How To Black Hair To Blonde Hair Highlights Tutorial | West Kiss Hair

And then hi guys welcome back to my channel the sugar shake or more in today's video is going to be me showing you some new here. I will be doing a coloring tutorial as well as give you guys a detailed review about this hair that I got from Aliexpress. The vendor is West kiss hair. I received three bundles as well as a closure. The three bundles limbs are 18 20 22 and the lace closure is an 18 inch. So basically, in this video I wanted to do a tutorial to show you guys how you can go from black hair to blonde highlights in 15 minutes. I will be giving you as much details as possible to show you exactly what products I use to get my hair from a natural black color to a blond highlight slash low light color. So I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial. If you want to see exactly how I got this look, then definitely keep watching ok, so B here is they sent the DHL. I got it fairly quickly, like I stated before I do have 3 bundles, as well as a lace closure, the 3 bundles. The pattern is body ways all of them look exactly the same. I didn't have any issues with the hair coming straight out of the package pretty much. I did run my hands through it just to see if I get any tangling or shedding. I really didn't get too much tangling, but I did get a few strands of hair that shed it, but that was about it. So the first thing I'm going to start off with is showing you guys the supplies that I use to color my hair. As you guys can see, I went ahead and made a wig. The supplies that I am using or will be using and in this tutorial are 3 separate, mixing bowls three separate brushes. I am using the blonde brilliance, lifting or bleaching powder. I have the starry developer as well as developer, and then I have Clairol 6g. I believe it is their golden blonde color with 40 developer. I also have a paddle brush a rat tail comb, a pair of gloves as well as some foil. So the next thing that idea was went ahead and created my mixtures. The first make sure that I created is. I used a port in some block the blonde brilliance bleaching powder with some 10 developer, which will be the darkest shade of blonde, and that is what you call like the low-light. Then I will be mixing the blonde brilliance again with some 30 developer, which will be like a lighter blonde, which will give me like a lighter blonde highlight and then I will be taking the Clairol 6g color with the 40 developer, which will give me a very Nice rich, like dark, brownish, color, and then I also will be having still the natural black color of the hair now in order to get a different tone that you saw in my hair previously in this video is I'm going to be switching back and forth with The lower shade of blonde the highest shade of blonde, as well as the golden blonde, the Clairol color, so I will be switching light back and forth and you really don't have to do like a certain routine. You can just switch it through. Well, you know you go back and forth and then I will be using my rat tail comb to try to. I guess you can say like weave some of the black hair out, because I still want it to black color in the end, the hair. So that is why I'm taking my rat tail comb and I'm just going up and down up and down to try to section out some of the hair that I want it color and some of the hair that I did not want colored. So I hope this make sense to you guys, I'm hoping that the tutorial shows you exactly what it what I am doing but, like I stated before, if you guys need me tougher their information, you can always leave me a question, so I decided to go ahead And use this pop-up foil that I got from my local beauty supply store. It was okay, but I just felt like it just ripped way too much. I wish that I would have used like some regular aluminum foil, that you get from your grocery store, but yeah. So I'm using the foil to lift the hair even faster and then, of course, with my studio lights, it makes the hair lift faster as well. So, basically, in order for me to get the color that I wanted, I just did the same thing to all four sections of the hair. Like I stated before, i did not go in like a certain pattern. I just went ahead and just slice through the hair and just apply the bleach, and then I applied the color, and then I just went back and forth back and forth to the areas that I want it higher lighter highlights, as well as lower highlights. Okay, I hope that makes sense now. The good thing about this hair is the fact that I did not have any issues with the hair lifting which was really good. Once I applied it once I filled it with the foil, the hair lifted pretty fast, as you guys can see, I'm going to show you later on in the video exactly how high the hair lifted, but, overall once I applied all the color as well as the Bleach then I went ahead and rinse everything out. I went in and shampooed and conditioned the hair. I also did apply a purple shampoo to take out the orange tones and zaheer. And after that I went in here and let the hair air dry. I let it yeah, I let the hair air dry in front of a fan like I always do with all my hair. In all my wigs - and this is the final look that I got, I really hope you guys enjoy the tutorial. I hope you guys enjoyed this color, so I hope you enjoyed the quick tutorial on how I got this color. This is basically some blonde highlights, as well as low lights. I actually saw this look on a YouTube video, I'm not for sure exactly which one it was because I was just trying to find a really good tutorial on how to do blonde highlights and lowlights um yeah. So this is my outcome. I am very very pleased with the way my hair looks. I hope that the tutorial that I did for you guys or was really simple and straightforward, but if you have any questions you can definitely leave them down below in description section. So I just wanted to do a really quick review on this here with me, wearing it as well as coloring bleaching and everything else it with this hair. I did notice that when I first got here it does, it is a body wave texture, but after I bleached it as well as wash it the uniform pattern, the body wave pattern was basically almost gone. It was more of like a very loose wave pattern. After I bleached as well as wash the hair as far as tangling goes, I don't experience any tangling anymore. I did experience tangling when I first installed the hair onto a wig cap. I experienced it, but then after I washed it, I don't expand really any tingling. I was experiencing shedding after I bleached the hair or lifted the hair. I did experience um tangle, I mean shedding um. There was not a lot of shedding, but it was some shitty that I was just pulling out. A not clumps of hair but sort of like clumps of hair when I was watching it, but right now I don't experience shedding at all. I did cut and layer this hair. I did some round layers so, as you guys can see, it falls very nicely. So, basically, so far so good with this hair, I love the fact that it bounced back even after I used a lot of bleach a lot of color, as you guys can see, this nail is very healthy, very full, very voluminous uhm yeah.
