Hey everybody: this is TAS. Welcome back to toss away closet. I'M excited today to do an unboxing and review of the brand-new Parker's style by genre. No new for fall 2019. I'M going to show it in the color Venice blonde, which is twenty two f-16s eight. So, let's get started with the unboxing now the weather conditions outside is. There was harsh sunshine. Earlier today when I started this review and when you have a lot of harsh Sun coming into the window, plus some some studio lighting, it's really hard to see. Colors, that's why I try to take you outside for a look at the colors with each review. I'Ve opened the outside box, but I have not looked inside yet so here's the box that it came in alright, so right away. We know it's a lace front. I love the John or no lace. Fronts are always so beautiful and there's the tag. Let'S take a look, there's the little care pamphlet in there. It'S kind of breezy out here today and then obviously the tissue paper there there look at that inside lays Parker right away. I notice that Fitz Venice blonde is the very a she tone blonde. It has some really light cool highlights in it. They always package it in a way that protects the wig. So after removing the net beautiful blonde, I own Venice blonde on Mila, and I also have that word review out there. This one seems even more ashy in tone, I think than Mila. There'S an inside look at the cap, there's that beautiful temple to Temple smart lace front. It does not extend into the ear tab and it's supposed to have a left, monofilament side, part very, very nice, construction, the lace front and the side part seem to be very soft and pliable okay. So this is what it looks like right away. I can tell that there's limited permit ease that the fibers are very fine. It'S about average depth city doesn't seem too thick or heavy. This is gon na, be a cute one. Let me go ahead and put it on for the first time I always cinch them. The adjusters just a bit and it looks like there's going to be just as a standard belted nape there with Velcro adjusters as soon as I put it on I'll remark on the fit now. Remember, I'm a 21 and a quarter inch circumference. So that's a petite average size and with a little bit of a breeze going here, I think you can really see just how light and delicate these fibers are. It feels really nice on my head, so I'm thinking this is probably average size right out of the box. I sensed it cinched it in slightly to accommodate a petite average circumference, that's exactly what an average cap should do so with the adjusters. You should be able to get a half an inch adjustment either way. So if it's average you can fit down to a petite average. I wouldn't want to speculate if it would fit an average large. Let'S go on inside and review this style. So now that we have Parker unboxed, I took it off. I gave it some shakes. I remove the tag and just kind of swirled around on the cap, just to kind of set those fibers free. That'S all I haven't done. I haven't used any styling or any styling product. I literally have had this on about three to five minutes of that new fall collection by John Renault Parker is the one that I was anticipating the most it just kind of ticks off all the boxes. For me, I'm not disappointed it's a short little bob cut, it's classic and practical, but they've really elevated it with a lot of spicy texture and a little bit of wave, I'm really liking. What I see so, let's run down the specs, because I think this layering really makes this style so in the front you're gon na see about an eight point. Seven five inch, bang area. So if you're familiar with styles, like genre, knows ignite, it's probably gon na hit you about the same place that you're ignite well now in the back you're, going to see a nine inch crown and that meets up with a four inch nape. So the way that layering meets up it creates a voluminous kind of a Ledge effect in the back there's a six point: seventy five inch layer on the sides. This style weighs about three point: three ounces and features a lace front left. Monofilament part. The lace front is well done and, as we noticed in the unboxing, it does not extend back into the ear tab, but it does run temple to Temple, and then you have a left, monofilament side, part that goes nearly back to the crown. I feel like that side part creates some visible scalp appearance, because the density is just so nice on the top. So for those of you that have not seen of the color Venice blonde, 22 f-16s 8, let's go ahead and unpack this color real, quick. What you're going to notice on this particular color? This is going from my own eye is a medium to a light ash blonde base color and then it's kind of finally highlighted with a natural pale light blonde color, and all of that is on a medium brown root. So my overall impression of this color is that it's more neutral too ashy in tone. It'S going to please all of the ash blonde lovers out there. So now that we've been through the specs on Parker, let's go ahead and dig a little bit deeper and break down this style. So it does. It reminds me of one of those classic bob cuts that we used to see kind of heavy and round and polished, and it's been elevated or modernized for today's world. I think it could go easily from a very casual look to an evening or even a more sophisticated look, a professional look starting at the crown about halfway down. It is straight there's not a whole lot of volume on the crown and then based on where those layers end and meet you're, going to see quite a bit of volume and, like I said in the back a little bit of a legend. What I really love is the texture icing that they've done they've done a lot of texturizing on these waves, so the waves kind of creeped out right around the lower fourth or third of this style and then they're heavily razored or thinned on the ends. Now around the face, it's just kind of a delicate wave or a delicate curl, and it does seem to go away from the face. This style looks like it has a lot of hair and a big your density. Doesn'T it I'm here to tell you that it's just an average density they've done such a great job with this, it is not heavy at all. Only at three point three ounces: each of these hairs are very delicate and fine and wispy. It'S a very fine texture. Baby, fine very light and a very dry separated feeling. Another thing that is very pleasing on this style is that it's not loaded with heavy thick permit ease so you're going to find just a thin layer of permit ease around that monofilament on the top and at the crown where you would typically find the most on A voluminous bottom is a lot of permit ease at the bottom. I'M not really sensing that there is there is permit, ease there, but it doesn't seem to be too thick or too heavy, and I'm really impressed with the movement of these fibers as well. So this is the best part when you go to style it and make it your own. So right out of the box, you've got that left, mana part right and there's not much per matiz. There'S not you're not going to get a lot of volume. That'S gon na stay on the top, I'm a big fan of permutation. I really like a lot of lift on the top, so I'm going to have to achieve that through styling, because there's not a lot of natural ingredients. They'Re gon na get back to me. One of the tricks that I am going to do here is to mess with that part a little bit. I'Ve got an inch to an inch and a half parting space that I can work with on this style and still stay well within that monofilament. So what I'm going to do is just take some fiber and separate it a little bit differently. Part it just a tad differently than what it was how it came out of the box and when that happens, you'll see that's automatically going to create just a little bit of lift on top, because those fibers were laying in the Box a certain way, and we Try to take it out of that pattern. It'S going to resist a little bit and create some volume. You can always use the heat from your hand to kind of tamp down that part again, but again, I'm looking for a little bit of volume and by just playing around with that part a little bit. I'M able to get the volume that I want. How many of you are always curious about how glasses fit with the wig now we're all built differently? It depends on your glasses and, and things like that, but I want to try. So I have my readers here. I always tried to fit them between the ear and the ear tab. First, if that doesn't work, if it's not a secure fit, then I'll slip them under the ear tab, so it seems to work perfectly between the ear and the ear tab. The glasses are resting on the ear very comfortably and that seam is very secure. I'M finding that you can definitely get a nice ear tuck, because the the density is not too thick. There'S no permit ease there and I think it's super cute wearing it off of the face is definitely gon na, be something you'll want to think about when deciding on how to wear it so just kind of scooping it back, you might want to use a little Bit of spray or something it's a nice wispy look to it. So I really like that. Edgy modern, look on my Styles. It'S I like to bring up the texture and the wave in all of my styles. So if you wanted a more smooth look, you can just smooth those layers with your hands, use the heat from your hands, and obviously here you can see it's really not gon na take much to really tame and smooth these fibers, but I like it big and Wild and I want to bring out the texture, so I think what I'll do is just spritz these layers, each one individually spritz those layers with some water kind of scrunch them in and then just kind of separate a little bit with my fingers. That'S gon na bring out all of that modern texture. You could use a little bit of wing spray on top of this, just to kind of give it that wet air-dried look, but when this dries, if you resist combing and brushing it, it should stay in that textured pattern. So, thank you so much everybody for joining me for a review of the new John Renault Parker, see you next time on tosses weed closet,

Kim: Hi Taz! I just received my Parker in the Venice Blonde and utilized your invaluable tips to wake up the fibers, add some volume and personalize a style for myself. I love this wig! Thank you!

Sheila Keilty: Bey, sweetie! Just got this exact wig! Very excited! Reminds me of the straight hair styles we had in the 80s and then we set them with hot curlers before going out. My own hair was so baby fine the curls fell out within am hour! So - dream hair!! Love ya!! Thanks. Xo

Marlene Fab & Glam Over 50: Hi Taz! Thank you for the in-depth review! I have now seriously fallen in love! Parker is gorgeous! Right up my ally!!!! Love it! xoxo Mar

Terrie Severson: I truly love this new style all the way around and top to bottom,; the Venice blonde is very flattering as well. My wish list grows daily. But seriously this JR wig is a definite keeper and should look stunning on all face shapes.

Paige Banks: Darn! Now it's going to be sold out! Lol! Another fabulous review. She's on my "get through this chemo round" self love list! I have Kristen in 12fs12....this style will be perfect

Judy Bennett: This is one of the most natural looking wigs I have ever seen!! NOW this is the #1 on my JR list...which seems to be growing!!

Donene Mccartney: wow that looks awesome on you.....I love your wig reviews and have literally learned everything about wigs from you. Two years ago I started to have big patches on my head where my hair fell out and wouldn't grow. I was devastated so I started to research and found your YouTube channel and I can't thank you enough for teaching me everything I now know. You are such a blessing and I am so grateful for you. I am still praying for your son and your family.Love you xo

Brenda Alaniz: Hi Taz Thank you for another wonderful review!! I haven’t seen Parker yet and I just Love her. I am looking for some lower density more throw and go everyday wigs and think she might fit the bill. I also really love the Venice blonde, I have been wearing the Palm Springs blonde for summer and I am wondering if this color would be a good Fall color without looking to warm!! Thanks again and keep em coming

Sandra Curran: I really appreciate the different lighting you've provided! Gives us a better picture of the color you're showcasing! Thanks for the review!

Sandy Ludlow: Oh wow thanks Taz for this review. I've been waiting for your opinion. She's beautiful right? I can't wait for mine in 12fs8 shaded praline. Seems this style is flying off the shelves as mine is on back order till mid November. Oh dear! xx

Deborah Luongo: Love the way you changed up your wig review segment. As always the outside shots were phenomenal it looks so pretty when it blows in the wind so natural looking. And by the way, you look so happy that you are home. Hope and pray everything continues to go well for your son and your family :-)

Dan C: I love Parker! It should be popular with it's price point too. JR doesn't do many mono parts. I pre-ordered Clair, but shipping has been postponed until November.

Gina/GiGi Griffis: You are absolutely gorgeous! I’ve only recently begun watching ALL your videos and, today I came across this one which shows your bio-hair. It’s so stinkin’ adorable. I LOVE IT! Don’t get me wrong...I think your wigs are all amazing too!!!! I totally want to order this one in the video! Thai for opening up your closet for us ladies to see and for sharing your very personal background information. My hair is very thin & fine and I’ve given a lot of thought to going back to wigs myself. Keep these wig reviews coming, beautiful young lady!!! <3

Lisa Gibson: Thank you for your videos! They are so helpful in providing guidance and honest feedback on wigs. I love Parker and wear it daily. However, I was curious if you knew of a similar style that is hand tied and would move in a more natural way?

Wendy Amsterdam: Absolutely wonderful! I like that you show the wig in natural light as well

Erics Granny: Great style and color! So good to see you! Praying all is well with your family. Hugs

Mike Wilson: Thank you so much for your help. Which natural/neutral blonde colors do you like best in the Ellen Wille, Jon Renau and Henry Margu wigs? I don’t think the melted marshmallow would work for me. I definitely like a mix of blondes but not too dark at the root. Stacey

Liz Lyons: Very pretty style. It reminds me of Dolce, in a way. I love Venice Blonde and have a few wigs in that color. This does seem a bit more ash. Great style on you Taz. xoxo

Barbra Mighall: I know that I compliment you a good deal, but here I go again. LOL! What an incredibly thorough review. The lighting inside plus three outside lighting situations, was very smart. I would give this style a rating into one of the top 15 styles that I have seen on you. I am glad that you are home.

Lisa Lev: Taz, I so appreciate your reviews! Thank you!

Nani Womack: Super cute style. Natural movement. I so like the idea that you can style it behind your ear. I think that gives it a more realistic look. I definitely like this much better than my ignite. Lol Now I can remember it was ignite? ❤️❤️

Denise Lewis: Love it! Looks great on you the color is beautiful I'm ordering one now can't wait

kk doc: I really like this one. It seems like the root even tho an 8 is not as dark as before (like 12fs8 for eg). And the knots are finer. Plus it moves a lot better than other reneau wigs IMO. They must have changed a lot.

Prayer Warrior: Outdoors FIRST, & wise touch with the THREE lightings Taz. U and THIS style make me want a short wig!

Olivia Baker: Thank you for the wonderful review. I love this wig. I have Raquel Welch wigs, the colors are dark chocolate and SS hazelnut. What color for Jon Renau would be comparable to that? Thanks so much!

Karen Sachs: Absolutely gorgeous and so are you good to see you and your wig closet your son must be doing very well God bless you all.

Beautiful You Wig Reviews : This is super cute on you! Great review!

Darlene Anglin: This was a VERY SATISFYING review because of you doing the outside natural lighting !! I am one of your biggest fans but I must say the lighting in your usual studio is not equal to the quality of your presentations, in my opinion. It's not a deal breaker for me but, I always look forward to the reviews where you step outside to get the best look at the wigs. You are in the top of the wig reviewers that I rely on. Thank you for all the education, and, you are a beautiful soul !!

Cutecamaro: The Parker is so gorgeous, I love the style and the color on you.

Nancy Burnet: Taz, I am so sorry to learn about your son's accident. I will certainly include him in my prayers. Bless you and your family. Also the wig is beautiful

Maryann Towndsend: Always tell us when there is per a tease. That’s a very helpful, fact.❤️

allykatt1849: Wow! I definitely need Parker in my life! So, so, so cute on you!

Red headed Sojourner: Your own hair is so thick and pretty! But you look gorgeous in any wig you put on. I really admire you. Your energy and personality are so positive.

TIme Enough: Love this on you Taz...totally natural. Love the length and color too...but you are the first person I’ve seen that I like it on! Wasn’t tempted until now....lol.

Miss Pethamhouse: Thanks Taz... reminds me a bit of Rw’s Flirt Alert!! Maybe they could be sister wigs?? Looks great on you !

Vicky Couser: Wow this one is SO pretty. You look gorgeous in it!

Elizabeth B. In Texas: Good morning Taz! Would you choose to use a steamer on top to release the “box hair”? I just purchased a steamer & have not tried yet. A little nervous about me messing up my wigs. I like to have lift at my forehead, as you can see in my profile pic here. I’d love to see how yours ends up on this very updated bob. Maybe a part II. Thank you. Looks like I will have to save up for this one! Have a blessed Sunday

Ziggy3339: I like the color (s) choice & style on you. Wonder if it comes in large as well.I think beige blonde is more ashy for you…while I’d chose “beige” it might be described as “ashy “ to you. The waves make for nice framing . Thank you for sharing with us in a way that’s easy to understand.

1mariacat: Taz you always look great in all your wigs x

Kym Schoeff: I got Parker two days ago and am still fighting with it. Mine has a severe pippi longstocking look to it! First stop-get some product in it

Kirsten Cione: Taz you look amazing as always, just beautiful style!

Sandra G. McAlister: Good evening, Taz... really cute wig, adorable ❤️ Have a bless week! ❤️

Joanne with an e: Smashing look right out of the box!!

Robin Cardin: Your own hair is getting so long, it's cute! Parker is adorable on you

Diane Singleton: You look so beautiful in every wig I've seen you in!!

TeaTime: As you may remember, I don't have any wigs yet. I live in a very windy area and am deathly afraid of wefts showing through so haven't taken the leap yet. Right now, I have a bald spot that shows through when the breeze blows. Not sure which is worse! :-) Maybe I should just stick with a totally hand-tied type wig. What is your experience with wefts in these types of wigs?

Linda p.p.: Very pretty but just a bit long for me due to my short neck. Thank you! Am wishing I could wear it. This is such a pretty color on you.

AlwaysABeautifulLady: Love Love the style!!

luckystars2000: From the video, it reminds me a lot of RW’s Flirt Alert, which is one of my favorite wigs. Do you think they are similar?

Liz: You are always so helpful....I appreciate what you do. What wig were you wearing (and what color) when you introduced the video? Thanks.

Jackie Marsh: Oh So Adorable Taz!! Love The Color!! You Look Gorgeous She's Soo Natural Looking!! Thank You For a Perfect Review as Always Sweet Friend!! Love!! XOXOXO!!

Mike Wilson: Hi Taz, I an trying to decide between the Henry Margu Kendall 88gr and the Ellen Willie Touch Sandy Blonde. Do you have a preference in these two wigs and colors? I wanted something I could pin to the side but not too unrealistic because my natural hair is very fine also I’m a little concerned about the Ellen Wille petite/average size because I do think I’m more on the average size. . Thank you for you help! Stacey

Miranda Frost: I think your bio hair looks great, so thick and cute.

Mike Wilson: Hi I love the Parker but can’t decide between the Venice and Malibu? Can you help me know which looks more natural and if the Venice has any warmth to it? Would eclair be a good in between color?Thank you love your videos! Stacey :)

Godsgurl 22: Hi taz! Could you please tell us if your wearing Parker right when you start this video before going outside to unbox her?? Thank you I’m sure a lot of gals would like to know!!!

SweetGaLady JL: You look so cute in this style Taz!

Wyzer Now: So cute! I just love it.

angela searls: Beautiful wig

D W: Luv your videos Taz #thankyou

Gina2190: hi is venice blonde more light brown or ashy in places than shaded praline ? only for me shaded praline is a touch too creamy blonde , or sunny blonde as im naturally brown haired, id like some or lots of ashy blonde highlights but with some brown to make it more natural , any ideas ? thanks in advance ( love this wig very natural love it )

gloria johnson: The wig is great but your bio hair is adorable!!!

dorsi7: hello, I ordered Parker but she is backorder, I would like to know when it will be available ..... the wait is very long ...... I love all your videos ..... they help me a lot in choosing a wig ...... thank you very much

Victoria Scelfo: i could have sworn you did more styling tips in this video, which was why I ordered it...am I going crazy or did u edit them out..I thought you used a band to pull it back and etc. ? It is coming today and ai went back to check those ideas out but am wondering if I am growing old and forgetful!

Ann Heckaman: This reminds me of Estetica’s Sage. Would you agree?

Amy Rutherford-Close: She is so pretty. Gorgeous sunny weather. It's cold and raining here in Port. OR. -Miss the warmer days.

Janette Carrell: I really like this wig. Can you tell us how long is your face from the top of your forehead to your chin? Just trying to get an idea where this wig would hit me if I were to purchase it. Thank you!

Lauren Rain8818: I found a website using your review videos!! I can't upload a photo from the screen shot. You mentioned before that has occurred in the past. I can't believe the nerve of some ppl!
