I like it better that I'm not looking at myself.. When I look at myself getting my hair cut, I'm like `` Dang'', Hey, my name is Naree, and this is Hair Me Out. Today I will be dying, my hair to a pastel pink and getting it cut to a short bob. Before we get into the transformation. Don'T forget to subscribe below.. So, for the past few years I've been the performance industry, doing theater, music, theater everything on a stage and changing my hair, color or getting it cut, was seen as a huge, huge career change regarding the roles you'll play or how you're seen on stage. And it's really looked down. Upon. I've decided to take a step back from the performance industry and because of that I just feel like I can do whatever I want with my hair and it's really exciting. In high school. I played around with dyeing my hair, a darker brown and I didn't really feel like it was me ..., But I've been highlighting it for the past three years or so, and over the summer I played around with dip-dyeing my ends pink, and I really really liked It. That change was just the start and the spark that started this whole transition. Hi Hi We're gon na cut a little bit today. We are. Alright., So a nice fluffy bob.. I don't know if `` fluffy'' is the word .... Let'S do this. Let'S do it. The short bob is a very carefree hairstyle in my opinion.. I'M excited to just kind of let it be and not have it be in my face and not have to put it back and have it be so easy and I don't have to mess with it.. Thank you so much Now now, let's have some fun with color. Let'S have some fun Here we go Get comfortable'cause. It takes a second., So my hair to me expresses a lot of personality and especially because I've never done a drastic change and I feel like I am going through a career assessment, a life assessment. If you will .... I definitely think it's time for my hair to reflect that as well.. I think I've been doing it in my appearance with my clothes.. I'Ve been trying out more risky fashion trends and I'm ready for my hair to reflect that pep. In my step and change as well., I am nervous. Besides highlights I've, never bleached it or done a permanent, full color.. Of course, I'm nervous that I'm going to be like ``. Oh, I don't know if this is exactly what I wanted.'', But your hair. You can change it whenever you want., It's always going to grow back.. You can always change it to something. You know you love.. You always have that option., My friends and colleagues that are still performing and doing theater. I have a feeling that they'll see the hair and immediately say like ``. Well, what are you going to do about auditions? What are you going to do when a casting director sees your hair? What'S going to be the outcome of this ?'', I know that everyone's going to question it because of that reason. And to that I say like ``, I'm just going through a change., It's reflecting in my appearance., I'm really happy about the change. And I like the Unexpected it's exciting.'', You look gorgeous Yaaaay. Thank you, Molly. Thank you Leo Yay For real, though this looks so ..., I'm so happy.. I have never seen my hair like this.. The color is so great. And just with this short cut, it feels really healthy.. It fits my character and this new me.. I wish I had done this sooner, but in retrospect I'm just so happy that I'm in a place in my life that I was able to do this right, now., I'm really excited to play around with it and just show everyone. My bold new look

Refinery29: What other hair transformations would you like to see here on Hair Me Out? Comment below!

jipdhqdiqh: Shes a beautiful girl but I'm shocked because the salon looked so professional yet the dye job wasn't...

Kimberly Spears: I must say, the comment section under these videos never lets me down. I’m always like “Am I the only one who thought... and y’all always come through. #blessed LOL

Amanda Teoh: That's the coolest shower head i've ever seen at a salon

Courtney Ohnstad: This is going to wash out in less than a month, guaranteed. It’s already yellow. When I dyed my hair, I went to platinum blond first and then toned it. They didn’t bleach enough for a dye job. That place looks expensive, too.

Dominique Fuentes: I’m addicted to these videos because I want their hair to look so good but they turn out so bad

Freddie Mercury: I really wish they did the pink when her hair was dry. Wet hair doesn’t always take dye very well and it can end up splotchy (which this obviously did). And you can even see when they were applying the dye that certain parts of her hair just weren’t picking up the color at all.

Erika Dillon: i would've bought box dye on my way home after this

Margarbie Adams: this is the second hair transformation I've seen from this channel and I must say I am disappointed in the work they did. goes to show don't judge a salon by how professional it looks smh

A M: The look is ok. Whatever makes her feel better about herself. But gosh I hope she didn’t pay much because this is a one horribly bleached color

Sylien: Hmmm.. I think it looks a little orange in places? They should have done a blue toner to remove the yellow, before putting the pink on top.

cαli cee: I love how confident she is ❤️ we need more people in the world like this

Jaime R: This colour pink suits her skin tone so well! It looks amazing ❤️

Giovanna Nascimento Chaves: She looks beautiful!!! I’m so happy that she is so satisfied with this hair because she is so sweet. I love it!

Mr. Emerald The Green: The pink looks really really good on her! Seems like it truly suits her!

hayley: this is why i have trust issues with hairsalons

kellie rouse: I feel like they did her so wrong but that's my opinion

elibean: I just rewatched this and they definitely could've gone about this differently. For one, a clay lightener was used to balayage her hair. Personally I think they should've used a regular lightener so they have a bit more lift even if they used a lower volume developer. If they were looking to control the lift, they could've gone about it by using a different bleach and still at a low volume considering her hair was already blonde. To do a pastel pink you need to lift the hair to a level 9 at the very least..her hair was more of a level 8 so it did not grab the tones as well. I'm sure this salon does a great job in other kinds of color, fashion colors are probably not their specialty

amethyst: It looks soo good! Both the cut and color

Amelia's Cozy Corner: I like the dye job, despite what others are saying. It looks like a nice peach. It may seem uneven in some parts, but think it adds to the naturalness of the color

Third Eye Glam: I wish they gave her an icy blonde with a more true rose gold (looks a bit drugstore orange pink) and better texture when they styled.

Lucy AM: Your hair looks lovely ☺️

Jocelyn Buck: She’s so pretty! I love what she did to her hair

Samantha Ess: I love it! It’s more a peachy pink though, really suits her skin tone x

Abdullah Ansari: The weird way they were applying the pink I really didn't expect to love the end result, but wow! It's beautiful

diamond form: did they leave all those brassy tones in on purpose? it's gonna wash out terribly

Rachel Combs: It’s so hard to find a good hairdresser anywhere ugh what do they teach in beauty school?!? I’ve gone through like 10 myself and still haven’t found one I love

Clarisse D’Costa: dang she just got her hair done and it already looks like she’s had it for a couple months

Marisabel: This why I dye my hair at home lol

Zach: I loveee the way it looks so gorgeous!

Hannalyn: So cutee. I love the pink hair color on everyone! So beautiful

Ms Precious: You guys are brave ! I colour my own, nice n easy medium blonde ,when the sun hits its so pretty

Mercedes Quintana: i love it the new look!! she sounds like she is the sweetest person ever

sarah franklin: I actually LOVE the color. I know it’s not a bright pastel pink like they said but it’s giving me sunset and pink lemonade vibes.

Scandi Snowgirl: I feel like she thinks this pastel pink colour is going to last longer than it will lol. Girl, you got two weeks with it that colour. Three max

Mylena McDonald: She is so cute I love her personality and she looks amazing in rose gold

Evan O: Aww she looks so cute! And the hair + the outfit at the end is ICONIC

Horn Man: That water nozzle when they were washing her hair is so cool

Marie C.: Her first hairdresser Layo seems so nice and friendly, I like that. :)

biba 30: Her face when she said "Yaaay... im so happy" said it all. She is lovely and deserved the color she wanted. This isnt flattering.

E. G.: Just as I was debating whether or not to get my hair professionally cut once things open again....I think I’ll keep watching YouTube videos and do it myself. No need to spend money to ruin your own hair lol

Teneal T: I love it. So pretty!!

loveisakaleidoscope: I like how the bob was actually fluffy and there were still highlights throughout the hair. It looks great!

Marcie Salkowski: Congratulations! Love the hair! Can i say how gorgeous Molly is...

javier castaneda: Looks amazing!

925fall: I love her natural hair waves

Bliss Girl: Oh dear... That could have turned out better. A lot better. But she seems happy, and that's all that matters.

Klein Calvin: As a past hairdresser I’m extremely triggered

brookiecookie: she honestly looks like s completely different person! i love it

Lauren M: Omg it’s so bad. It also looks insanely frizzy, weighed down and damaged. This could’ve been done so much better.

Taylor Johnson: I just dyed my hair a very similar pink and it’s great and I love it but lemme tell you what it fades like crazy so be prepared to go back like once a month for touch ups

kajaz studios: It’s yellow and orange in some spots because they didn’t completely bleach her whole head. They did like a high balayage and so when they deposit the pink, it looks brighter on the fully bleached areas of her hair and a more orange color on the pieces that weren’t fully bleached. It’s a more “natural” pink than a head that’s fully colored pink. I do think that they should’ve bleach her whole head though and made it completely pink, it would’ve looked amazing on her but either way she looks beautiful! Plus this kind of style is so easy to keep up with. All she has to do is throw some pink color on it. She doesn’t need to get her roots touched up if she doesn’t want to.

Tanja Gold: She's adorable, the dye job.... oh dear. So many clueless colorists out there. Refinery 29 is helping me compile a list of hair salons to avoid.

Dunja Softic: Back at it again with the fake “i love it”

Ellie Malm: thats my dream color looks so good!

Valeria Flores: Hair me out videos have been pretty underwhelming, I’m always shocked at their reactions on how much they loved it, like be real you honestly don’t love that blochy mess

Instinctively Chelsea: Hair me out ,it's my favorite !! ♡ this was a great episode. I thought I was the only one who didnt like the way they look when getting a haircut lol. As a hairdresser I always love hearing what sparked a change in them to want something new and different and the stories can be incredible ! Hair is more than just hair sometimes ♡

Justin Reynolds: um I actually think this looks awesome. They lightened her doing a free handed balayage, which gives a more dimensional, natural and sun kissed affect to the hair. They could have Pretoned the hair to neutralize the underlying pigment for a more cool toned pink, but I honestly love the warmth that this color has. It compliments her skin tone and brightens up her face. A lot of these people commenting don't understand that the hair needs to be virtually lifted to level 10-11 in order to get very pastel, silvery tones. That amount of lightening to the hair can be very damaging, extremely time consuming and expensive.. I feel as though the stylist chose the technique based off of consultation and did what was best for her and her hair.

Gaby: I wanted to be positive after reading through comments. But I do agree with y’all. It wasn’t what I expected. I just got my hair professionally died pink on Wednesday and my stylist did such a great job

Minda Rosas: She’s so gorgeous ❤️

KZ: I love it ❤️ it’s like a playful strawberry color or sunset color

Sydney Andrea: Jesus christ that's a bad dye job .

Fatema Tuz Zohora: Can we just appreciate how perfectly shaped this girl's nose is?

giselle perez: Her hair color looks amazing. Her natural hair color was already super warm and orange and you clearly see that they do not bleach her whole entire head from root to tip. They left out some of her already natural hair. It looks like she got what she wanted

Fenna vdW: I loved her cut!! Makes me wanna go shorter again as well.. However i will not start about the colour :')

Brittanie D.: The hairdresser didn’t lift it up light enough, it’s too blotchy w/ pink and brassy tones.

Izwan Mohd. Isa: Her hair is orange tho.. Guy Tang will scream if he watched this video

Darlene Gattus: Such a warm and lovely color

Gabriele Fensu: Pink color is so hard to achieve, especially when your roots don't lift to a really pale banana yellow color. That's not pink,it's orangy messy color!!!

Insurance Market: She looks like Fleur Delacour from Harry Potter Edit:before they ruined her hair

Zamarud Khan: I'm no hairstylist and I've never had my hair dyed or anything but even I can tell that it wasnt bleached properly

Bailey Bansbach: They really said let me put light pink dye on orange hair and a still dark root

Britnee Leighton-Gerstenkorn: It's a pretty color, and you can see from my photo that I don't mind orange hair tones. However, were you asking for rose gold hair or rose pink hair? Rose gold has warmer tones, and rose pink is usually just a soft, light, cool pink. I'm just wondering if you got what you wanted. This looks like an attempt at a rose gold that was a little more peach or orange toned. Still very pretty, though.

ReFabYouLess : well...first off, she's very beautiful and in no way am I judging her. As a hair colorist, I am a little surprised at how orange he left it. It should have been lifted at least 2 more levels and dried before he applied the pink. it looks great if she did it at home, but not as professional as it should be.

andrew: I love how when people watch videos like this they automatically think theyre a hairdresser. People can act like they know what theyre talking about but until you spend 15-20k going to cosmetology school and you work in the industry for years, you know nothing. Theres so much that goes into doing hair, from chemistry to color theory, theres no way watching a couple youtube videos and poorly coloring your own hair with manic panic a couple times could teach you even a fraction of what we learn in school and on the salon floor on a daily basis

Aleia work: Looks so cute!

Kelsi Maurer: For some reason whenever I watch these I have a smile one my face at the end.. Even if I don't like it anyone else? No just me. Ok. I'll leave now

Makaya Malone: It actually makes her look younger in a good way

PlantsVSzombies2: Her personality makes everythings looks good

Joanna Harlowe Jamerson: The both hairstylists did a wonderful job

Neyeska González: i'm so mad it turned out some sort of strawberry blonde when she literally had the perfect blonde base to lift to platinum at once with barely any damage :((( it would've been sooooo cute as a pastel pink but i guess i'm glad she likes it and feels cute

Shawna Hitt: This is why I always say NEVER judge a hairdresser's quality of work based on the salon. They can work in a high scale fancy salon that charges 500 for this and do terrible work. They can also work in a plain no frills salon and do amazing work. This is not good.

Kerol: She's a really good actress to look so convincing while saying she loves the hair. The result is obviously subpar.

Veronika Zakharova: Gorgeous!

faye Thompson: It looks really pretty on you

Smexyflower: I love how with most of these videos the stylists just get dragged in the comments

Gummie B: She can rock any hair color bc she is gorgeous but honestly the color is not well done, in fact it is super brassy. She had an incredible base and they have done a horrible job.

Christina: Such a beautiful smile! I feel like you’re a very sweet positive person from the way you smiled in the beginning. The end result gives you an edgier look like you’re ready to experiment & try new things & maybe be adventurous.

Mahera: I wss reading all the comments before watching the video and I thought people were being dramatic but wow... yall were NOT lying

Tiala Jamir: She looks so good....love it

Heather Underwood: These professional colors are awful! I had my hair done at a salon and it was supposed to be pink and it ended up being splotchy and dark purple I was so upset. I went straight to Wal-Mart and got splat and it was an instant fix. You can achieve any shade you want with mixing splat colors with conditioner or other shades and the best part is they are full coverage and they last.

Shahrul N. Nordin: Honestly, this is not the outcome that I'm expecting for. There's other video that show people that dyed their hair with a pastel pink color but really nice

nandalilly: You are very pretty and the hair change is a great idea but the color is way more orange than pink, they did not do a good job coloring...

Paola Loseto: You look amazing!!!

Brune V.: wow i love this color !

Ijenna Mirabel Osuji: With the way the comments are, I was shocked at the final results. It actually looks good to me

Nina Shah: Though the colour has not turned out like the one she had mentioned...she looks pretty

Kasey Wright: I want brad mondo to react to these videos. I think I've seen one where the transformation was done well.

Cynthia Gibson: Beautiful!

E E: Yeah it DEFINITELY looks more peachy than pink, it does look really pretty tho! Just not what they claimed it was gonna be
