Give me this come on. What'S the sweat, what's the sweat call, my phone like? What'S a sweat, a call, my phone like: what's the sweat, give me the show hello, hello, everybody, my name is yamaya maya, mason. Some of you may know me, and some of you may not, but if you don't go ahead, click that subscribe button, so you can get to know your girl, okay. So today, i'm here with the hair tutorial, you feel me: it's been a minute and we're back we're back, okay, um popping off with the ginger wig. Let'S get straight into it, so you guys a little backstory on his hair. I bought it for my mom from hair so fab when they're having like their 99 wig view, but she doesn't wear front toes so like yeah, i got the wig back, so i first started off with a bucket of water. Some bw2 bleach some 40 developer and i got these super cute pink gloves from sally's. I saw my girl reecey had some cute pink gloves, but the girl gave me the wrong size so like they were just a little tight just a little bit. So don't be like me and think you have bleach at the house if you're at the beauty supply store, buy the bleach, even if you have it at the house and you're, just not sure. Okay, because i ended up in a situation where i thought i had like a lot of bleach at home, and i really really didn't so. I basically just used um what was left within both of my bleach buckets y'all can see on the right hand, side, and i personally feel like i needed more bleach and i should have used um a higher developer or something for because i feel, like the 40 Developer allowed for it to develop very slowly, um and also, i feel like i didn't - have enough bleach for the bleach bath. You know so those two things together: um allow for this whole process within bleaching, the hair to be like four or five hours yeah and then, after the four to five hours. We finally got it to this color. Okay, so i did this. I did the watercolor method and i got some hot water and i decided to use the adore hair dyes. I used the shades cajun spice and cinnamon, but i first started off putting cinnamon and then cajun spice. Just to let you know you know in case you want to follow directly. I got you boo and the reason why i'm dipping the hair dye bottles into the water so make sure i'm getting all the dye inside. You guys will see me um close up the bottle, shake it up and everything to make sure i'm getting all of the hair dye and i only use two bottles. I use one bottle of the cinnamon and one bottle of the cajun spice. Let'S get it okay, so now i'm dipping the hair and i made sure to um try my hardest to not get the lace fully in there, but you guys can see that the lace did get in there um. The reason why i was doing that was because i didn't want my lace to get tinted by the die, which would then make it hard for me to have to blend and everything later on. You know i did leave the hair in there for about 20 to 30 minutes, and you guys will see like a major difference in the water once i take it out in one second y'all ready already boom there. She go look now. These next steps don't be like me, don't don't don't do it? Okay, you see. I asked the question like. Should i wait for it to dry, or should i go ahead and get done so everybody voted for me to wait for it to dry. But you know me i'm a little impatient, so i went ahead and got more dye and messed everything up. Um the dyes i got was like a fiery um fierce orange color. I got another cajun spice and then another one i'll make sure on the screen and everything this was a terrible idea. It literally made the wig burgundy burgundy, okay, that's not what i was going for we're going for ginger. So, to be honest, i was in shambles and i was like dang, it's a wig life even for me again, like i haven't done a wig in such a long time, but your girl was determined. So i watched some youtube videos on how to get a door hair dye out and that's exactly what i did. I used some of the clarifying shampoo, some dawn soap and baking soda i'll, make sure to link down below the videos that i was watching. Everything to get this done and i did dye the hair after this, with one bottle of cajun spice and now we're about to get straight into the plucking okay. I let it air dry it's time to pluck. Can we talk about this color because it's so pretty and i'm so glad that i dyed it one more time with the cajun spice, because this allowed for the orange to just you know peek through and just do what it needs to do. Okay - and let me tell y'all the air contain method - is the way to go. I put the white towel underneath my mannequin head and then i also did like the certain ways that he was plucking and everything i watched um caroline's video with the arrogant tape method. It was very, very helpful. I'M gon na make sure i link that down below, for you guys and just you know, relax a little bit watch me plug and i did create a middle part just so that i could have some type of direction to know. Like that'll be the front of my forehead, you know, and then i can kind of work in sections on like the left side and the right side of my forehead. So some tips that i learned for plucking is to pluck in the sections. But when you're plucking you'll pluck one area skip an area pluck another area skip an area. You guys can see me doing that here and then also i'm taking a second to look back and see. Okay, i plugged a little bit more in this section. I need to move over to my next section. You guys can see me going back and forth and kind of looking at that throughout the plucking process, and you guys can see at the top right side right there. It has a little bit more um plucking right there and that's how i want the rest of the section to look, because the size of our head is kind of thinner than like the top of our hair. You feel me that makes sense. Y'All, look at my wig. The color came out so bomb. I love it. So i'm first going to start off doing the ball cap method. I'M using some of my bed head hairspray to you know, lay it down. I don't know if it's just me, but i like the bed head spray better than got to be it's just a personal preference. You know, and also please, let me know down in the comments if you guys want a full um, in-depth video on how i do my ball cap method and now i'm using my lancome foundation, shade 460 to blend everything in and now i put the wig on Because now i'm going to be outlining everything before i apply my glue, but can we just talk about how this wig looks so good already like and now i'm using a white eyeliner pencil and barely just dotting little lines? So i can know where to place the glue when it's you know time to apply baby and now i'm applying a little bit more of the foundation, just to make sure that everything is blended in perfectly okay and it's the way i had to run to the Beauty supply store to get some glue at the last minute, but your girl got some glue. I got ghost bomb, i'm actually like in the market for the um erica j. I heard she has a really really good lace glue the spray everything is bomb. So i want to try out her stuff next um, but here i am just applying the glue getting it right. You feel me. I applied two layers. I let this layer dry all the way down till it was clear, and then i applied one more layer. Next, i'm laying down my front toe okay, and i made sure that i pressed it down with the hot comb just so that everything can. You know fully melt into the scalp right there and next couple of clips, i'm going to leave them in real time. So you guys can see how i'm laying this frontal down so so now, i'm letting my edges, you know melt into the scalp with my elastic band and i'm using some mousse and just press comb, my hair through, so you can lay nice and flat. You feel me chad, when it came to styling this wig, do y'all see that do y'all see the way i plucked this wig and how it looks so good, okay, look and i know y'all can see the lace a little bit, but don't worry we're just gon Na go back in later on with a little bit of foundation and blend it in okay. But as i was saying styling, this wig was really just. It was a lot of work because i was trying to do a side part, but then the top of the hair was just very, very full and that wasn't really working out. And then i wet all the hair up to see how it looked there. And i kind of liked it, but it was just cute for a moment. It wasn't like an everyday type of look. You feel me and i did notice in a few areas. I just need to pluck a little bit more, so you know i just went ahead and used my little comb to part the area and just went in and plucked in those little areas need a little bit more. You know tlc and now i'm going in my foundation brush just to blend everything in and after moving over to the baby hair. So i did also follow. Oh, it was a part, arrogant, taste method by curling baby hairs, but you guys i need a smaller flat iron, almost definitely a smaller flat iron. I could say it did help to allow for the hairs to just flow um and naturally have that curl when it's like, laying as a baby hair. You feel me and then i decided to curl the hair using my such a curling iron that i got in my ipsy glam bag. Okay, um! Don'T look, don't look at that. Little part we're just going like that's not there, but girl the material baby. Oh, like i don't think y'all understand, i have not done a wig in over a year and, to be honest, i was really scared to just do that. That'S why i feel like this video took a little bit longer than usual because, like just getting back into my groove of things, but maybe it's the way that the lace is blending and just looking like this huh yeah like it is just like right here. I see a few little pieces that are like kind of bothering me, but to be honest, i'm not gon na put a whole bunch of effort into them, because i'm really just happy how everything else looks um. So i just want a little part there, but i can just put some glue fix that up and like i'll, be good to go period. Oh look, but i'm going to do my makeup, real, quick and then come back. Take out all the pen curls and everything and give you all the final look. Okay and your girl was like. Oh i'm, just going to pin curl them wake up tomorrow morning and finish the rest of this video. The girl said. No look. Look at it. Look at it, so i i was sitting there literally in shambles did not know what to do, but we had to move on. We had to most definitely figure out a different hairstyle, okay, because this was not it at all. So i just like to do a half a pack down just because look the side part and everything it was not going to work. Okay. This still looks super super cute, especially with the little curls and like this color and everything bomb chef's kiss. Okay, me. Okay, i like this is cute. Okay, give me a little bit of volume up here. I would just i'll have to like most definitely just fix the curls and stuff, but besides i'm not i'm not upset at it. It'S cute, i'm going in on this side with a little bit of concealer, just like you guys, can feel like this little line right here, so i'm gon na make it even you feel me yeah, i'm happy with this looks so cute, so i completely forgot to Do an outro, but your girl's, looking good!
