Toning My 613 Wig Using The Watercolor Method!! | Flawless Silky Blonde Hair Ft. Beauty Forever Hair

What'S good pretty game? Welcome back to my channel, it's pretty mine and today i'm going to be showing you how i toned and installed this 613 wig from beauty forever. Hair beautiful is nice enough to send me this unit and i'm so glad they did because y'all it's been a minute since i had some 613 hair and i have never worn it all completely blind like this. So i'm really feeling myself today, i'm gon na show everything i use to get my hair. Looking like this. As far as toning, i didn't even use toners, so i'm gon na show you how i did that and yeah. I did this with the watercolor method. I just want to let you know before we get into the video, but it looks so good. I'M giving barbie like i'm giving barbie but yeah um. I'M really impressed with how my hair came out stay tuned if y'all are interested like i said, and stay to the end here, what i have to say about the hair and how i feel about how it came out of everything, but just continue watching. So, as you guys can see right here, i'm about to tone this wig using the watercolor method, and this was actually the easiest way. I'Ve ever toned a wig before and you don't need any toner or dye. So what you want to do is pour near boiling water into a big container. If you have one and um, then we're just going to be using shimmer light shampoo to tone the hair and just get out that yellow tone that all 613 hair come with. I put, i feel, like i put a little bit more shimmer lights than i should have, so i feel like that second square. It was unnecessary and it almost made my hair overtoned so right there i just did a test strip and i'm about to put the whole wig in there. You just want to get the whole wig underwater as quick as possible so that all the hair tones at the same speed this water is really hot, so be careful by the way i almost burned myself multiple times but yeah right here. You can see i'm pulling out my wig and the front kind of looks great and the back is giving blondes, so it was just a mess. I was very nervous about overtone my hair because i've done that before, but, as you can see the more i let it sit, it became more and more. Even so, i recommend, if you start, to see some silver and start to freak out just let the whole thing sit, because at least it will even out and not be blotchy. So i just let my whole wig sit in there and when i took it out it actually wasn't silver. It looked really good um. I guess it just looked like that because of the color of the water, but once i washed it out and everything it came out like this, and it's just so pretty like i love this color. It is a little lighter than i want it, but it really goes well on my skin. This glue that i'm using is from a small black owned business. I'M going to link her down below because i can't remember her name right now, but that's what i'm using and i'm just going to be using about three layers of that and you can see. I cut sections into my wig because i'm just so bad applying the whole wig at once. Like i don't know how people do that, so i cut little sections and i'm just going to be, laying down some glue blow drying, laying down some glue blow drying and just keep repeating that process. I didn't do my whole hairline because i like to glue down the sides after the main part of the wig is glued on so right here you see i'm just combing the wig into the glue just making sure it's really stuck on there and you see, i'm Just putting the rat tail in there uh really just making sure the lace is on the glue and making sure no hair is stuck to the glue. After that, you want to tie up your hair and blow dry it applying heat will help my wig stick better. So i always do that and then, while it's like setting in place into that glue, i'm going to be hot combing. My middle part, i did use wax stick as you guys saw it's from the same girl, so go check her store out down below. I believe it's lily's beauty empire here i am plucking this part of my wig. It looked a little thicker than the rest, but here i am cutting off my lace. Mind you. My sides are not glued down yet because i didn't put enough glue for that. But it's just because i like to glue them down after the main part of the wig is glued down so yeah after i cut that lace off we're going to be going in there touching up any spots to need glue, starting with my sides, as you can See a big chunk on my side is not glued down, so we're going to be gluing that and making sure we get every little edge, i'm going to be doing the same method and doing three layers of glue and then i'm gon na place that side down. So, like i said, y'all can see me touching up any little edges. I'M gon na repeat that whole process going around my head after i blow dry and i just want to get any little edges that are sticking up and then, of course i glued my other side down. So after i glue everything down, i wanted to apply some makeup because 613 lace can look very ashy like and it probably will so you're gon na need some tinting or some makeup. I use both um. I don't really i'm not a fan of makeup because i feel like it always shows for some reason, but this one actually turned out really good. Once you lay your baby hairs down. You'Ll really know how your hair is going to be looking so right here. I'M just hot coming some baby hairs out, because i wanted to separate them. I pretty much did them around my whole wig the whole front of my wig and then you're going to be taking your got to be spray spraying. That area, where you put the makeup and where the lace is and you're going to tie it down, so that it could sit in place and kind of melt it to your skin a little bit more. While that's setting, i'm cutting my baby hairs, and i also huck on my middle part, as you guys saw, but then after that you could take off the hair tie and now i just quickly did my baby hairs as you guys could see from that clip. This wood does not go ear to ear, which is really disappointing later in the video i said it was fine, but i'm actually kind of disappointed by that, because i mean you pay for a 13x6, you need to get 13x6, not a 11x6, so yeah, that's kind Of disappointing to see that it doesn't go in here, but other than that this wig came out, super duper cute. You guys see i'm putting on the finishing touches and then i was done with this wig. So, as you can see, i finished my install. This is how my hair is looking. It looks so perfect. This color looks so pretty on my skin. Like i love how everything came out all i did after i ended that last clip. I did go ahead and conceal my part, but i'm not really feeling it. It'S a little too noticeable, so i'm hoping it's going to like fade over time, but that's the only thing, and that was like my fault y'all should know. I don't do frontals. I really like closures and easy to put on wigs. So for me to have the difference when it came out this cute, i'm very happy and every time i do 6 13 here something goes wrong, but this time it's so cute it looks really good um. One other thing i do want to say: if you have a bigger head, this does not go ear to ear. It stops right here and right here. So that is a con. I guess let me back y'all up, so you could see more of the hair because i don't like how close you are. So this is a better view to hear it actually stops. I'M looking at my monitor by the way, but it actually stops like right here. I cut the ends, but not too much just a little bit and i just trimmed the ends because they looked very and felt very like rough and dry. So you know 613 hair can't get like that. Sometimes so i just trimmed it in so my hair would flow better because i didn't want no split ends or nothing i do want to mention. I did not pluck this wig, i will say i went in like a little bit before filming and i like plugged this right here because it was really thick, but i probably did that for five seconds. Nothing else is plucked. This is how the way it came, but yeah overall, i want to give this hair like a 9 out of 10 and that's only because the lace doesn't go either ear but, like i said to me, i don't personally care um, but i can see whether i'd Be aggravating if you wanted your hair to go over your ear like this, and you can't because yeah i'm in love with this color, when i did the coloring with the purple shampoo, it was looking kind of gray like i had overtoned it, and i still kind Of did because i didn't expect my hair to be this light, but it looks really good like really really good and i'm so glad it didn't accidentally come out silver, because that's happened to me before too so yeah again, this is like one last look at the Hair, let me know what y'all think i'm in love with this wig, like literally beautiful, ever, did their thing with this um and i'm just really feeling like the quality.
