How I Tone Down My Bright Red 99J Wine Wig To Dark Burgundy + Install | Ft. Afsisterwig

Af sister wig, with the quality hair, okay, with the quality wigs get into it. I'M obsessed who did your hair tay the one and only okay, like af cysterwigs, sent me this beautiful 99j burgundy wine red lace, front wig. Now this color is a little too bright for me personally, but that's fine, because we're going to fix that today, look at this transparent lace. It is so bomb, i'm so excited to get to work. I'M using two bottles of adore 106 mahogany color, i'm going to follow up with my living proof, phd conditioner and i'm just pouring that conditioner into my bowl. That already has some water in it and i'm going to mix the conditioner up in the water. Now i'm following up with my silicone mix, just adding this in there as well, because i want my hair to be as conditioned as possible when adding the hair dye. I do not want it to become stiff or dry. Now i'm pouring the entire bottle of adora mahogany color into the water and conditioner, and i'm just going to add some water to the bottle so that i can get the remainder of that dye residue out of the bottle. I'M going to repeat the same step again for my second bottle of dye. Now that i have poured both bottles of dye into the water and conditioner i'm going to mix it up really really good, just to make sure that dye is in there and evenly distributed throughout the water, so that, when i add the wig, the color can go On perfectly now, i'm just going to take a small piece of hair from the wig and dip it into the die just to see what color is going to come of the wig. This is just a test strip to see what the color is giving and i love it. So i'm going to go ahead and add the entire wig into the bowl of water, conditioner and dye and, as you can see, i'm just dipping it into the water pulling it out and in trying to make sure that that hair is saturated in that die and That the color is distributed throughout the entire when you're doing this, you want to make sure that you're also dipping the lace into the die so that where the knots are located, it's not still bright and you're getting that color onto the lace as well. Now i'm just going to sit the entire wig into the die for five more minutes and just let it sit and saturate in that dye in color. Once i have let it sit for five additional minutes, i'm going to thoroughly rinse out the color with cold water. I'M going to follow up with my shimmer lights. Conditioning shampoo. This shampoo is good for when you bleach color dye do any type of chemical processing to your hair. So i'm making sure that i really really rinse the hair well with the shampoo i'm going back in with my silicone mix conditioner and putting that all throughout the wig just to make sure that the wig is nice and silky and flowy and not stiff from the Hair dye now that i have rinsed all of the dye out of the wig. I am going to allow the hair to air dry, but are you guys seeing this color? It is exactly what i was looking for, not too bright, not too dark. It'S giving like a burgundy and some lights, a purple and others. I cannot wait to install this wig for the install process. I am not going to go into depth on how i install the wig. It came out beyond my expectation. Guys like this color is everything - oh, my god, and the quality of this wig. This is by far the best wig i have ever received. I have to just be honest. Like do y'all see this. Where is the lace? Where is it help me find it cause? I can't like who did your hair tay, the one and only okay, like from the the knots bleaching to the silkiness of the hair, absolutely no shedding no shedding? Oh, my god. The hair feels so good. I'M obsessed, i cannot stop running my fingers through this hair and it just picked up the color perfectly. I'M obsessed y'all, like i'm gon na, put some clips in i'm going to a ball. I was going to do my makeup for you guys on here, but i'm not going to do that because it's going to take too long and i'm kind of on a time constraint. But i'm going to show you guys. The end result when i'm all dressed up make a beat gown on and y'all gon na see how this hair just is everything like by far the best wig i've ever received best wig. They even give you like an extra strap, not one of those little adjustable. Straps that you got ta hook on to each other, but an actual elastic band strap, so it's so flat and secure. I just everything about this wig. I love i love.
