Start To Finish Wig Install | 24 Inch 99J Straight Frontal Wig Ft. Nadula Hair

What'S up gi babies, let's get into this bomb, install by no doula hair, so let's get started so um. As you guys know, this is not me. This is my boyfriend uh. He wanted to bleach my unit for me. Of course, you guys see that this unit is a 99 j unit, but i just wanted to bleach it just a little bit more so he's showing you everything that is inside the box that it came with and we are going to get right into this bomb. Cute 99, j, color wig. I really love this color because it's more of a on the kind of red side than like burgundy, and i just really feel like it's a really really cute color. Now you guys, if my boyfriend can bleach these knots, you guys can bleach knots easily. I'M telling you bleaching knots is not hard. I literally just walked him through the whole process and he did it no problem. He didn't mess up or anything. He did really good. Actually so he's starting off with three scoops of the bleaching powder and then um today, because i didn't have any 50 volume, we are using the 40 volume developer for this install um when bleaching your units, the volumes is just how fast it takes for the bleach To start turning the hair, so 40 volume i would say for beginners 30 - is good because you can let it sit on there for a while, but 40 and 50 are the volumes that take a little quicker for the hair to lift. So if you guys aren't really used to bleaching units and stuff, especially if you're using black hair um, you do not want the the um knots to over bleach, so using 30 will be good, but um you see he did exactly what i do. I walked him through the steps i normally just eyeball it and add as much as i think will be good to the bleaching powder and you want to keep stirring until it's that thick consistency, as you guys can see, the bleach isn't coming off the mixing wand Because it's that thick consistency that we need it to be and then after you do that you guys are pretty much set. You can go ahead and start putting your bleach on your unit, so um. This is very easy too only thing about this. I would just say: don't be too too heavy-handed so that um, the bleach, won't bleed through the knots, and you want to make sure that you're, covering all of where the knots are and everything that has the little knot on it make sure you're covering it. With the bleach so now we're just going to get started into this install um. This is just basically, if you guys always watch my videos, it's everything that i normally do. So i'm just going to tell you guys a back story as to why i'm doing my hair in the morning so um. Actually, this day it was my birthday morning and we had like a whole thing planned for my birthday. I was supposed to wake up early. Get my makeup done, y'all like when this, when the clock struck 12, we kind of like turned up after that. Wig was bleached. We like turned up, and i woke up a little later than what i was supposed to so i had to do my own makeup, which wasn't a problem because you guys know. I know how to do my own makeup but um. I was supposed to have my wig on at five o'clock in the morning and i woke up at like nine almost 10 and we were supposed to be leaving the house at 10 to get to the museum that i wanted to go to at a certain time. But that whole thing just changed because we didn't end up leaving the house till 12 1 o'clock because i had to put my wig on it was no way i was gon na put my birthday wig on not on my birthday like, but everything really came out. Really cute um. I really really love this unit in particular, because um as you guys can see, the lace is just blending. In with my skin, i use my same powder, my rk, by kiss powder that i use in the shade 14 and it's really not a powder. It'S like a cream like a face foundation, cream type, and i just put that on my lace on all of my units before i get started and when i use my glue, i use the um rk by case not rk by kids, but it's the kiss glue And i will have that link down below so make sure you guys check the description box. So you can see that glue that i did use in this video. But i did do two layers of glue all over and then um just did the steps just laid it down, and this was easier. I was going to do curls, but i was in a rush. So i was like you know what we're just gon na do straight. Uh come on so now we're getting started with these baby hairs, and i just want you guys to see how well this uh unit blended in with my skin it blended in really well, which means that the lace is really really good. So we're just going to start with these baby hairs and just using my small little straightener and i'm curling my baby hairs and you can find these small straighteners everywhere. Amazon is your local beauty. Supply store, they're literally everywhere. So all you have to do is just go to your video supply, store or type in, like mini straightener on amazon and you'll, find it on there, and i use the lock edge control which i will have linked down below. I just use that edge control. For my edges and for my baby hairs when i do use edge control, i go back in with like a holding spray or like a a holding gel, and i will blow dry my edges. So when you guys see me blow drying my edges when i'm done. That'S just me setting them, so they don't move anywhere because if you initially use like a a blow, dryer, not a blow dryer. But if you initially use like a edge control for your baby hairs like they're, not going to stay all the way, because that gel isn't going to stay, i don't care what you guys say: edge control alone does not work like it. Don'T work for my hair. It don't work alone for a wig. It just doesn't work alone for me and i always have to add, like a holding agent onto that, so that it can be secured so and, as you guys can see, i did my makeup and my hair is done and everything looks really really cute um.
