit. As you can see, this is a much better fit now that I cut my ears out of the way cuz. Otherwise, the entire wig will be covering over my ear and that just doesn't look right. Okay, guys, I'm a little bit nervous, because this is my very first time ever using glue to apply a lace. Wig, usually I use got to be ultra glue gel, but when I use got to be ultra glue till I put it on my actual hair line, because the size of my forehead are kind of close to my eyebrows. I don't even know if you can see, because my eyebrow looks invisible right now, but it is there, but the light is so bright anyway. I don't want it to be coming all the way to my frickin eyebrow. It has to be in front of my hairline. My hair is here, so it would have to be here which is right on my frickin eyebrow and that looks so Wiggy to me. We won't give it a try, because everyone has been raving about this ghost bond, especially my sister, but anyway I already cleaned off. My forehead using alcohol you're supposed to use 90 % alkali didn't have that Sam you than 70 %, so there's been a lot of people who would got to be this weight cap down on their head? I honestly don't have time to be doing those extra steps. So we don't skip over that and just apply it the normal way that we normally apply it by this, placing it on our head. So I'm gon na grab the ghost bond. I'M gon na put a little bit on like a surface. I'M gon na grab this craft stick and I'm gon na put it in front of my hairline. I'M not trying to put it on. None of my edges, because me and my edges have had an intervention and they said they'll come back home, so you know I have to be kind to them. We ain't gon na put down our edges. We just want to put it around the hairline skipping that part. I don't know if I can really see myself doing this on camera cuz I need to. I don't have a mirror right here, so I'm gon na apply a very thin layer, I'm going to blow-dry it until it turn it's like clear and gets tacky, and then I want to apply the lace. So typically, I know that hair dresses would just put this around the hairline using this actual applicator, but because I'm taking the wig off. I don't want that much on my skin, so I'm just gon na put a little bit on here. This smells like Elmer's glue and then I'm gon na take my crop stick and just put a little bit just one layer around my head cuz. I need this thing to come off. Okay, so now it's clear after blow-drying it on low heat. So now that it's clear on this side, I did not do this sight yet cuz. I want to apply it in section, so I'm gon na do my forehead first and then apply it on this side, but it is tacky. I'M just going to apply the wig and press it down using the back of my home okay. So now I have some white residue on my head. I guess cuz. I was pressing down so much with the comm imma, going with a q-tip in some alcohol and carefully try to erase some of this with the alcohol is. Apparently, alcohol is how you remove ghost pond okay. So I think that I was able to see the white residue because I have this bright ring light on it's still on, so you can see it a little bit but a normal lighting. You don't see that white residue. I think it looks good. I think this is really good. I mean it's still a little white, but I feel like I can get rid of that with some oil or something now. One thing I do like about this glue is that it like gives you an instant facelift like it's loose. It gives you an instant facelift, like my face is literally like lifted from this glue. Kiss is so strong, and I also like the fact that you don't have to wait for it to set by putting your headscarf on because they didn't like plasters down unnecessary baby. Here'S to your face, that's how I feel about um gossipy. But anyway, I'm gon na have to cut some baby hairs into this wig. Add some baby hairs, probably put my headscarf and then come through, because you see this is sticking up at the top. I know I mentioned in a previous video that I have been using my hot comb lately on my wigs, which have been making a huge difference in them. So I'm gon na cut some baby hairs, do some baby hairs and I'm gon na come back and hot comb this down, just to make sure that it is down, and I think I'm gon na try like a ponytail today, since this is staying really well on. My head, I'm not applying none to the back, because I don't have anyone to help me apply that and I don't want it to apply to my actual kitchen in the back. So I'm just gon na apply that to be in the back to make sure that that's laying down the same time that I apply, my baby hairs put my headscarf one like that set and then I'll be right back. So now I'm just taking sections of the hair and just going over it with my hot comb, I already flat iron to hair, so I don't have to really go over it. You know in small sections, but I am just going over it once or twice. I'M grabbing this amazing amazing product I'll. I didn't pay for this with my own money, but I'm just so in love with it. I will be using it on my natural hair as well, but it just really got the job done. I'M just going to slick some of this hair bag. I'M gon na go over it one more time with the flat iron and then I'm going to put it in a rubber band, and then I'm gon na wrap some of that hair around the rubber band. To finish this look off. I couldn't find my hairpin, so I couldn't make the perfect wraparound ponytail. That'S why I didn't really spend so much time trying to show you guys how I did it, but I am completely obsessed with the final result: it's perfect for this holiday season. If you want something really easy and quick to do, I definitely suggest getting that gloss spray or that gloss serum. It definitely makes a huge difference in how your hair turns out. It just looks so polished and sleek, and just I don't know perfect, I love it.
