Hey everybody welcome back to taz's way, closet at wig studio, one i'm going to present a popular style by jon renau. This is annette. It'S in the color palm springs blonde find out why i've overlooked this style. For many years this week was sent to me by wig studio one for this review today expand the description box below to find a link to this wig style in all of the available colors. If you have any questions for wig studio one, you can email them at support, wig studio, one dot com, and that is a really cute short layered bob style cut. It has some really nice cap features, but first, let's break down this color palm springs blonde. This is a part of jon renau's, california, blondes collection. I think we've all seen them it's one of my favorite ash blondes from that line, so it is a medium ash blonde. It has a pale. Almost an ash platinum highlight, and sometimes it's described as being white, and then all of that is on a dark ash. Blonde root. This root seems to be a little darker than the one i have on my sarah. This one also seems to be a little ashier in tongue than the palm springs blonde. On my ignite now, ignite is a heat friendly style versus the annette, which is a regular synthetic, and you can see some differences in that very same color as it's applied to each of those fiber types. I have always overlooked this style when it comes time to shop for a short layered bob style cut. I know it's very popular uh by jon renau and so a lot of you out there are buying it and really really love it. I just felt like i didn't want to take the chance, because it looked rather boring and lifeless in the manufacturer's photos. Well, we all know that the photos that they take don't tell the whole story about a style, and i really haven't ever seen a review on it. It was when they came out with the arctic collection colors, and that's really the first time that it captured my attention. I was super drawn to the possibilities in this style. Now that i have it in person. I can honestly say that i wouldn't have overlooked it. So long had i experienced it before this time, so annette has a really practical bang at around three inches. I really love that, because you can wear this bang a multitude of ways. You can wear it straight down and it should, depending on the length of your forehead, it should just raise the top of the eyebrow. It still stays out of the face out of the eyes. You can sweep it off to either side and it looks fantastic either way, and it also has the crown measurement that i really really think is flattering for the best profile. So that's around four to four and a half inches there at the crown. That'S going to give you a little bit of gentle volume at the crown which gives a nice silhouette to this piece and then that slims down into about a two inch nape and that two inch snape is very true to to measurement it's very easy to scoop. It around the ear for good coverage there in the back there's a little bit of layering on the sides as well. Now. The cap features, i think, is what really make this a wonderful and very versatile for styling. It features a temple to temple, lace, front and a full, very generous monofilament top. So it does have a temple to temple, lace, front and that's lace, front stretches from ear tab to ear tab, but it does not extend back into the ear tab, but it is nice and wide. It has a fine grit on that welded lace. There is a seam that adjoins the lace front, with the full monofilament top and you'll see more of these features in the cap segment, where i'll also talk about the fit. Now, it's very densely threaded on the monofilament top. It is more difficult to see down into the illusion of scalp, just by looking down in. You can certainly see it if you part the hair in the right way, and i think you'll have some styling options that will really make that monofilament top come in. Very handy, it's a very nice natural look, and that is just over two ounces and there's a lot of hair on this wig, especially in those longer layers on the top. It'S a nice amount of hair that you can have a lot of styling options with it, and you won't worry about coverage issues. It doesn't feel heavy stiff or thick or hot. There'S a lot of layering there as well. So most of your density is going to be kind of felt right there at the root, i'm sensing quite a bit of permatease on a net. It'S not the typical soft pillowy permatease that you can feel all over. I think they use a lot of the pre-ts, which is the bottom tees i like to call it where they pre-tease a fiber on one end, and they sew that into the root area. That gives some nice volume um potential, but it doesn't feel like a wiry type of permatease. You will find some wiry type permatease there all around the monofilament very little, though at the back and virtually none of the nape and virtually none here over the ear tap. So it's a nice slim profile at the bottom, with some nice lift and volume on the top. A look at the inside of the cap for jon renau's annette. There'S that lace front nicely contoured temple to temple a seam that adjoins the single monofilament top there's a lot of wefting on this style which make it very nice coverage. There'S an extended velvet nape with velcro style, adjusters. Also a closed velvet ear tab with this adjustment. For a petite average circumference, i did have to take in those adjusters a little bit to accommodate a 21 and a quarter inch circumference. I feel like this is an average sized cap right out of the box. It'S very nice quality, very sturdy, easy to wear cap, and that is right out of the box. I simply gave it a shake, applied it and sort of created a look around my face, but, like i said it is very versatile. So i'm just going to take you through a few simple maneuvers to show off the beautiful cap features as well as give you some inspiration on how to style your short layered. Wigs do do thanks for hanging around, for this review of annette by jon renau in the color palm springs blonde, be sure to check it out at wig studio. One we'll see you next time on taz's wig closet at wig studio, one you

Shawnda R: Taz...thank you so much for all that you do for wig wearers! I never comment but want to take the time today to let you know how much I appreciate your work ethic and style of videos. I always learn the specs from you and love the way you present them to us. Big pat on the back ....(and BIG HUGS) from someone who has watched your videos for years! Many Blessings!!!

Sandi Peiffer: “Boring and lifeless in the manufacturer’s photos”... Yep! That’s why we LOVE and appreciate what you do, Taz!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! ❤️ Now I love this one! Before Covid I had a asymmetric pixie, and in looking to wear alternative hair, want something perhaps a bit more... since I will actually have some thickness!

Mint: Hi Taz, pretty cute! A happy styling segment too. I liked the headband looks. I wish Jon Renau would make another short style in large besides Allure, but you’ve inspired me to play with my Allure wigs! Love you, Sharon

Connect With Your Deck: Taz this has been such a helpful review - I was so suspicious of the photos from the arctic collection because they were so different to the other stock photos. But seeing this wig I think I can recreate that look myself. I think some spray at the root and maybe some piece out cream and she will look gorgeous. Now for the colour!!!!!!! Thank you so much !

Suz: Everything just always look darn amazing on you, now I want a pixie style wig!......I wanna be you when I grow up! Hugs xox

Shelby Zambrano: That style looks so cute on you! You certainly pick the most flattering wigs!

Sandra G. McAlister: Good morning Taz, really cute wig. Honestly you look great in any length, or style of wigs! Thanks for sharing and have a great day

Nathalie Bleau: Thanks Taz, your videos are the best! Not sure what I would do without you!!

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: Wow... that is so pretty Taz. Love your styling segment! Hugs!

Margaret Tassey: Thanks for the review. Cute, but I would think about whether the cap features are justified by the style. Looks great on you.

Connect With Your Deck: Hi Taz thank you so much for this review - I’d be so interested to see some sister styles for this wig. I am now undecided whether I need to spend the extra for the monofilament top given the density is so thick! If you can’t see the parting easily then is it needed? Having said that the colour choice especially from the arctic colours looks divine. Lots of thinking to do!!

Sheila Keilty: The bangs are a little shorter, but looks like a sister style to the Evan, which is now also available in PSB... the longer crown is key. Like the 2" nape. Great coverage. Question: is the lace front more integrated with some highlight colors than the other more "pluggy" JR lace fronts? Have been waiting for them to get on board with that trend.... thanks! Gorgeous piece! XO

Anthony's Wig Spot: I’m so shocked you had to take the adjustments in mine fit so so tight I had to wet it down and stretch it on a 24” block idk unfortunately it was just super tight it fit me more on the petite side which is so odd for JR average caps at least for me anyways. Annette is one of my favorite styles and I absolutely love it on you stay well xoxox

Garden Girl: Which wig has received the most compliments from people who dont know it's a wig? You are BEAUTIFUL as always Miss T

Patty Carosi: Hi Taz missed this yesterday. I am packing to go to my Fl home on Saturday. I seen you are doing a chat on Saturday I am going to have to watch it later as I will be driving. I will catch up. Love all reviews. So many wigs I love. I am going to place a order tonight from wigsstudio1 to ship to Fl so I have new for the winter. I want to Thank you for giving me the confidence to try new styles you have no idea how much I admire you! You are So giving Taz your beauty shines in so many ways! ❤

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz! I really like the bang on this one. She's cute! Blessings!!

Pamela Prescott: Hi Taz adorable cute little Style, thanks for sharing❤

Holly Kurtz: There’s not a wig that doesn’t look spectacular on you!

Suzanne Dawson: OMG! That’s adorable!!

Ann: Hello Taz, and thank you. I wonder if I can get this in Palm Springs Blonde without roots?

Janet Confer: So cute...Adding to my list..

megan ryan: Very cute and sassy Taz!❤️

gina: Really adorable!

Ann Kinderknecht: Where are the promo codes...I never see them? Thanks, love the videos

Maryann Towndsend: I have Noriko Sky and I’m thinking of getting Reese. Is there that much of a difference?

Barb Raw - Back to Eden: Love the pink one in bottom left side, can you tell me which one it is?

Carol Mullins: I was so glad to see a wig with BANGS...intended BANGS I have to have bangs with this high forehead. As well finally a style where the fringe around the face is the right length to brush forward around the face I need this too. Most that review wigs always puts everything behind the ears. I've NEVER WORN MY HAIR BEHIND MY EARS in all 69yrs. So I want to see more ppl thar review show the hair forward or at least a few minutes to take it in. Thanks for this review. Gave us something different

Mary Hipp: The bangs look shortt?
