Hey youtube: my name is brittany. Welcome back to my channel, and if you are new to my channel, then welcome to my channel in today's video i'm going to be showing you guys how i'm about to turn this hair, this black hair, um and dye. It make it like a nice burgundy color and how i'm going to construct this wig y'all, see y'all, see ignore my appearance, i'm in the process of like taking my hair out right now and i'm just trying to focus on this wig so so yeah. I'M kind of excited because i've been trying to do this burgundy color for a long time, but i just never found like the right time to do it and i'm doing it now so stay tuned like the video and subscribe, and this video is just going to Be like a voiceover, i'm not going to really be talking that much! I'M just going to show you guys what i'm going to do and if you like this video, give it a like and i'll see you guys, probably at the end of this video, so yeah. Okay guys so i have three bundles of brazilian straight um. The inches are 22 22 and 20, and then i have a 18 inch pencil right here. So yes, this is what we're going to be dying and turning burgundy. I'M really excited. Let'S start. First, i'm gon na start by bleaching the hair, okay guys. The first thing i did was i put some gloves on the bleach. It'S going to burn your skin. If you don't wear gloves so make sure you put some gloves on now. I'M mixing up the bleach. I'M using the bw bleaching powder with a 40 volume developer and i'm just mixing it okay. So now i'm just applying the bleach onto the hair, i'm using the applicator brush, i'm not doing it in any specific way. I'M just like brushing the bleach on there and making sure that i get it like on all parts of the hair. Okay, i skipped i skipped a lot but um, i finished bleaching it and it was already developing really fast, so i just put it to the side and now i'm doing the frontal for the frontal, i'm not being neat or cautious or anything like that. I'M just putting the bleach on there because i'm bleaching the knots at the same time, so i'm just putting the bleach on the entire frontal on the lace and everything. So so, as you can see right here, i still have some black spots on the frontal. So i'm going back in with some bleach to fix those um. You always want to double check and make sure that all of the strands of hair are covered, because if you don't you're going to end up with black spots like this okay, now i'm going in with some shimmer like shampoo to help with the brassiness of the Knots and don't do what i did right here, don't pour it directly on the frontal because it can potentially um stain the lace. So i just that's why i'm like scrubbing it really hard, because i was scared, so just put it in your hand and then rub it on like what i'm doing right now and i let that sit for about like five to ten minutes before i rinsed it Out so i finished bleaching all of the bundles in the frontal and i'm going in with burgundy envy number 79 from adore and i'm just putting one full bottle into a bucket with some water in it. And now i'm just taking my first bundle and dipping it into the bucket of water. I went ahead and added the second bundle in that same bucket, but i ended up taking it out and i put each bundle in separate containers with their own dye in it because i felt like the hair wasn't absorbing the dye equally, so i had to separate It so for the front, so i'm putting a plastic bag on my wig head so that the dye doesn't stain it and i'm pinning the frontal down and using the door die with a rat silk comb to just comb the roots so that it doesn't stain the Lace - okay, guys, i left the die in each of the bundles and the frontal overnight, and this is what it looked like when it was, it's still wet. So this is what it looked like when i put it out to air dry and i was getting scared because it already didn't. Look like what i wanted. This is the hair fully dry and when i tell you guys, i was so upset because this is not what burgundy envy should look like, and i left the dye in overnight and you can see that some parts are just bright. Some parts are dark. It came out so uneven and i was so upset. Okay, so what i decided to do was i took some jet black dye that i had in my house already and i put a couple drops in the water and then i mixed up the leftover of the burgundy dye and i put it in there as well And i dip the frontal and the rest of the bundles in it now that i think about it me manually applying the dye on the frontal like that was just a waste of time, because here i am dunking the frontal in dye water anyway. So the knots got stained which defeated the entire purpose of me doing that, but luckily for me they didn't get stained to the point where i had to re-bleach them. I just put some foundation on it. So now i'm sewing the frontal onto the wig cap, i'm starting the wig. I don't know why the color looks so brown right here, but trust me guys. It looks really bomb. I'M gon na insert a video right now. Okay, guys now, i'm plucking the frontal um. Please don't come for my little method because i'm not no expert at plucking. I actually just learned how to plug um so yeah. I just do what works best for me and i'm. I don't do any like extravagant plucking either. I pluck to make the wig look more like my hairline and i have a thick hairline, so i don't pluck thin, like some other people. Okay, this is the side that's plugged, and this is the side. That'S not plugged, as you guys can see it's a clear difference. I really recommend you guys try this color for fall. It'S really cute, but with that being said, i just want to thank you guys for watching this video be sure to like comment share and subscribe and i'll see you guys in my next one bye.
