Affordable Wig Kristen By Jon Renau | Shaded Mocha 24Bt18S8 #Syntheticwig #Jonrenau #Wigreview

Hi guys!

Let’s have a look at Jon Renau Kristen together, shall we?

She is a more affordable alternative to Kristi, the hand tied sister, but benefits from a lace front!

Great style if you’re on the budget, but don’t want to compromise the hairline!

She’s also a low density style and the cap size runs a little smaller then average.

My Kristen is in colour Shaded Mocha 24BT18S8 - Ash Blonde and Natural Gold Blonde blend with a dark brown root.

I purchased mine during Black Friday sale at www.Aspire-Hair.com , so I got an absolute bargain ! If you are based in UK I encourage you to check out their website and sign up to their mail list for exclusive deals!

Hello, everyone and welcome this is Teresa from Ted's Wig Emporium. Today I wanted to discuss a very important issue: how much money you have to spend on a wig for it to look natural and believable. I'M going to answer that question by having a look at this gorgeous specimen of a wig called Kristen by John Renau in color, Shaded Mocha. So as much as I love this really high quality, wigs with your extended lace, front, full monofilament tops maybe a fully hend tied cap constructions. They are very, very expensive and what tends to happen they will sit in a box and I'll be too afraid to wear them to destroy them. I just want a wig that would look, believable, beautiful and feel comfortable on my head, but most of all it won't cost me an arm and a leg. So Kristen here is just that kind of a style. Okay. So let me go show you what Kristen looks like on all sides, so you can see how beautiful this style looks. This is my right hand, side and my left Kristen is a beautiful classic. Looking bob cut, she has lots of little wispy layers here, she's, very low density and the hair moves just just beautiful. As far as the measurements go. We are getting a bang of 7.5 inches here at the front Crown measures, 10.5 inches sides, measure 7 inches and the neck measures 3.5 inches. Overall, this is a 12 and a half to 13 inches long style. So it sits on me just before my shoulders. The biggest advantage of Kristen is that she's part of the Jon Renau smart lace collection, allowing you to wear this piece away from your face. Let me guys come closer, so you can see just how beautiful that lace front is now Jon. Renau'S lace is one of the best in the trade and, as you can see guys, this is no exception. The knots are invisible on this particular piece, especially because of the blonde pieces right at the front. It transitions perfectly into the rest of the cap. This is not an extended lace, but, as you can see, you cannot notice where that lace ends and joins the cap. There is a inch and a half lace front going about to here, so it does give you that appearance of a very natural part right at the front.. There is no monofilament feature going further into the cap construction but, as you can see, because this is a shaded color, the permatees are very much hidden within that rooting and I think that's one of the other benefits of having a rooted style. Okay guys. So let's talk about permate is next because there's definitely some here in Kristen, Although permatees can sometimes be a little challenging, especially when you take her straight out of the box. You might find that the area where the permatease is might look slightly boxy and slightly unnatural. Now the most important thing is to find your right parting area and then, with the heat of your fingers, apply a little bit of heat and pressure to direct those fibers in the right way and here's the thing guys a well-placed. Permatease is is good permatease, because this is such a low density style. Having the permatease placed right here on the crown gives this wig a lift, and especially for people like me, with slightly wider face at the jawline. That creates a very balanced and flattering look. So not all permatease are bad for you. Now there is no permatease here on the sides which enables you to tuck this wig behind your ears, she's still very Sleek here on the sides, and there is no pillowy effect around your ears, which, for me personally, is a big big bonus, making it even more Comfortable to wear Fit-wise, I think this is a very good news for those of you with slightly smaller head sizes, although this is a average size cap personally, I feel like it leans more towards a petite average cap for my 21 and a half inches circumference head. This cap fits me perfectly. It fits very snug. It falls in a perfect position on both sides gives me a wonderful coverage. I'M definitely not getting the urge just to rip this wig off my head, because it feels itchy or uncomfortable What I really like about Kristen. As well is just how silky and smooth those synthetic fibers feel, there is very little shine to this hair. It feels very smooth. You can quite easily run your fingers through the synthetic it has lots of beautiful movement and it's quite easy to style. With a little bit of training, you can quite easily keep this hair away from your face. Given how short this wig is again, this will last you such a long time, because there's less friction and rubbing on your clothing or on your skin as well. Let me guys show you the cap construction next. Here is the beautiful lace front about inch and a half deep, allowing you to create a very natural parting. The area of permatease is located here under that mesh material and, as you can see guys they extend to about here. So the rest of the cap is nice and smooth. We'Ve got a soft, lined ear tabs with the metal stay and non-extended nape. We also get velcro type adjusters here at the back, just to prove to you guys, even though there are permatease at the crown, they are not that noticeable. Given that darker root, This color is called Shaded Mocha 24 BT 18 S8. This color is described as a medium ash blonde and light natural gold blonde blend with a medium brown root. Now, for some styling options you can just about get away with a low ponytail, although you will find some of the front pieces will eventually fall out, which is not a bad thing, and although this is not an extended nape, I don't necessarily feel like you need. One in this instance, you can of course, style this away from your face with a claw clip that lace front looks absolutely beautiful. My John Renault softy headband is just perfect for this kind of a style you might want to bring some of the baby hairs on the sides and not having that extended. Nape creates much more flatter feeling at the nape. You can definitely pull some layers at the back to create a half up, half down. Look so a really beautiful and versatile style, okay guys. So this is my review of Kristen, a budget-friendly Wig by Jon Renau. Let me know in the comments below what you think. Thank you so much for watching and see you next time. Bye, xx,

#Tonya’s Wig World: I too do the same thing about keeping my good wigs that are most costly in their boxes! Kristen is very pretty! Another great review Teresa

T2the_heyy: Kristen looks wonderful on you, Ted. Shaded Mocha is probably my favourite JR shade. I've got it in Courtney actually. I have a suggestion for you to review as I'd like your options please. xx

Faith Vogel: I also have this wig, in Venice Blonde. I like everything about it EXCEPT the ear tabs don't come down enough, leaving me feeling like my wig isn't secure and also making it hard to do styling away from the sides near the ears. I never have had that problem before.

Lainey: Love your reviews Also... where did you get your jumper ? I really like it

ORIT 1234: That's a very nice looking wig! I agree... Could u please make a review on paula young's wigs as well? They are much cheaper than JR'S wigs but yet have good features as well ..e.g: full monotops & extended lace that goes all the way to the ears..( ear to ear lace front)
